The Lada apparatus of the present invention includes a light source for generating a source light, a rotating mirror, an upper mirror, a light detecting unit, a receiving mirror, and a calculating unit. The rotating mirror is installed on the optical path of the source light so as to be rotatable in the biaxial direction, and the direction of the reflecting surface is temporally variable, and the source light is reflected upward as scanning light with a different direction in time. The upper mirror is installed on the upper part of the rotating mirror to reflect the scan light downward and to reflect downward the scan light reflected by the external reflector. The receiving mirror is disposed in front of the rotating mirror. The receiving mirror reflects the received light reflected by the upper mirror in the direction of the photodetector portion, and rotates the rotating mirror so that the optical path of the scanning light emitted from the rotating mirror, A light transmitting portion is formed at a position opposite to the light transmitting portion. The optical detecting unit detects the received light, and the calculating unit calculates the distance to the external reflector based on the flight time from when the source light is generated to when the received light is detected.
The laser output is remarkably reduced compared with the conventional apparatus which can scan at high speed and efficiently and is compact and simultaneously emits the laser in all directions within the angle of view, and there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost is low and the operation cost is low .
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a measuring apparatus, and more particularly, to an apparatus for measuring a distance to an object to be measured and an object to be measured using optical means.
Light Detection And Ranging (LIDAR) is the detection of objects using light and the measurement of the distance to the object. Lada is similar in function to RADAR (Radio Detection And Ranging), but differs in that it uses light, unlike radars that use radio waves, and is sometimes referred to as an 'image radar' in this regard. Due to the difference in Doppler effect between light and microwave, Lada has a feature that it has better azimuth resolution and distance resolution than radar.
The Lidar device is mainly composed of an airplane that emits laser pulses from satellites or aircraft and receives backscattered pulses from atmospheric particles at the ground station. It has been used to measure the presence and movement of smoke, aerosols, cloud particles, etc., and to analyze the distribution of airborne dust particles or air pollution. However, in recent years, both transmission systems and receiving systems have been installed on the ground to perform obstacle detection, terrain modeling, and ground acquisition, , Civilian mobile robots, intelligent automobiles, and unmanned automobiles.
The ground Lidar apparatus typically comprises a transmission optical system for emitting laser pulses, a receiving optical system for receiving reflected light reflected by an external object, and an analyzer for determining the position of the object. Here, the analyzing unit calculates the distance to the reflected object by determining the time required for transmitting and receiving the reflected light, and calculates the distance to the reflected object received from each direction, thereby calculating the distance corresponding to the field of view corresponding to the field of view (FOV) You can also create a distance map in
However, since the conventional terrestrial Lidar apparatus emits laser having a wide beam width corresponding to the angle of view and acquires reflected light simultaneously from all directions in the angle of view to obtain the distance to the reflector, a very high output laser module is required Therefore, there is a problem that the price is very expensive. In addition, a laser module having a high output has a large size, and it is a factor for raising the overall size of the laser device.
In particular, in the case of a ladder device having a panoramic scanning function, the entire apparatus including the transmission optical system and the reception optical system is rotated and operated. Examples of such devices are described in U.S. Patent Nos. 2011/0216304, 2012/0170029, 2014/0293263, and U.S. Patent No. 8,836,922. However, when the whole device is rotated, the size of the system becomes larger, which is not only cosmetic but also increases the price and power consumption.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a laser scanner capable of scanning at high speed and efficiently by emitting a laser beam in each direction and acquiring reflected light to calculate a distance to a reflector, A technical object of the present invention is to provide a Lada device having a very low laser output, a compact size, a low production cost and a low operating cost.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a ladder device including: an upper part of a fixed body, such as a military base, or an upper part of a moving body such as a robot or a vehicle, A rotating mirror, an upper mirror, a photodetector, a receiving mirror, and an arithmetic unit. The light source generates the source light. The photodetector detects the received light. The receiving mirror is disposed in front of the rotating mirror and reflects the received light reflected by the upper mirror toward the optical detecting part and prevents the optical path of the source light incident on the rotating mirror and the scanning light emitted from the rotating mirror from being blocked And a light transmitting portion is formed at a position facing the rotating mirror. The calculation unit calculates the distance to the external reflector based on the flight time from when the source light is generated to when the received light is detected.
