Abstract
The present invention relates to a vehicle tray including a housing for housing an object, a cover slidably coupled to the housing, and a paper sensor connected to the housing to pivot in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the cover.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle tray, and more particularly, to a vehicle tray for preventing a cover from being pulled out by an external force.
[0002] In general, a vehicle tray is provided in an interior of a vehicle to accommodate articles necessary for providing comfort to a passenger.
Such a vehicle tray is provided with a cover capable of opening and closing a tray internal space, which is rotatable or slidable. On the other hand, when the vehicle tray is not in use, the inner space is kept closed by the cover, and when it is used, it is opened by sliding so that the articles stored in the inside can be easily taken out.
By fixing the cover, the cover of the vehicle is kept in a closed state to prevent the stored articles from being drawn out to the outside unless the passenger opens the cover when the vehicle is running.
However, if the cover is arbitrarily opened by a shock during the running of the vehicle, the stored articles may be drawn out to the outside, and collision may occur between the cover and the passenger, which may result in injury.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle tray capable of preventing a tray cover from being slid out, regardless of the user's will, due to an external force acting in any direction such as forward, backward,
The problems of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned problems, and other problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular tray comprising: a housing for accommodating an article; a cover slidably coupled to the housing; and a housing coupled to the housing to pivot in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the cover. Includes a connected ground sensor.
The ground sensor may include a hook portion connected to the housing and a protruding portion protruding from the other portion of the hook portion, the guide portion being rotatably connected to the housing around the hook portion, A slit is formed.
The cover may include an inner panel covering the housing and sliding on the housing, and an outer panel connected to the inner panel so as to have an outer shape, wherein the inner panel is provided with guide grooves A stopper may be included.
The stopper may be provided with a rib inserted into the guide slit.
Further, the housing includes a guide rail for guiding the cover.
The plurality of guide rails may be disposed to face each other in the housing, and the ground sensor may be disposed eccentrically among the plurality of guide rails.
Also, the housing may have a connection hole through which the hook is rotatably hooked, and a guide hole may be formed to guide the protrusion.
In addition, the guide hole may be hemispherical along the circumferential direction of the paper sensor rotating around the hook.
Also, the stopper may be formed in a T shape.
The details of other embodiments are included in the detailed description and drawings.
According to the vehicle tray of the present invention, one or more of the following effects can be obtained.
First, according to the vehicle trays of the present invention, the cover of the tray is not slid by an external force, so that the safety of passengers is improved and safety and merchandise are improved.
Secondly, according to the vehicle trays of the present invention, there is an effect that generation of noise can be reduced through a paper sensor rotating by an external force applied to the tray.
Thirdly, according to the vehicle trays of the present invention, the parts can be simplified by the paper sensor rotating in the tray, thereby improving the productivity and reducing the cost.
The effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims.
