Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a packaging material,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a package body capable of housing a plate-like food such as a large number of chewing gum or chocolate, and a manufacturing method thereof.

BACKGROUND ART [0002] In a conventional plate-shaped food such as a chewing gum or a chocolate, a package for wrapping each plate-shaped food with a wrapping paper and arranging them in a packaging container has been used.

As a packaging method for easily taking out these packaged foods, there is, for example, a packaged body as in Patent Document 1. [

However, in general, such a plate-like food is stored in a small packaging container so as to be portable, so that it is difficult to simultaneously store a large number of foods so that a large number of people can eat at the same time.

In addition, Patent Document 2 discloses a packaging container for storing flat food in a standing state, and Patent Document 3 discloses a manufacturing method for the packaging container.

However, these packages have a stepped structure in which the height of the rear row is higher than the height of the front row. In particular, in the case of producing a package having a large capacity by arranging plate foods in two or more stages, There is a useless space for the later lifting. As a result, cost is wasted and the size of the package increases more than necessary. Further, since the shape of the container is limited to a rectangular parallelepiped shape, which is an outer box shape, the degree of freedom of storing a plurality of plate-shaped foods is insufficient.

On the other hand, as a packaging container for storing a large number of foods at the same time, a package in which granular gum is put in a container is used, and according to this configuration, a large number of people can be cared for.

However, when such a configuration is applied to the plate-shaped food, there is a fear that the food may be broken when it is stirred therein. In addition, since the hand reaches the other granular chewing gum when the hand is put into the container, the hygiene problem can not be removed. Further, since the opening of the container is narrowed to prevent the granular gum from overflowing, there is a problem that it is difficult to remove the intended granular gum, especially when only a small amount of granular gum remains near the bottom of the container .

Secondly, the present invention provides a package body of plate-shaped foods such as chewing gum, chocolate,

Each of the sheet foods is wrapped by a package sheet which can be opened by cutting the fragile portion and extracting the extraction portion, the packaging sheet being composed of an extraction portion, a fixing portion, and a weak portion between the two portions,

Wherein a plurality of the packaged plate-like foods are aligned in the width direction and are connected and fixed to the connection base at the fixing portion to form a plate-like food unit which is integrated,

A plurality of said plate-shaped food units are bound to form a bundling body,

And the binding body is fixed to the container.

Thirdly, according to the present invention, in a method of manufacturing a package,

(i) each of a plurality of flaky foods is wrapped by a package sheet that can be opened by cutting the fragile portion and extracting the extraction portion, the packaging sheet being composed of an extracting portion, Packaging process;

(Ii) an aligning step of arranging the plurality of sheet-like foods packed individually in the vicinity thereof in the width direction;

According to the packaging container of the present invention, a plurality of plate-shaped foods can be housed compactly and housed, and further, housed in various types of containers.

At this time, since plate-shaped food units are manufactured and they are aligned and fixed to the container, a large number of plate foods can be stored at the same time in a stable state, and there is no fear of breakage due to stirring inside .

Further, since the fragile portion is formed in the package of the sheet-like food, the fragile portion can be cut by holding one end and pulled out, and the package of the other end can be taken out in a separated state. Therefore, it is not necessary to take off the wrapping of the taken-out plate-like food, so that it can be easily smoked.

Furthermore, since the mouth can be moved without being directly in contact with the mouth, the problem of hygiene is small even when a large number of people are simultaneously smoked from the same package.

A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a package body of plate-shaped foods such as chewing gum and chocolate.

1 is a perspective view showing a package 100 according to this embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the plate-shaped food packaged by the package sheet is connected and fixed by a connecting sheet to form a plate-shaped food unit. Further, a plurality of plate-shaped food units are fixed to the container 101, thereby constituting the package body 100.

The packaging sheet of the present invention is not particularly limited, but may be any sheet such as paper for packaging plate foods such as chewing gum or chocolate, plastic such as polypropylene, metal such as aluminum, or a package sheet laminated with two or more thereof Can be used.

The packaging by the package sheet in the present invention also includes, for example, sealing the plate-shaped food into a thin plastic container.

2, in the plate-shaped food 200 packaged with the package sheet, the plate-shaped food 200 (see FIG. 2) is arranged at a position slightly near one end in the longitudinal direction of the package sheet, for example, And the package sheet is cut along the perforated line so that the fixing portion 203 positioned at the one end side and the extraction portion located at the other end side So that it is possible to separate the part 204.

