Description

Disposable syringe fine needle aspiration cytology [

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a syringe, and more particularly, to a fine needle aspiration inspecting syringe having an improved structure so as to simplify manufacture and use and reduce manufacturing cost.

For diagnosis purposes and treatment, it is necessary to obtain the tissue or liquid of the human body trans-epidermally. The fine needle aspiration test is widely used for this purpose.

The fine needle aspiration test is performed using a syringe with a fine needle, and the needle is inserted into the desired tissue through the skin to obtain the tissue. The needle used for the procedure is thin and sharp, so sophisticated procedures are required to avoid unnecessary damage to blood vessels around the tissue. However, currently used syringes have a shape suitable for administration of drugs, and it is difficult to maintain a negative pressure (maintain a proper distance after pulling the piston) to obtain a tissue.

In the case of such a biopsy, the procedure is often performed under ultrasound guidance. In this case, since the practitioner handles the ultrasonic device with one hand and handles the syringe with the other hand, correct insertion of the syringe with one hand, There is a difficulty. In the case of the procedure, it is impossible to participate by two or more practitioners because the ultrasound equipment and the syringe are simultaneously handled and targeting is required to obtain accurate organization.

For this purpose, equipment for fine needle aspiration has been developed, but its shape is complex and expensive. In addition to these devices, equipment attached to the syringe is also widely used, but there is a risk of contamination if several tests are carried out.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a syringe for a fine needle aspiration test which can be manufactured and used easily and can be manufactured at a reduced cost.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a fine needle aspiration inspecting injector which can prevent the aspirated material from being introduced again due to internal pressure action in the course of sucking tissue or cells.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a syringe for fine-needle aspiration inspection, comprising: a space having a space in which a material can be received; a needle is connected to one side; ; A rod portion which is inserted into the outer cylinder and is installed to be movable relative to the outer cylinder, and a rod portion which is connected to the rod portion and which is disposed at a position spaced apart from the outer surface of the outer cylinder so that at least a pair of fingers can be hooked And a plunger including at least a pair of leg portions.

The present invention provides a position fixing means for fixing a relative position to the outer cylinder of the plunger so as to prevent the plunger from advancing in the direction opposite to the retracting direction when the plunger is moved backward with respect to the outer cylinder; And the like.

Preferably, the position fixing means includes a plurality of engagement protrusions provided on the outer cylinder, and a positioning stopper provided on the leg portion of the stopper and engaged with one of the engagement protrusions.

The stopper preferably includes an inclined guide surface for allowing the stopper to move backward with respect to the stopper of the stopper and a stopper surface for preventing forward movement of the stopper against the stopper.

The fine needle aspiration inspecting syringe according to one embodiment of the present invention having the above-described structure can improve the structure of the conventional syringe to allow the cells or tissue to flow smoothly into the syringe without tools or equipment required separately from the existing syringe The advantages of simplicity in fabrication and use and in cost reduction can be derived.

That is, the present embodiment includes a position fixing means for fixing a relative position to the outer cylinder of the plunger, and is characterized in that the position fixing means is constituted so as to constitute the position fixing means, A crystal stopper was employed.

According to the embodiment in which the position fixing means is used to prevent the plunger from advancing in the direction opposite to the retracting direction of the plunger when the plunger is retracted, It is possible to prevent the reverse influx of a part of the sucked substance by the pressure, thereby preventing the reverse inflow of the infectious substance sucked in from the cell or tissue back to the cell or tissue side, do.

1 to 3, a fine needle aspiration inspecting syringe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an outer cylinder 1 and a plunger 2. As shown in FIG.

The outer tube 1 has a space in which a liquid such as cells or tissues or blood can be received, a needle is connected to one side of the outer tube 1, and a support 12 not used in a general syringe is provided at the other side .

The supporting portion 12 is a portion for allowing a part of the hand to be supported, and preferably a portion for supporting the thumb of the finger. Needless to say, the support portion 12 may be implemented in various structures. Examples of the support portion 12 will be described later.

The plunger 2 includes a rod portion 21 inserted into the outer cylinder 1 and a pair of leg portions 23 not used in a general syringe.

4, the rod portion 21 is provided so as to be movable relative to the outer cylinder 1, and the pair of leg portions 23 are connected to the rod portion 21 And moves together with the rod portion 21.

The pair of leg portions 23 are disposed at a position spaced apart from the outer surface of the outer cylinder 1, unlike the case where the rod portion 21 is disposed inside the outer tube 1, So that the fingers can be hooked. It is preferable that the pair of fingers are a finger and a stop.

