Conventionally, for plate-like foods such as gum and chocolate, a package has been used in which each plate-like food is wrapped with wrapping paper and stored in a packaging container.
As a packaging method for facilitating the removal of the packaged food, for example, there is a package as in Patent Document 1.
However, such plate-like food is usually stored in a small packaging container so that it can be carried, so it is difficult to store a large number of foods simultaneously so that a large number of people can eat at the same time. there were.
Further, as another package for facilitating the removal of the plate-like food, Patent Document 2 discloses a packaging container for storing the plate-shaped food in an upright state, and Patent Document 3 discloses the manufacture of the packaging container. A method is disclosed.
However, these packages have a step-like structure in which the height of the rear row is higher than the height of the front row, so that a large-capacity package is produced by arranging two or more plate-like foods in particular. When trying to do so, useless space is created for raising the bottom of the second and subsequent stages. Therefore, waste of cost occurs and the size of the package increases more than necessary. Moreover, since the shape of a container is limited to the rectangular parallelepiped shape which is the shape of an outer box, the freedom degree of the method of accommodating many plate-shaped foodstuffs is scarce.
On the other hand, as a packaging container for storing a large number of foods at the same time, a packaging in which granular gum is put in a container is used. According to this configuration, a large number of people can eat.
However, if such a configuration is applied to a plate-like food, the food may be damaged when stirred in the food. Moreover, since a hand will touch another granular gum when putting a hand in a container, the problem on hygiene cannot be wiped off. Furthermore, since the opening of the container is narrowed to prevent spilling of the granular gum, it is difficult to take out the desired granular gum, especially when only a small amount of granular gum remains near the bottom of the container. There is a problem that there is.

The packaging container according to the present invention can store a large number of plate-shaped foods in a compact manner and can be stored in various forms of containers.
At that time, a plate-like food unit is created, and they are aligned and fixed to the container, so that a large number of plate-like foods can be stored at the same time in a stable state, and breakage due to internal stirring. There is no fear of it.
Also, since the fragile portion is provided in the package of the plate-like food, the fragile portion can be cut by pinching and pulling one end, and the package at the other end can be removed. Therefore, it is not necessary to peel off the package of the taken-out plate-shaped food and can be eaten easily.
Furthermore, since it can be carried to the mouth without directly touching the part to be put in the mouth, there are few sanitary problems even when many people eat from the same package at the same time.

1st Embodiment of this invention is related with the package body of plate-shaped foodstuffs, such as chewing gum and chocolate.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a package 100 according to the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, the plate-shaped food packaged by the packaging sheet is connected and fixed by a connection mount to form a plate-shaped food unit. Further, the package 100 is configured by fixing a plurality of plate-like food units to the container 101.
The packaging sheet of the present invention is not particularly limited, but paper for packaging plate-like foods such as chewing gum and chocolate, plastic such as polypropylene, metal such as aluminum, etc., or packaging in which two or more of them are laminated Sheets can be used.
Further, the packaging by the packaging sheet in the present invention includes, for example, enclosing a plate-shaped food in a thin plastic container.
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, in the plate-like food 200 packaged by the packaging sheet, the longitudinal direction of the packaging sheet, for example, a position slightly closer to one end than the center, is along the width direction of the plate-like food 200. As described above, the perforation as the fragile portion 202 is formed in a straight line, and by cutting the packaging sheet along the perforation, the fixing portion 203 located on the one end side and the extraction located on the other end side are extracted. The unit 204 can be separated.
The fragile portion 202 is not limited to the perforation as long as it is cut there when a tensile force is applied between both ends of the packaging sheet. The material, thickness, and cross-sectional shape of the packaging sheet are not limited. Depending on the above, it may have a shape such as a groove or a hollow space. Therefore, for example, when the plate-like food is enclosed in a plastic container as described above, the fragile portion 202 can be formed by providing a groove or a hollow space in the container.
As shown in FIG. 3, the packaged plate-like foods 200 are aligned close to each other in the width direction, and the surfaces of the fixing portions 203 of the respective packaging sheets of the plate-like foods 200 are aligned with the aligned plate-like foods 200. The plate-like food unit 300 is formed as an integral unit by being fixed to the rectangular connecting mount 305 continuously along the plate.
This fixing may be performed on both the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixing portion 203 or on either one of the surfaces depending on the required fixing strength.
As the connection mount 305, paper, plastic film, metal foil, or a composite sheet of two or more of them can be used. For example, aluminum band paper laminated with aluminum foil and paper is easy to handle in the manufacturing process because of its high form maintainability due to the rigidity of the aluminum foil, and because of the high thermal conductivity of aluminum, Since the heat of the bonding heater is easily transmitted to the hot melt adhesive, it can be mentioned as a preferable one.