The weakened portion 202 is not limited to the perforated line as long as it is cut when the tensile force is applied between the both ends of the package sheet, but the weakened portion 202 is not limited to the perforated line, Shape. Therefore, when the plate-shaped food is enclosed in a plastic container, for example, as described above, the weak portion 202 can be formed by forming a groove or hollow cavity in the container.

As shown in Fig. 3, the packaged plate-shaped food 200 is arranged in the width direction and aligned, and the surface of the packed sheet fixing portion 203 of the plate-shaped food 200 is aligned with the aligned plate- And connected to each other to form a single plate-shaped food unit 300. In this way,

This fixing may be performed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the fixing portion 203, depending on the required fixing strength, or may be performed on either one of the surfaces.

As the connection substrate 305, paper, a plastic film, a metal foil, or a composite sheet of two or more kinds thereof may be used. For example, since aluminum foil laminated with aluminum foil and paper has high shape retention due to the rigidity of aluminum foil, it facilitates handling in the manufacturing process and, due to the high thermal conductivity of aluminum, The heat of the bonding heater is liable to be transmitted to the adhesive, which is preferable.

In the example shown in the drawing, both ends of the connection paper 305, which are continuously fixed to both surfaces of the fixed portion 203 of each package sheet, are located outside the widthwise ends of the connected plate- Extended.

This is to fold the extension portion inward to make the holding of the packaging sheet 305 stronger by the connection paper 305, and to facilitate handling of the plate-shaped food unit 300 at the time of manufacturing. Therefore, for example, in the case where thick paper or the like is used for the connecting ground 305, if the reinforcement is unnecessary, the extending portion may not be formed.

A plurality of the plate-shaped food units 300 are aligned and fixed to the container 101 with an adhesive or an ultrasonic seal to form the package 100. [

As the container 101, any shape such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylindrical shape or the like having a shape of a polygonal column such as a square pillar or a pentagonal pillar can be used. It may also have an outer lid with a hinged lid or a lid of a fitted food.

Here, by changing the number of the plate-shaped foods 200 included in the plate-shaped food unit 300 or the number of the plate-shaped food units 300 fixed to the vessel 101, ).

For example, as in the case of using a cylindrical container shown in Fig. 4, it is possible to arrange a plurality of plate-shaped food units 300 in a plurality of rows in parallel with the width direction of the plate-shaped food 200.

In order to easily take out the sheet-like food 200, it is preferable that the extraction portion 204 of the packaged sheet-like food 200 protrudes above the edge of the container 101 by at least 1 cm.

The material of the container 101 is not particularly limited, but paper, plastic, resin, metal, or the like can be used.

In the present invention, the number of plate-shaped foods 200 per plate in the plate-shaped food unit 300 and the number of plate-shaped food units 300 per unit in the package 100 can be arbitrarily determined. Therefore, it is possible to arrange the various plate-shaped foods 200 in the shape of the various containers 101 and the package body 100. In addition, the number of the sheet-like food 200 need not be the same in all the sheet-like food units 300 included in one package body 100. The plurality of plate-shaped food units 300 having different numbers of the plate-like foods 200 may be aligned according to the shape of the package body 100 and the shape of the packaging vessel 101 finally obtained.

As a result, the package 100 can fill the plate-shaped food 200 in the container 101 without gaps, so that no unnecessary space is generated in the container 101. [ Therefore, it is possible to reduce the cost of the in-line material.

Since the plate-shaped food 200 is fixed by the connecting ground 305 and the vessel 101, the plate-shaped food 200 is prevented from being broken by stirring inside the vessel, Can be stored stably regardless of the number of plate-shaped food units (200) or the number of plate-shaped food units (300) per unit in the package body (100). Therefore, even when the number of the sheet-like food 200 is reduced, the remaining sheet-like food 200 can be easily extracted.

When the number of the plate-shaped food units 300 per unit in the package body 100 is reduced, the package body 100 can be made thinner, so that transportation is facilitated. On the other hand, when the number of plate-shaped food 200 per plate in the plate-shaped food unit 300 or the number of plate-shaped food units 300 per unit in the package 100 is increased, So that the package body 100 can be stably installed on a desk, a car, or the like.

Further, by picking out and extracting the extraction portion 204 of the package sheet, the package sheet can be cut in the fragile portion 202, so that the plate-shaped food can be taken out while the upper portion of the plate-like food 200 is exposed. This can be easily taken out by putting it up with a finger or by directly blowing it with the mouth, so that it can be sanitized. Therefore, even if one hand of the sloping person is tied or knotted, the food can be easily taken out by putting it directly into the mouth, and can be put on the table. In addition, since each plate-shaped food 200 is individually packaged, there is no problem of hygiene by touching the plate-shaped food 200 by hand.

