Abstract
Van Gibbs offers shoes that are easy for the patient to wear.
Such a shoe comprises a bottom portion;
And a lid part formed by being attached to the bottom part and wrapping the wearer's foot,
The lid part is composed of left and right parts and a heel part,
The heel part is formed with a central opening and side openings for receiving a splint projecting part of the casting, the heel part being a half-gibbous shoe for receiving a heel bend formed by two split lines.
Description
The present invention relates to an anti-gym patient shoe which receives a heel bend, and more particularly to a anti-Gibs patient shoe which is easy to use for an ankle injury patient wearing a splint.
Gibbs is used as a means to fix the affected part if the bone of the foot, leg, and arm is fractured or cracked.
Gibbs, used as an orthopedic treatment, is made by applying a skin protective cloth called stokinette, wrapping the cotton several times over it, and then wrapping the hardening bandage, which is soaked in the hardening glaze, Paris) treatment method.
By applying water to the powder of calcined gypsum, the gypsum powder is placed in the bandage, and the gypsum is placed in the hot water to which the vinegar is added just before use.
Patients with such a cast can not wear their usual shoes because the volume of the cast is very large.
In order to alleviate the inconvenience of such a fractured patient, shoes that can be worn by Gibbs patients have been proposed.
Patent Registration 10-1113291 "Shoes for Gibbs" suggests shoes that Gibbs patients can wear comfortably.
These shoes for Gibbs can be easily worn for a patient who has a casted bone fracture but it is difficult to wear it for a patient who has a half cast.
However, the shoe that can be worn by a patient with a fracture of the tongue to date has been proposed and put into practical use. However, since no shoe that can be worn by a patient with a fracture of a half cast is proposed, I am wearing shoes.
In general, when an ankle is injured or operated, a casting is performed immediately after 1 - 2 weeks without a cast immediately after a half cast. And after a month of Gibbs, I will have a half-Gibbs for a short period of time.
In this way, the treatment of the fractured patient requires a half gypsum, but no shoes that can be worn by the half gypsy patient have been proposed.
The half casts are made in such a way that splints of the same width in the longitudinal direction are superimposed on each other with an appropriate thickness, and then the overlapped splint is fixed on the patient ' s sole using a pressing bandage or the like.
Therefore, when the splint overlaps with a certain length and thickness between the sole and the ankle, the splint between the sole and the ankle tends to bend, and it is inevitable that the splint forms a protruding portion in both directions.
When the folded portion of the splint protrudes in both directions, the width of the semi-pledged state is widened. Thus, when the width of the heel of the semi-pledged body is widened, it is inconvenient to wear the Gibs shoes. That is, in this case, swelling and twisting of the shoes occur.
In general, the Tongus shoes have a heel width narrower than the front width of the foot. In the case of Banjis, the front width and the back width of the foot are reversed, so that a half-Gypsy patient puts on or takes off his shoes It is inconvenient.
In addition, if a semi-Gibbs patient wears shoes for a patient, he or she will feel pressure on the affected part, so doing anti-gibbs can have a negative effect on the treatment.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to overcome the problems of the prior art described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a half-gypsy patient shoe which can be conveniently worn by a half-gypsy patient and can accommodate a heel bending portion without swelling and distortion of shoes .
The shoe for realizing the object of the present invention includes: a bottom portion having the same width or the same width as the rear width;
A cover part formed by being attached to the bottom part and surrounding the wearer's foot;
And an ankle band and a foot band provided on the lid to closely contact the wearer's foot, and a heel bend portion containing the heel bend portion.

The lid part is divided into a left part and a right part,
Each of the left and right parts has a slit, an ankle band and an instep band are inserted into the slit,
One end of the bands is folded to accommodate a heel bend portion which is fitted and fixed to the slit.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention,
The lid part is divided into a left part and a right part,
Each of the left and right parts has a slit, an ankle band and an instep band are inserted into the slit,
An ankle band and a toe band are inserted into the slit, and these bands are half-gypsy shoe shoes accommodating a heel bend portion which is bonded with a velcro band structure.
Further, the shoe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bottom portion;
And a lid part formed by being attached to the bottom part and wrapping the wearer's foot,
The lid part is composed of left and right parts and a heel part,
The incision line is formed in the heel part and divided into two,
A heel band is attached to the divided heel part around the incision line,
Is a half-Gibson patient shoe that receives a heel bend portion in which side openings for receiving the splint projecting portion of the cast are formed.
The shoe according to the present invention provides a means for accommodating the protruding portion of the heel portion of the semi-gypsum splint in the heel of the shoe, so that it is possible to prevent the swelling and twisting of the shoe when the semi-gypsum patient wears it.
Also, since the foot according to the present invention can adjust the width of the heel, it can be used for any semi-plaster operation, such as a case where the affected part is heavily affected by the operation.
