본체(100)의 후방에 설치되고 본체에 길이방향의 수직방향으로 형성된 레일(350)을 따라 왕복이동가능하며 세로밴드(211)가 재봉된 안전망(111)을 이송받아 레일(350)을 따라 이동하면서 한 쌍의 가로밴드(311)를 일정간격을 가지도록 나란하게 재봉함과 동시에 재봉기의 후측에 설치된 커팅기(330)로 양측 가로밴드(311)의 가운데를 커팅하면서 이동하고 재봉 및 커팅이 완료되면 다시 제자리로 돌아오는 가로밴드재봉및커팅부(300);
가로밴드재봉및커팅부(300)의 커팅기(330)에 의해 커팅되어 전,후측으로 양분된 안전망 중 전측 안전망(111)의 후미쪽 단부(111a)에 강제인출롤러(430)를 접촉시켜 출구쪽의 상하 인출롤러(531,532) 쪽으로 강제로 당겨내어주는 강제인출장치(400); 를 포함하여 구성되는 건축용 안전망 제작장치.