A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a package in which a plurality of plate-shaped food units (300) are bundled to form a bundle body and the bundle body is fixed to the container in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 5, the binding body 400 is bound by aligning a plurality of the plate-shaped food units 300 in the thickness direction of the plate-like food 200 contained therein. In addition, as long as the shape of the binding body 400 is stable after binding, the binding method and the shape after bonding may be any.

The plate-shaped food unit 300 can be bound by using the binding sheet 406 having the bottom and the four side plates bound together in advance and bonding each unit with an adhesive agent or the like . Here, the purpose of binding is to prevent the shape of the plate-shaped food unit 300 from being deformed by the pressure in the thickness direction when a plurality of plate-shaped food units 300 are housed in the container 101 It is on. As long as this is consistent with this object, for example, the connection ground 305 may be bound by wrapping paper, tape, or the like so as to surround the outer periphery of a plurality of plate-shaped food units 300, (305) may be directly coupled to each other. There is no particular limitation on the material of the binding member 406. In order to easily take out the plate-like food 200, in the bundled state, the extraction portion 204 of the packaged plate- , And protrudes upward from the binding member (406).

The number of the plate-shaped food units 300 per unit in the binding body 400 and the number of the plate-shaped food units 300 per unit in the plate-shaped food unit 300, as in the first embodiment, It is possible to store the binding body 400 in the container 101 having an arbitrary shape by changing the method of arranging the plate-shaped food units 300 in the container body 100 and the binding body 400, (100).

Since the plate-shaped food 200 is further fixed by the binding member 406 in addition to the connection substrate 305 and the container 101, the plate food 200 can be stored in the container 101 more stably.

A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing the package body 100 according to the first embodiment.

As shown in Fig. 6, the manufacturing method of the package 100 in the present embodiment includes the following procedure.

(i) Individual packaging process (Figure 6 (a))

Each of the plurality of flaky foods is packed in a wrapping sheet.

Here, when the sheet-shaped food 200 is taken out from the package 100, the weak portion 202 is formed in a straight line around the sheet-like food 200 when wrapped, So that the fixed portion 203 positioned at one end of the packaged plate-shaped food 200 and the extraction portion 204 positioned at the other end can be separated. Therefore, it is preferable to form the perforated line in advance on the package sheet before packaging.

Although the packaging order is not particularly limited, for example, one side of the package sheet is folded back to cover one half of the widthwise direction of the sheet-like food, and then the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the package sheet are folded back. Finally, Fold the other side back and wrap it. As shown in Fig. 2, when folding back one side of the sheet-like food 200, it is aesthetically pleasing to fold the inside edge of the folded portion of the folded portion of the package sheet inwardly .

In addition, for example, the outer periphery of the sheet-like food may be wrapped in the lateral direction, and the both end portions in the longitudinal direction may be folded back and wrapped.

In addition, a plate-shaped food may be enclosed in a plastic container. In this case, the fragile portion 202 of the container may be prepared before sealing, or a cavity or cavity may be formed after sealing.

(Ii) Alignment process (FIG. 6 (b))

The individual packaged plate-shaped foods 200 are aligned in the width direction by the number per unit. The number of plate foods 200 per unit can be arbitrarily set according to the shape and size of the finally obtained package.

(Iii) a unit forming step (Fig. 6 (c))

The connection board 305 is continuously mounted on the upper surface of the fixing portion 203 of each package sheet of the sheet-like food 200 arranged close to each other and fixed thereto with an adhesive or the like to form the sheet-like food unit 300.

A single rectangular connecting land 305 is folded and bent along the longitudinal center line on the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixed portion 203 of each package sheet of the sheet food 200 arranged in close proximity, And is fixed with a hot melt adhesive or the like so as to continuously contact the food 200. The lengthwise portion of the package sheet on the side of the fixing portion 203 in the longitudinal direction, Shaped food unit 300 is formed. The fixing may be performed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the fixing portion 203, depending on the required fixing strength or the like, and may be performed on either one of the surfaces.

Both ends of the connecting board 305 continuously attached to both sides of the fixing portion 203 of each package sheet are extended outward beyond both ends in the width direction of the connected plate food 200, It may be folded back into the inner side so that the holding of each package sheet by the connecting sheet 305 may be strengthened.

(Iv) Step of stacking (Fig. 6 (d))

The plurality of plate-shaped food units 300 are stacked until the extraction units 204 of the plate-shaped food 200 contained therein are all directed in the same direction and a predetermined number of pieces are provided per package body.

