Abstract

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a deco sheet for furniture, and more particularly, to an apparatus for manufacturing a deco sheet for furniture, in which embossing is formed on a deco sheet bonded to the surface of furniture or the like.
The decorative sheet is for the purpose of protecting the surface of decorative materials such as wooden boards and decorating them, and is used by adhering them to the surface of furniture such as MDF.
Further, the decorative plate thus obtained is used for various construction materials, furniture and the like.
As such a decor sheet, for example, a laminate obtained by laminating a base sheet, a pattern layer, a synthetic resin layer or the like is used.
The decorative sheet usually forms a coating layer to protect its outermost surface.
Particularly, in order to improve abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, it is known that a coating layer is made of a thermosetting resin or a UV curable resin.
When embossing is formed on such a conventional decor sheet, conventionally, heated embossing rolls are used to heat the supplied decor sheet to form embossing.
Further, in the conventional decor sheet, the base sheet was made of synthetic resin rather than paper in order to prevent the decor sheet from being torn.