The fine needle aspiration inspecting syringe according to the present invention having the above-described structure is configured such that the plunger 2 retracts with respect to the outer cylinder 1 as shown in Fig. 4 in a state in which the plunger 2 is positioned as shown in Fig. 3 So that the cells or tissues are introduced into the outer cylinder 1.

An embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the index finger is seated on the support portion 12 of the outer cylinder 1 and the pusher 2 is fixed to the push rod 2, It is possible to perform the operation of pulling the plunger 2 against the outer cylinder 1 after the detection and stopping of the plunger 2 is carried out on the leg portions 23 of the outer tube 1, To be able to do so.

In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, by improving the structure of the conventional syringe, cells or tissues can be smoothly introduced into the syringe without tools or equipment required separately from the existing syringe, Of the total cost of the system.

Meanwhile, the supporting portion 12 adopted as one construction of the present invention can be realized in various structures such as a supporting structure for supporting a part of a hand, but in the present embodiment, the supporting portion 12 can be elastically deformed A structure including a pair of support ribs 121 is adopted.

Here, one end of each of the pair of support ribs 121 is connected to the outer cylinder 1, and the other end has a flange 122 protruding inward.

This embodiment having such a structure is characterized in that the plunger 2 is provided between the rod portion 21 of the plunger 2 and the leg portions 23 in the process of retreating relative to the outer cylinder 1 as shown in Fig. It is possible to prevent any dismounting of the plunger 2 from the outer cylinder 1 by engaging the connecting portion 25 with the flanges 122 of the supporting rib 121 and to prevent the plunger 2 from being detached, To press the flanges 122 with a constant force to cause deformation, thereby enabling separation of the plunger 2 from the outer cylinder 1.

Some features of the outer tube 1 and the plunger 2 employed in the embodiment of the present invention have been described above.

Hereinafter, the structure adopted to prevent the plunger 2 employed in one embodiment of the present invention from advancing in the opposite direction to the retracting direction in the process of retracting relative to the outer cylinder 1 will be described.

That is, this embodiment includes position fixing means for fixing the relative position of the plunger 2 with respect to the outer cylinder 1, and a structure for realizing the position fixing means is provided on the outer cylinder 1 The stoppers 131 provided and the positioning stoppers 231 provided on the plunger 2 are employed.

The position fixing means prevents the plunger 2 from advancing in the direction opposite to the retracting direction when the plunger 2 is moved backward with respect to the outer cylinder 1, It is possible to prevent a part of the sucked substance from being adversely introduced by the pressure inside the cell or tissue.

Such reverse inflow prevention not only serves to control the operation of the plunger 2 but also greatly contributes to the hygiene. For example, if a cell or tissue is infected with a substance that has been infected, the substance can be re-infused into the cell or tissue side, causing the infection to cause another infection. Therefore, the adoption of the structure which disables the advancing operation of the plunger (2) will be considered as a very important consideration when designing the structure of the syringe used for the fine needle aspiration test.

A plurality of locking protrusions 131 provided on the outer circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 1 and a plurality of protrusions 131 provided on the leg portion 23 of the stopper 2, And the positioning stopper 231 which is caught by any one of the guide grooves 131 is adopted.

4, the positioning stopper 231 is moved by being engaged with any one of the locking projections 131, and is moved to a desired position It is caught by any one of the locking projections 131 as shown in Fig. 5, thereby making it impossible to move the plunger 2 forwardly with respect to the outer cylinder 1. As shown in Fig.

In particular, in this embodiment, the locking protrusion 131 includes an inclined guide surface 131a for allowing the stopper 231 to retract relative to the locking protrusion 131, and a locking protrusion 131 , Which makes it possible to retract movement of the plunger 2 with respect to the outer cylinder 1 and disable movement in the opposite direction.

6 and 7, the pushing movement of the plunger 2 relative to the outer cylinder 1 is performed by rotating the plunger 2 relative to the outer cylinder 1, 23 (see FIG. 7), and then pushing the plunger 2, as shown in FIG.

8 is a perspective view of a fine needle aspiration inspection syringe according to another embodiment of the present invention.

In the embodiment shown in this figure, the supporting part 12 'formed on the outer cylinder has a pair of supporting ribs 121' arranged to face each other with a gap therebetween, and a support rib 121 ' And a fitting rib 122 'on which an opponent with respect to the abutment of the plunger receives a thumb at the same time.

In this embodiment having such a configuration, the fitting rib 122 'is detachably coupled to the supporting rib 121', thereby enabling smooth engagement and disengagement of the barrel outer tube.

While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, Do.