The number of stages to be stacked and how to form the stages can be arbitrarily determined depending on the shape of the package or the packaging container finally obtained. In addition, the number of plate-like foods 200 included in the plate-shaped food unit 300 need not be the same in all stages. The number of the plate-like foods 200 included in the plate-shaped food unit 300 in each stage may be different according to the shape of the package or the packaging container finally obtained.

Here, in order to prevent the sheet-like food units 300 from being stacked in a subsequent step, the wrapping paper may be wrapped along the stacking direction so as to be bound to the case.

(v) fixing process (Fig. 6 (e))

The plurality of stacked plate-shaped food units 300 are fixed to the container 101 with an adhesive or an ultrasonic seal.

By the above process, the package 100 containing the sheet-like food 200 can be manufactured. According to the present embodiment, since the process is simple, it can be realized at low cost. Further, regardless of the size and shape of the desired package body 100, the individual plate-shaped foods 200 can be packed securely and efficiently housed.

The fourth embodiment relates to a manufacturing method of the package body 100 according to the second embodiment.

The difference from the third embodiment is that the fixing step (e) of the present embodiment differs from the third embodiment in that the fixing step (e) is a bonding step (e) for binding the plurality of stacked plate- 1) for fixing the binding material 400 to the container 101 and a fixing step (e-2) for fixing the bound binding material 400 to the container 101. Hereinafter, based on FIG. 7, differences from the third embodiment will be described.

(v) bonding process (Fig. 7 (e-1))

A plurality of stacked plate-shaped food units 300 are bundled together and fixed to the container 101, so that the binding body 400 is manufactured.

The binding method can be arbitrarily determined in accordance with the shape of the desired package body 100 and the shape of the container 101. [ For example, the bundling member 406 may be formed in the shape of a receiving tray, the stacked sheet-like food units 300 may be sandwiched therebetween, their bottoms may be bonded together with a hot-melt adhesive, And the adjacent connecting ground 305 may be bonded with a hot-melt adhesive or the like. Also, the connecting ground 305 of the stacked plate-shaped food unit 300 may be bundled and bound together along its outer periphery with a binding sheet or binding strap.

(vi) Fixing step ((e-2) in Fig. 7)

The binding body 400 is fixed to the container 101 with an adhesive, an ultrasonic seal, or the like.

By the above process, the package 100 can be manufactured at low cost as in the third embodiment. In addition, the produced package body 100 can be efficiently packaged by packing the individual sheet-shaped food 200 regardless of the size and shape of the desired package.

Example

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described by way of examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

Example 1

Manufacture of Chewing Gum Package

The manufacturing method of the chewing gum package 100 according to the first embodiment will be described in the order of the steps.

(i) individual packaging processes

(448L x 43.3W x 3.4T (mm)) in the form of strips was prepared and sheared to obtain plate-like chewing gum (43.0L x 12.0W x 3.4T (mm)). The prepared flaky gum was packed in a packaging sheet provided with a perforated line perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction at a portion 22.5 mm away from one end thereof continuously fed by the built-in autosplicer 22, As shown in Fig.

(Ii)

The six packaged chewing gum packed individually were brought in the width direction and aligned so that the perforations were aligned.

(Iii) Unit forming process

A rectangular rectangular connecting piece 305 continuously fed by a band sponge autosplicer is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the fixed portion 203 side of each package sheet of the six flat chewing gums arranged in close proximity, And continuously bonded to the six plate-shaped chewing gums in a bent state along the longitudinal center line of the use paper 305, respectively, and fixed by hot-melt adhesive or the like. The plate-shaped food unit 300 having both sides thereof covered with the connecting paper 305 by a length of about one-half of the lengthwise fixed portion 203 side of each package sheet of the plate-shaped chewing gum was formed.

(Iv) Stacking process

The plate-shaped food unit 300 formed was aligned and aligned by aligning the direction of the extraction unit 204 to produce twelve plate-shaped food unit sets.

(v) bonding process

The plate-shaped food unit set was bound with the adhesive tape surrounding the periphery of the connection substrate 305 while maintaining the plate-shaped food unit set shape. Further, a binding member 406 having a bottom and a four side surface binding paperboard formed thereon was separately prepared, and the bottom surface and the connecting paper 305 side of the sheet-like food unit set were bonded with a hot-melt adhesive.

(vi) Fixed process

A molded plastic container 101 having a hinge having a cubic shape was prepared separately and the binding member 400 was fixed to the bottom surface thereof with a hot-melt adhesive.

In the finished chewing gum package 100, the plate-shaped chewing gum was stably filled without gaps. In addition, it was easy to take out with only one hand, and it was able to be hygienically put out.
