Description
The present invention relates to a resilient band for improving the elasticity of sagged skin or skin, and more particularly, to a resilient band for improving the elasticity of skin or skin, comprising a support layer having excellent elasticity, To an adhesive elastic band exhibiting an excellent sagging and an improvement in elasticity by permeating an active ingredient that promotes elasticity enhancement of the skin to the skin at a high transmittance.
It is a common phenomenon that the flesh of thighs or throats grows or grows as you get older. In order to improve this, an injection filler which causes an expensive pain or a product which uses a mask pack together with a elastic band is circulating. A cumbersome method of attaching a mask pack to the entire face and, in addition, wrapping the elastic band around the head in the neck below the jaw, finally ligation of the elastic band on the head in an appropriate manner is also used. These products are mask packs that provide ingredients that help skin elasticity, and are aimed at lifting facial flesh with elastic bands. These products have a cumbersome inconvenience to use two kinds of products at the same time in order to achieve the effect desired by the user. Also, too much pressure on the elastic bands may cause headaches or various side effects associated with them.
Further, at both side ends of the elastic band, openings are formed in which ear portions are opened so as to be fixed to the ears of the wearer (Korean Utility Model No. 20-2016-0003495, Japanese Utility Model No. 3170873) Although there are prior art techniques for bands that are effective on the elasticity of the shape where the hooks of the wearer's ears are connected to the ends of the band at both ends of the band, it is not only troublesome to wear when worn on the ear protruding from the body, There is a problem that the user feels uncomfortable.
A typical mask pack is applied to a specific part of the face or the whole face to supply moisture or specific nutrients to the facial skin. Thus, there is no lifting effect of lifting the drooping of the face such as a ball or neck, It can not exhibit the effect of the elastic band lifting the sagittal flesh. In addition, a general elastic band generally has elasticity and is not designed to supply necessary nutrients to the skin.
Accordingly, the present inventors have made intensive studies on the elastic band for overcoming the disadvantages of the conventional mask pack and the elastic band as described above. As a result, they have found that the self-assembling surfactant peptide and the fatty acid composition are used together with the elastic support having specific physical properties It shows the effect of improving the skin condition such as excellent skin lifting and elasticity improvement in physical, chemical and biological aspects, but it is free from pain without suffering from pain or running down after wearing it. The present invention has been completed.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a elastic band for improving the elasticity of flesh and skin and a method of manufacturing the elastic band.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide the above-mentioned spot-wearing composition for elastic bands with increased skin permeability.
According to an aspect of the present invention,
A support layer comprising a synthetic or natural polymer resin,
The pressure-
A protective film,
Wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive layer comprises a spotting composition comprising a pressure sensitive adhesive, a skin condition improving active ingredient, and a skin penetration enhancer comprising a self-assembling surfactant cyclic peptide and a mixture of saturated fatty acids and an unsaturated fatty acid, and a viscous elastic band Which has increased skin permeability.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
In order to provide a flexible adhesive band capable of simultaneously performing two functions, namely, a function of supplying nutrients to skin and a function of lifting and lifting sagittal flesh, a synthetic or natural polymer layer A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for bringing the elastic band into close contact with the skin and supplying the skin condition improving component, and a protective film which is detached immediately before use. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as an alternative to a mask pack in cosmetics, it is desirable to provide a cosmetic composition which not only provides a resilient effect by chemical and / or biological elasticity enhancement or wrinkle reduction component but also maintains a certain physical property, This elastic band is distinguishable from a medical elastic band used for a simple fixation of a surgical site such as a jaw after surgery such as a conventional ear surgery. The adhesive elastic band according to the present invention may be in a form that can be used once or repeatedly, but it is preferably disposable to prevent problems due to contamination of the adhesive layer.
Such a sticky elastic band may be embodied in various shapes that surround a part of the chin and neck and can also cover the face of the face.
Preferably, the elastic band of the present invention can be designed in a dumbbell shape in order to exhibit a maximum lifting effect as a target. Also, the dumbbell-shaped design is characterized in that the mid-concave portion and the wide side portions of both sides are 5:95 to 40:60. Preferably, the area ratio of the concave portion of the middle dumbbell shape to the wide side of the dumbbell shape is 10:90 to 40:60. More preferably, the area ratio of the concave portion of the middle dumbbell shape to the wide side of the dumbbell shape is 15:85 to 40:60.