Further, in the illustrated example, both end portions of the connecting mount 305 continuously fixed to both surfaces of the fixing portion 203 of each packaging sheet extend outward from both ends in the width direction of the connected plate-like food 200. .
This is in order to make the holding of each packaging sheet by the connecting mount 305 stronger by folding the extended portion inward, and to facilitate the handling of the plate-like food unit 300 at the time of manufacture. Therefore, for example, in the case where such reinforcement is not required by using cardboard or the like for the connection mount 305, the above-described extension portion may not be formed.
A plurality of the plate-like food units 300 are aligned and fixed to the container 101 with an adhesive or an ultrasonic seal to form the package 100.
The container 101 can be of any shape, such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylindrical shape, or the like, or a polygonal prism shape such as a quadrangular prism or a pentagonal prism. Moreover, you may have a hinged outer cover and a fitting-type cover.
Here, by changing the number of the plate-like foods 200 included in the plate-like food unit 300 or the number of the plate-like food units 300 fixed to the container 101, the package body 100 having an arbitrary shape is obtained. Can do.
For example, a storage method in which a plurality of plate-like food units 300 are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel with the width direction of the plate-like food 200 is possible as in the case of using a cylindrical container shown in FIG.
In addition, in order to make it easy to take out the plate-like food 200, it is desirable that the extracted portion 204 of the packaged plate-like food 200 protrudes above the edge of the container 101 by at least 1 cm.
The material of the container 101 is not particularly limited, but paper, plastic, resin, metal, etc. can be used.
In the present invention, the number of the plate-like foods 200 per one in the plate-like food unit 300 and the number of the plate-like food units 300 per one in the package 100 can be arbitrarily determined. Therefore, it becomes possible to arrange various plate-like foods 200 in various shapes of the container 101 and the package 100. Note that the number of plate-like foods 200 does not have to be the same in all plate-like food units 300 included in one package 100. A plurality of plate-like food units 300 having different numbers of plate-like foods 200 may be aligned in accordance with the shape of the package 100 or the shape of the packaging container 101 finally obtained.
Thereby, since this package 100 can pack each plate-shaped food 200 in the container 101 without gaps, no unnecessary space is generated in the container 101. Therefore, the packaging material cost can be reduced.
Since the plate-like food 200 is fixed by the connecting mount 305 and the container 101, damage caused by stirring inside the container does not occur, and the number and package of the plate-like food 200 per one in the plate-like food unit 300 Regardless of the number of plate-like food units 300 per body in the body 100, it can be stably stored. For this reason, the remaining plate-shaped food 200 can be easily extracted even when the number of the plate-shaped food 200 is reduced.
If the number of the plate-like food units 300 per package body 100 is reduced, the package body 100 can be thinned, so that it is easy to carry. On the other hand, if the number of the plate-like foods 200 per one in the plate-like food unit 300 and the number of the plate-like food units 300 per one in the package 100 are increased, the food can be stored in the container 101 having a wide bottom area. The package 100 can be stably installed on a desk or in a vehicle.
Further, by picking and pulling out the extraction portion 204 of the packaging sheet, the plate-like food can be taken out in a state where the packaging sheet is cut at the fragile portion 202 and the upper portion of the plate-like food 200 is exposed. This can be easily picked up and eaten hygienically by picking it up with a finger or holding it directly with the mouth. Therefore, even when one hand of the eater is closed, the food can be easily taken out and eaten by directly holding it with the mouth. In addition, since each plate-like food 200 is individually packaged, there is no sanitary problem caused by touching with hand when taking out.
The second embodiment of the present invention relates to a packaging body in the first embodiment, in which a plurality of plate-like food units 300 are bound to form a bound body, and the bound body is fixed to a container.
As shown in FIG. 5, the binding body 400 is obtained by aligning and binding a plurality of the plate-like food units 300 close to each other in the thickness direction of the plate-like food 200 contained therein. In addition, as long as the shape of the binding body 400 is stable after binding, the binding method and the shape after binding may be any.
The plate-like food unit 300 can be bundled by using as a binding member 406 what is previously formed by binding paperboards for binding consisting of a bottom surface and four side surfaces as a binding member 406. Here, the purpose of bundling is to prevent the shape of the plate-like food unit 300 from being distorted by the pressure in the thickness direction when a plurality of plate-like food units 300 are arranged and stored in the container 101. As long as it meets this purpose, for example, it is bound by wrapping paper, tape, or the like around the connecting mount 305 so as to surround the outer periphery of the plurality of plate-like food units 300, or adjacent connecting mounts 305 with adhesive tape. You may couple | bond together. The material for the binding member 406 is not particularly limited, but in order to facilitate the removal of the plate-like food 200, the extraction portion 204 of the packaged plate-like food 200 is at least 1 cm or more in a bundled state. It is desirable to protrude above the member 406.