In one embodiment, the Lidar apparatus further includes a condenser lens for condensing the received light reflected by the reception mirror, so that the optical detection unit detects the received light focused by the condenser lens. In addition, it is preferable that the lidar device further includes a light source mirror that reflects the source light emitted from the light source in the direction of the rotating mirror.
In another embodiment, the lidar apparatus further includes a concave mirror for focusing the received light reflected by the receiving mirror, and the photodetecting unit detects the received light focused by the concave mirror. Preferably, the Lada apparatus according to this embodiment further comprises a detector mirror for reflecting the received light focused by the concave mirror toward the optical detector. Further, it is preferable to further include a light source mirror that reflects the source light emitted from the light source in the direction of the rotating mirror. In this case, it is preferable that the detector mirror and the light source mirror have integral reflection surfaces having different directions.
In yet another embodiment, the Lidar device includes a sloped surface, a first side disposed to face the upper mirror, and a second side perpendicular to the first side, wherein the sloped surface is parallel to the first side And a prism having a light entrance portion provided with one source entrance surface. In this case, the rotating mirror is disposed outside the source incidence surface, and the inner surface of the inclined surface acts as a receiving mirror. In a preferred embodiment, the light input portion of the prism is a protrusion protruding outward from the inclined surface or a recess recessed from the inclined surface to the inside of the prism.
It is preferable that the upper mirror has a cone-shaped mirror whose vertex is located at the lower side or a convex mirror whose reflection surface is convex downward.
The upper mirror may be symmetrical with respect to all horizontal directions to have the same reflection angle characteristics or may be asymmetric with respect to at least some directions of all horizontal directions to have different reflection angle characteristics.
According to the present invention, since a laser beam of a narrow beam width emitted from a laser module is scanned and emitted at high speed in all directions within an angle of view by a micromirror rotating at high speed, There is an effect that the laser output required for the apparatus is significantly reduced.
Thus, the manufacturing cost of the Lada device can be greatly reduced, and the size of the laser module and the overall size of the device are greatly reduced, resulting in a compact device. In addition, there is an advantage in that the power consumption during the operation of the apparatus is reduced in accordance with the reduced laser output. Furthermore, since the optical transmitting and receiving optical system and the receiving optical system are integrated, the size of the apparatus becomes remarkably small. Particularly, since only the micromirror rotates inside the apparatus and the whole apparatus does not rotate, a mechanism for rotation is unnecessary, so that it can be made very small and it is possible to improve aesthetics.
Further, as the width of the laser beam is reduced, it is possible to greatly increase the output of the laser beam emitted in each scanning direction, thereby making it possible to greatly increase the distance resolution and to make accurate distance map creation and distance and shape measurement .
Such a Lada apparatus of the present invention can be applied to a civilian mobile robot such as a surveillance reconnaissance robot, a FA transporting robot, an unmanned ship, a civilian unmanned helicopter, and the like, and can be utilized in an intelligent vehicle or a future unmanned vehicle. Further, the apparatus of the present invention can be applied to a weapon system such as a guarding robot, a battle robot, a defense robot, an unmanned helicopter, an unmanned helicopter, or an unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, thereby enhancing the accuracy of the equipment and greatly enhancing the military power.

1, a ladder device according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a
The
As the
In this embodiment, the
The receiving
In the preferred embodiment, a wide-
In the radar apparatus according to the present embodiment, the transmission light and the reception light proceed as follows.
As shown in FIG. 2, the source light emitted from the
3, the reflected light after being reflected by the external reflector is reflected downward by the
4 shows the electrical configuration of the ladder device shown in Fig. The Lidar apparatus electrically includes a

The
The
The above-mentioned Lida system operates as follows.
When the source light is generated and emitted from the
The
The emitted scan light is reflected or scattered by an external reflector and then returned. The returned receiving light is reflected downward by the
The absolute
According to the optical system shown in FIG. 1, since the received light can not be reflected at the portion where the through

In the above description, the
In addition, although a plurality of embodiments have been described above, it goes without saying that the features of the embodiments can be combined and implemented.
Therefore, it should be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative in all aspects and not restrictive.