This is because it is difficult to expect the lifting effect when the elastic hollow band is applied to the face when the area of the concave portion of the middle exceeds 40%, because the force of pulling down is stronger than the lifting force. Also, when the area of the concave portion is 5% or less, the area of the lower jaw and neck is too narrow, so that the lifting effect on this portion is lowered, and the band may be broken when the elastic band is applied to the face. The elastic band according to the present invention has the above-described shape and the unique point-wearing composition described below, so that even if there is no part to be earmuffed, the elastic band can stick to the adhesive force and can be stretched due to its structural characteristics.
The adhesive elastic band according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a synthetic or natural polymer resin having elasticity as a support for supporting the pressure-sensitive adhesive. As the raw material of the synthetic or natural polymer resin having elasticity according to the present invention, various similar polymers including polyurethane can be used, and the raw materials are not limited. For example, the resin may be selected from the group consisting of polyurethane (PU), acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate butyl rubber From a group consisting of latex, silicone rubber, styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer (SIS), styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene copolymer (SEBS), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), elastomer, butyl rubber and chloroprene rubber May be composed of one or more synthetic or natural elastic polymers selected and may be elastomers or polyurethanes. However, the elastomers or polyurethanes are not limited to these, and may be any of those which satisfy the physical properties described in Table 1 Can be used.
The natural or synthetic polymer resin according to the present invention is a porous and elastic material. Preferably, such a natural or synthetic polymer resin support has a porous structure and is less deformed even when used for a long time, has excellent abrasion resistance, It is preferable to have physical properties within a specific range so as to further exhibit superior characteristics.
Specifically, such a resilient natural or synthetic polymer resin simultaneously performs a physical function that allows elasticity for lifting sagging flesh to an appropriate strength and prevents problems such as stretching or tearing abrasion when the band is pulled to the skin It is preferable to have a specifically controlled thickness range. Specifically, in the present invention, the support may be included in the adhesive elastic band at a thickness of 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm. And a thickness of 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm is preferably used. If the thickness is less than the above-mentioned thickness range, it does not have appropriate elasticity and physical strength, and if the thickness is thicker than the above-mentioned thickness range, the adhesion to the curved surface of the face is low.
Further, in order to exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, resilience and restoring force, the support has a physical property with a density of 0.1 to 1.0 g /
In addition, the most suitable elastic support for lifting the supporter used in the present invention by physical elasticity is the elastic modulus of 0.1 to 5.0. Preferably, the elastic modulus is 0.5 to 5.0. More preferably, the elastic modulus is within 0.5 to 3.0. If the elastic modulus of the elastic support is less than 0.5 as described above, the elasticity of the support is too small to lift the sagging flesh. On the other hand, when the elastic modulus is 5.0 or more, the elasticity of the support increases, . Therefore, when applied to the face, the resilient scaffold can not lift the sagittal flesh, but rather pulls downward more strongly.
In a specific embodiment, when the elastic support of the present invention is a polyurethane foam, the tensile strength (MD) is in the range of 0.5 kgf /
In the present invention, the elastic band is characterized by being pulled under the ear while wrapping the ball under the chin. When the elastic band is applied, the elastic band is stretched in a range of 5% to 30% of the entire length of the band. Preferably, the degree of stretching the elastic band is 5% to 20%.
In addition, the elastic support manufactured using the natural or synthetic polymer resin may be manufactured in various forms, but is preferably in the form of a foam or a sheet.
Further, the adhesive elastic band according to the present invention comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which directly contacts with the face, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a skin condition improving active ingredient and a skin permeation enhancer.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive contained in the spot-wearing composition may be a mixture of one or more kinds of acrylate-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, and rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives.
In addition, the adhesive elastic band provided in the present application has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed by coating the elastic band with a certain thickness on a elastic band which can not be provided by a conventional mask pack. In addition to the pressure-sensitive adhesive, Skin penetration enhancers that enhance or promote skin penetration of these ingredients, along with various active ingredients that help improve skin conditions, such as wrinkles, and the like.
Specifically, the skin condition improving active ingredient may include, without limitation, active ingredients capable of improving various skin conditions such as skin elasticity and wrinkle improvement, whitening, trouble reduction, moisturizing and the like, Lt; / RTI > As a specific example, the dressing composition is an active ingredient closely related to skin elasticity, and may include one or more kinds of active ingredients such as collagen, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q-10, retinol, vitamin C and elastin But it is not limited thereto, and it includes all the skin condition improving active ingredients derived from commonly known artificial synthetic ingredients or natural extracts.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention can be used as a skin condition improving ingredient together with active ingredients such as collagen, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q-10, retinol, vitamin C and elastin, . Such components for promoting the production of the skin condition improving agent include biodegradable materials such as poly (lactic acid), PLA, poly (glycolic acid), glycolic acid (PGA), lactic acid / glycolic acid (Lactic acid / glycolic acid copolymer, PLGA or PGLA), Polycaprolactone, Biotide®, Trylagen®, Viniderm®, and Peptiskin® and peptiskin (R). However, the present invention is not limited to these components and may include, without limitation, any of those known to promote the in vivo production of the skin condition improving component .