Also in the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the number of plate-like food units 300 per unit in the bundle 400, the number of plate-like foods 200 per unit in the plate-like food unit 300, and the bundling By changing the arrangement of the plate-like food units 300 in the body 400, the bundled body 400 can be stored in the container 101 having any shape, and the package 100 having any shape can be obtained.
Further, since the plate-like food 200 is further fixed by the binding member 406 in addition to the connecting mount 305 and the container 101, it can be stored in the container 101 more stably.
3rd Embodiment of this invention is related with the manufacturing method of the package 100 which concerns on 1st Embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 6, the manufacturing method of the package 100 in the present embodiment includes the following procedures.
(I) Individual packaging process ((a) of FIG. 6)
Each of the plurality of plate-like foods is packaged with a packaging sheet.
Here, when packaged, the fragile portion 202 is formed in a straight line around the plate-like food 200, so that when the plate-like food 200 is taken out from the package 100, the fragile portion 202 is formed along the fragile portion 202. Then, the packaging sheet can be cut to separate the fixed portion 203 located at one end of the packaged plate-like food 200 and the extraction portion 204 located at the other end. Therefore, it is preferable to perforate the packaging sheet in advance before packaging.
The packaging procedure is not particularly limited. For example, one side of the packaging sheet is folded to cover one half of the plate-shaped food in the width direction, then both ends in the longitudinal direction of the packaging sheet are folded, and finally the other side of the packaging sheet. Wrap and wrap. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to fold the corners of the folds of the packaging sheet formed on both outer sides in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like food 200 obliquely inward so that they cannot be seen from the outside when the one side is folded. From a general viewpoint.
Also, for example, it is possible to follow a procedure of wrapping the outer periphery of the plate-like food product in the lateral direction and folding the both ends in the longitudinal direction.
It is also possible to enclose plate foods in plastic containers. In this case, the fragile portion 202 of the container may be created before sealing, or a groove or a hollow space may be created after sealing.
(Ii) Alignment step ((b) of FIG. 6)
The individually packaged plate-like foods 200 are aligned in the width direction by the number per unit. The number of the plate-like foods 200 per unit can be arbitrarily set according to the shape and size of the finally obtained package.
(Iii) Unit formation step ((c) of FIG. 6)
The connecting board 305 is continuously mounted on the upper surface of the fixing portion 203 of each packaging sheet of the plate-like food 200 aligned in close proximity, and is fixed with an adhesive or the like, thereby forming the plate-like food unit 300.
A rectangular connecting mount 305 is folded along the longitudinal center line on the upper and lower surfaces of the fixing portion 203 of each packaging sheet of the plate-like food 200 aligned in close proximity. The food 200 is continuously brought into contact with each other and fixed by a hot melt adhesive or the like, and the length of the fixing part 203 in the longitudinal direction of each packaging sheet is covered on both sides by the connecting mount 305. A plate-like food unit 300 is formed. This fixing may be performed on both the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixing portion 203 or on any one surface depending on the required fixing strength and the like.
Further, both end portions of the connecting mount 305 continuously fixed to both surfaces of the fixing portion 203 of each packaging sheet are extended outside the both ends in the width direction of the connected plate-like foods 200, and the extending portions are arranged on the inner side. It is possible to further strengthen the holding of each packaging sheet by the connecting mount 305 by folding back.
(Iv) Stacking process ((d) of FIG. 6)
The plurality of plate-like food units 300 are stacked until a predetermined number per package is obtained so that the extraction portions 204 of the plate-like foods 200 included therein all face the same direction.
The number of steps to be stacked and how to form the steps can be arbitrarily determined according to the shape of the finally obtained package or packaging container. Further, it is not necessary that the number of plate-like foods 200 included in the plate-like food unit 300 is the same in all stages. The number of the plate-like foods 200 included in the plate-like food unit 300 in each step may be changed in accordance with the shape of the finally obtained package or packaging container.
Here, the plate-like food units 300 stacked in the subsequent process may be temporarily bound by a method such as wrapping wrapping paper along the stacking direction.
(V) Fixing process ((e) of FIG. 6)
The plurality of stacked plate-like food units 300 are fixed to the container 101 with an adhesive or an ultrasonic seal.
The package 100 in which the plate-like food 200 is stored can be created by the above process. According to this embodiment, since the process is simple, it can be realized at low cost. Furthermore, regardless of the desired size and shape of the package 100, the individual plate-like foods 200 can be reliably packaged and efficiently stored.
The fourth embodiment relates to a method for manufacturing the package 100 according to the second embodiment.
The difference between the present embodiment and the third embodiment is that the fixing step (e) is a binding step (e) in which a plurality of stacked plate-like food units 300 are bound before being fixed to the container 101 (e 1) and a fixing step (e-2) for fixing the bound bundle 400 to the container 101. Hereinafter, differences from the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
