LED LIGHTING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus, and more particularly, to an LED lighting apparatus that allows a standby light source to be used immediately without replacing a main light source when the main light source can not be used.

Lighting is an essential means of securing sight during the night. In case of natural disasters and a decrease in the life of the light source, if the light is blocked in an unexpected situation, economic and social loss may be caused due to failure of visual confirmation.

To prevent this, a spare light source that can be immediately replaced can be provided. However, since an additional light source and an optical system are required for this purpose, it is necessary to use an optical system considering a main light source and a spare light source, The volume is inevitably increased.

There is still a problem that the size of the illumination lamp is increased in a flash lamp to which LED suitable for long-distance illumination is applied in place of an incandescent lamp as in the case of the registered patent 10-1123284.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a technique for reducing the size of the preliminary light source. As a part of this, there is a need for a technology for a lighting device which can immediately use a preliminary light source without increasing the volume of the main light source, Development is necessary.

FIG. 2 is a view showing the arrangement of the main light source unit and the spare light source unit.

1 to 4, the LED lighting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a light source 10, a substrate 20, a heat dissipation unit 30, and an optical lens unit 40.

In the light source unit 10, a plurality of LED chips are arranged in a predetermined arrangement pattern, and the arrangement pattern is how the several LED chips are arranged in the light source unit 10, and is not limited thereto .

Accordingly, it is intended to clearly show that various arrangements other than those shown in the drawings are possible.

The light source part 10 has a main light source part 11 arranged in a predetermined arrangement pattern on the substrate 20 and a light source part 11 having the same arrangement pattern as the main light source part 11, And a preliminary light source unit 12 which is rotated by an angle and is disposed on the substrate 20.

3 and 4, it can be seen that the main light source unit 11 is a solid line and the A / D light source unit 12 is a combination of a plurality of LED chips indicated by a dotted line.

3 and 4, the main light source unit 11 and the auxiliary light source unit 12 may be rotated and disposed with respect to the center point of the substrate 20 by an angle a.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the main light source unit 11 and the preliminary light source unit 12 are arranged on the same substrate 20 by being rotated.

The preliminary light source unit 12 may be constituted by one set or a plurality of preliminary light source units 12 which are different from the main light source unit 11 by an angle a.

1 and 2, the heat dissipating unit 30 is disposed at a lower portion of the substrate 20, and the main light source unit 11 and the preliminary light source unit 12 share the same heat dissipating unit 30 And the heat generated by the LED chip can be effectively removed by the heat dissipation unit 30. [

1 and 2, the optical lens unit 40 includes a first optical lens 41 located at an upper portion of the substrate 20 and amplifying light emitted from the light source unit 10, And a second optical lens 42 positioned at the second optical lens 41 and amplifying light emitted from the first optical lens 41.

Here, the first optical lens 41 may be a combination of a plurality of optical lenses arranged in the same arrangement pattern as the main light source unit 11.

That is, the combination of the plurality of optical lenses is arranged to correspond to a plurality of LED chips of the main light source unit 11. [

The first optical lens 41 may be rotatable about a center point of the substrate 20. Referring to FIG. 5, the first optical lens 41 is configured to rotate and can correspond to the main light source unit 11 and the spare light source unit 12 through rotation. With this configuration, when the main light source unit 11 fails, the first optical lens 41 is immediately rotated without replacement, so that the purpose of the illumination device can be continuously performed using the preliminary light source unit 12 do.

In addition, the substrate 20 is formed to be rotatable with respect to the center point, and the above-described effects can be obtained, as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the reflection plate 50 refracts light emitted from the optical lens 40 and may be inclined.

Referring to Fig. 7, another embodiment of the LED lighting apparatus according to the present invention is shown. The preliminary light source unit 12 may be composed of one set and may be composed of a plurality of preliminary light source units 12 having a different angle from the main light source unit 11 at an angle a. In the case shown in Fig. 7, the preliminary light source unit 12 is disposed at three different angles, so that the same effect as that of the four illuminating devices can be achieved in one illuminating device.

In this case, when the types of the LED chips constituting the preliminary light source unit 12 are different from each other, a single lighting apparatus can be used as a lighting apparatus using various lights.