Preferably, the skin condition improving component may be collagen and may have a weight average molecular weight of 300 to 1000. The biodegradable polymer may be PLGA, PLA or PGLA, and has a weight average molecular weight of 200 to 10,000. . If the molecular weight of collagen, an active ingredient related to skin elasticity, is over 1,000, it is difficult to enter through skin. In addition, if the molecular weight is too low, it will be easily decomposed in the tissues, so that it can not help the skin elasticity. Collagen that passes through the skin acts as a component that helps skin elasticity like collagen in tissues.
Since the biodegradable polymer PLA, PLGA, PGLA, or the like acts as a foreign substance in the tissue, it acts to defend the foreign body in the body or to heal the wound. That is, the leukocyte is injected into the collagen, the biodegradable polymer such as PLA or PLGA, and the macrophage is activated, so that the tissue is proliferated and epithelialized. Therefore, the biodegradable polymer is filled with a new tissue in a portion of the human tissue into which the biodegradable polymer is introduced, thereby exhibiting an effect of increasing elasticity.

The skin permeation test was carried out by using human cadaver skin purchased from Han's Biomed at a temperature of minus 75 ° C and spontaneously thawing immediately before use. A pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution was filled in a Diffusion Franz Cell and the temperature was set at 37.5 ° C , And skin samples were collected at 0.5 h, 1 h and 3 h after application of the composition. The skin tissues collected at each sampling time were pretreated with abion and slides were used to make samples. Fluorescent materials penetrating the skin tissues were photographed with a confocal microscope. The results are shown in the table below. In the following examples and comparative examples, SASCP and fatty acid mixtures were prepared at a mixing ratio of 11: 89, and the mixing ratio of saturated fatty acid to unsaturated fatty acid in the fatty acid mixture was 35: 65.
Myristic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid were used as saturated fatty acids. The skin penetration test results of the fluorescent materials are summarized in Table 8 below.
The HA-F (hyaluronic acid-fluorescent substance) permeation test, which is a composition containing self-assembled surfactant cyclic peptides (SASCP) and SY-Mixture, was compared with the HA-F Blank permeation test Comparative Example 1) Excellent skin permeability is exhibited. This indicates that the composition containing the SASCP + fatty acid mixture shows a degree of enhancement of skin permeation of substances having a high molecular weight such as hyaluronic acid to 200% or more as compared with blank. (CTX Technology, etc.) in comparison with the composition containing the SASCP + fatty acid mixture of the present invention, which is known to promote skin permeation of substances such as hyaluronic acid having a large molecular weight, And HA-F permeation test Comparative Example 1). As can be seen in Table 8, HA-F permeation test example 1) and HA-F permeation test comparative example 1) show almost similar results. That is, compared with the combination of SASCP and a fatty acid mixture and a space peptide in combination, the skin penetration effect when used alone in a composition containing a mixture of SASCP and a fatty acid is substantially equivalent to that of skin The skin permeation effect of the space peptide is relatively low and the skin penetration effect by the mixture of SASCP and fatty acid used in the present invention is much superior to that of the skin penetration effect of the space peptide Able to know.
Collagen-F Permeation Test Example 2) and Collagen-F Blank Permeation Test Comparative Example 3 also shows that the skin permeability of collagen is very excellent by a composition containing a mixture of SASCP and a fatty acid. Skin penetration test results show that the compositions containing the composition containing the SASCP and the fatty acid mixture show a gradual increase in skin permeability with time. In addition, Table 8 shows that the penetration effect of the skin increases up to 3 hours and then maintains a constant level. Despite the fact that the molecular weight of collagen is hardly more than 400 (Indian J. Pharm. Sci. 2008, Jan-Feb; 70 (1): 96-96), which is an effective ingredient capable of permeating the skin, And high molecular weight collagen also shows that the skin penetration degree is remarkably improved by a composition containing a mixture of SASCP and fatty acid.
3: Clinical study on improving the elasticity of the adhesive elastic band according to the present invention
As the elastic support, a polyurethane foam having a thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm provided by Daewon Chemical Co., Ltd. was used.
