Claims (14)
상기 인슐레이터의 내부에 배치된 복수개의 금속부재; 및
상기 금속부재로부터 연장되어 상기 인슐레이터의 외측면으로 돌출되어 상기 스테이터의 코일과 접속되는 복수개의 터미널을 포함하고,
상기 스테이터의 코일과 접속되는 상기 터미널 단부의 높이는 인접한 상기 터미널 단부의 높이와 상이하고,
상기 터미널의 단부는 고리형상이며,
상기 금속부재를 덮는 상기 인슐레이터는 환형의 베이스부, 상기 베이스부 상에 배치된 제1단차부 및 상기 제1단차부 상에 배치된 제2단차부를 포함하고,
상기 제1단차부의 원주방향 길이는 상기 베이스부의 원주방향 길이보다 짧고, 상기 제2단차부의 원주방향의 길이보다 길며,
상기 복수개의 터미널은 상기 베이스부의 측면에서 돌출되는 제1터미널, 상기 제1단차부의 측면에서 돌출되는 제2터미널 및 상기 제2단차부의 측면에서 돌출되는 제3터미널을 포함하고,
상기 제1터미널, 상기 제2터미널 및 상기 제3터미널은 돌출지점의 높이가 서로 상이한 EPS 모터의 버스바. An insulator of an insulating material disposed on the upper side of the stator;
A plurality of metal members disposed inside the insulator; And
And a plurality of terminals extending from the metal member and projecting to the outer surface of the insulator and connected to the coil of the stator,

The insulator covering the metal member includes an annular base portion, a first step portion disposed on the base portion, and a second step portion disposed on the first step portion,
Wherein a circumferential length of the first step portion is shorter than a circumferential length of the base portion and longer than a circumferential length of the second step portion,
The plurality of terminals including a first terminal protruding from a side surface of the base portion, a second terminal protruding from a side surface of the first step portion and a third terminal protruding from a side surface of the second step portion,
Wherein the first terminal, the second terminal, and the third terminal are different in height of protruding points from each other.

상기 스테이터의 코일과 접속되는 상기 터미널 단부의 높이는 인접한 상기 터미널 단부의 높이와 상이하고,
상기 터미널의 각 단부는 고리형상이며,
상기 금속부재를 덮는 상기 인슐레이터는 환형의 베이스부, 상기 베이스부 상에 배치된 제1단차부 및 상기 제1단차부 상에 배치되는 제2단차부를 포함하고,
상기 제1단차부의 원주방향 길이는 상기 베이스부의 원주방향 길이보다 짧고, 상기 제2단차부의 원주방향 길이 보다 길며,
상기 복수개의 터미널은 상기 베이스부의 측면에서 돌출되는 제1터미널, 상기 제1단차부의 측면에서 돌출되는 제2터미널 및 상기 제2단차부의 측면에서 돌출되는 제3터미널을 포함하고,
상기 제1터미널, 상기 제2터미널 및 상기 제3터미널은 돌출지점의 높이가 서로 상이한 EPS 모터.

The plurality of terminals including a first terminal protruding from a side surface of the base portion, a second terminal protruding from a side surface of the first step portion and a third terminal protruding from a side surface of the second step portion,
Wherein the heights of the protruding points of the first terminal, the second terminal, and the third terminal are different from each other.
