Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an electronic component fixing method, and more particularly, to an electronic component fixing method for fixing a high-heat-generating electronic component (e.g., FET) directly to a heat sink using a heat conduction compound.
Normally, a large amount of ECUs exist in automobiles according to purpose. All of these ECUs will continue to have complex processes to improve the performance of the vehicle, which requires the use of more electronic components in order to realize a wider variety of functions.
In particular, as the use of high-temperature electronic components increases, a circuit board structure for removing heat generated from high-temperature electronic components is required.
1, the conventional circuit board structure includes a metal circuit board (PCB) 30 for transmitting heat generated from the
Specifically, a high heat-generating
However, such a conventional method is not efficient because the heat generated from the high heat-generating
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing an electronic component using a metal circuit board and a screw, And an object of the present invention is to provide an electronic component fixing method for fixing a component directly to a heat sink so that heat generated in the electronic component can be more smoothly transmitted to the heat sink.
