Abstract
The present invention relates to a circular saw blade, and more particularly to a circular saw blade for cutting artificial marble.
The circular saw blade for cutting artificial marbles according to the present invention has a cutting tip periodically attached along the outer periphery thereof, and the cutting tip is made of powder having a diameter of 20 to 50 microns. The length of the short side is longer than the thickness of the body, the long side is located at the front end of the rotation direction, and the front side is a symmetrical trapezoid in which the two sides are perpendicular to the cut surface of the main body. And has a shape located at the top of the saw blade, and the tips are regularly arranged at predetermined intervals along the rotating direction of the saw blade.
The circular saw blade for cutting artificial marble according to the present invention is suitable for cutting artificial marble while having a structure in which a cutting tip is formed on a circumference like a circular saw blade for cutting a steel material, so that a smooth cutting surface can be formed. Further, the circular saw blade for cutting artificial marble according to the present invention can be easily manufactured by simple shape of the cutting tip, and has a high price competitiveness.
Description
The present invention relates to a circular saw blade, and more particularly to a circular saw blade for cutting artificial marble.
Circular saw blades are mainly used for cutting metal materials such as steel sheets. A circular cutting saw blade for cutting a steel material is a blade in which a cutting tip (hereinafter referred to as a cutting tip) is periodically formed along the outer periphery thereof as shown in FIG. 1, and is used for cutting a metal pipe, Is used.
Recently, circular saw blades have been used for cutting artificial marble. The artificial marble is different from the steel material in shape and is intended to imitate the performance of marble, so its characteristics are similar to stone. When a circular saw blade for fluorescent material cutting is used for cutting artificial marble, the cutting efficiency is lowered due to the phase difference of the material to be cut, or a cutting failure, for example, a rough cut surface is generated.
Korean Utility Model Registration Application No. 2019830007030 shows a circular saw blade for cutting stone. As shown in Fig. 1, the saw blade main body 4 has a shape in which the
Such a method may be suitable for cutting a stone, but as a saw blade manufacturer, there arises a problem that a circular saw blade for cutting a stone, which has a completely different structure in addition to a circular saw blade for a section, is produced.
Accordingly, there is a continuing need for a new circular saw blade having a basic structure of a circular saw blade for cutting a fluorescent material, which is suitable for cutting artificial marble.
A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a new circular saw blade having a basic structure of a circular saw blade for cutting a fluorescent material and suitable for cutting artificial marble.
In order to solve the above problems, the circular saw blade for cutting artificial marbles according to the present invention has a cutting tip periodically attached along the outer periphery thereof,
The cutting tip
It is made of 20 to 50 micron diameter powder,
The plane shape is a symmetrical trapezoid in which the two sides are perpendicular to the rotation direction of the main body, and the length of the short side is longer than the thickness of the main body,
The front shape is a symmetrical trapezoid with two sides perpendicular to the cutting plane of the main body, the shape of which the length of the short side is longer than the thickness of the main body and the long side is located at the upper end of the saw blade,
And the tips are regularly arranged at predetermined intervals along the rotating direction of the saw blade.
In the present invention, the powder constituting the cutting tip of the circular saw blade for cutting artificial marble is made of industrial diamond or a cemented carbide such as tungsten carbide.
In the present invention, when the size (diameter) of the powder is larger than 50 mu m, the hardness of the tip becomes weak and it becomes difficult to provide sufficient strength required for cutting the artificial marble containing the stones. Further, if the size (diameter) of the powder is smaller than 20 μm, there arises a problem that the price is increased only without a difference in cutting power. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the powder uses a powder having a diameter of 30 to 40 탆.
In the planar shape of the cutting tip according to the present invention, the short side of the rear end is preferably 50 to 500 占 퐉, preferably 70 to 300 占 퐉, more preferably 100 to 200 占 퐉 thick as compared with the main body. The length of the long side of the front end is preferably 500 to 2000 占 퐉, more preferably 700 to 1500 占 퐉, and even more preferably 1000 to 1200 占 퐉 in relation to the thickness of the main body.
In the frontal shape of the cutting tip according to the present invention, the shorter side of the lower end is preferably 50 to 500 占 퐉, preferably 70 to 300 占 퐉, more preferably 100 to 200 占 퐉 thick as compared with the main body. The length of the longer side of the upper end is preferably 500 to 2000 占 퐉, more preferably 700 to 1500 占 퐉, and even more preferably 1000 to 1200 占 퐉 in relation to the thickness of the main body.
In the side shape of the cutting tip according to the present invention, the angle is important in a state where the cutting tip is attached to the saw blade, preferably, the inclination angle of the tip is 10 to 20 degrees, and the inclination angle of the front end is in a range of 5 to 15 degrees .
