Abstract
The present invention relates to a wall washer, and more particularly to a wall washer including a frame, a cleaning device, a water suction device, and a water collecting device. The cleaning device is installed in the frame and faces the wall. The water suction device is installed in the frame and sucks the liquid of the wall through the plurality of fans into the first, second, third, and fourth suction portions provided on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the cleaning device. The collecting device is installed under the washing device to collect the liquid after the washing of the wall. Several of these fans generate wind pressure to attach the frame to the wall, preventing the frame from swaying to the left and right. The first suction portion connects the second and third suction portions, and the second and third suction portions are connected to the collecting tank. This allows the wall washer to operate safely when cleaning the walls and to prevent the liquid from bouncing in all directions or falling to the ground, making it easy to recover the wastewater.
Description
The present invention relates to a wall washer, and more particularly to a wall washer used for automatic wall washer.
Current high-rise building wall cleaning techniques generally use artificial cleaning methods. At this time, a simple hanging device is installed on the roof of the building, a wall washing platform is installed, and finally, a wall washing fastener enters the moving platform to clean the building wall.
In conventional artificial cleaning methods, lift cables, cleaning solutions, cleaning tools, etc. are placed on a wall washing platform, which then draws the water pipes onto the platform to provide water for use by the cleaning brush.
The wall cleaner controls the height of the wall cleaning platform by manually controlling the lifting cables to clean walls of varying heights and performs cleaning work. The work environment is very dangerous at this time. For example, the wall washer may slip or crash due to shaking that occurs when the wall wash platform is moved up and down, or due to cleaning solution or water that has been shaken by the platform. Also, the lifting cable can become shorted due to washing solution or water splashing and can fail.
Also, when cleaning a wall using conventional techniques, the wall cleaning liquid (cleaning solution, water) generally flows down the ground along the wall or falls straight to the ground. This is dangerous because the ground is wet with liquid and slips. And passers-by can be wetted by falling water, and detergent solution or water may destroy plants planted near the wall.
The present invention therefore positively proposes to provide a wall washer which automatically cleans the walls, reduces the incidence of incidents, and reduces the flow of liquid for wall cleaning down to the ground along the walls or directly from above.
One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a wall washer that automatically cleans walls to prevent the wall washes from operating in hazardous working environments, thereby reducing the incidence of incidents.
Another object of the present invention is to prevent the wall cleaning solution from falling down to the ground along the wall or going straight to the ground and preventing liquid from splashing on plants planted near the wall.
In order to achieve the above objects and other objects, the present invention is directed to a wall, comprising at least one cable used for wall cleaning, comprising a frame, a cleaning device, a water suction device, Show the cleaner.
The frame is connected to the cable.
The cleaning device is installed in the frame and faces the wall. The cleaning apparatus includes at least one atomizing portion, at least one cleaning portion, and at least one collecting portion. The spraying portion sprayes the liquid for wall washing, and the washing portion is installed horizontally above or below the spraying portion. And the water collecting part is installed on the side away from the spray part and the wall of the washing part.
The water suction device is installed in the frame, and has first to fourth suction portions. The first suction portion is installed above the cleaning device and sucks the liquid on the wall through at least one first fan installed on the side away from the wall of the frame. The second suction part is installed on the left side of the cleaning device and sucks the liquid on the wall through at least one second fan installed on the left side of the frame. The second suction portion is connected to the first suction portion. The third suction portion is installed on the right side of the cleaning device and sucks the liquid on the wall through at least one third fan installed on the right side of the frame. The third suction portion is connected to the first suction portion. The fourth suction portion is installed under the cleaning device and sucks the liquid on the wall through at least one fourth fan installed on the side away from the wall of the frame.
The water collecting device is installed under the washing device, and the water collecting device has a collecting tank and a drain. The catchment tank is connected to the bottom of the catchment.
The first and second fans generate wind pressure to cause the frame to adhere to the wall, and the second and third fans generate wind pressure to prevent the frame from swaying from side to side. The second and third suction portions of the water suction device are respectively connected to the collecting tank of the water collecting device.
The wall washer of the present invention may further include at least one wall cleaning surveillance camera installed at the top or bottom of the frame, and a wireless transmission device electrically connected to the wall cleaning surveillance camera.
In the wall washer of the present invention, the two wall washing surveillance cameras may be installed at the top and bottom of the frame, respectively.
In the wall washer of the present invention, the wireless transmission device transmits the surveillance image of the wall cleaning surveillance camera to the cloud system.
The wall washer of the present invention further includes at least one light-emitting device installed in the frame to provide a light source to the wall-wash surveillance camera.
In the wall washer of the present invention, the light emitting device is adjacent to the cleaning portion of the cleaning device.
In the wall cleaner of the present invention, the wireless transmission device includes a GPS system.
The wall washer of the present invention further includes a plurality of anti-skid devices installed in a frame-like shape, and is placed between the cleaning device and the water suction device.
The wall washer of the present invention further comprises at least one anti-collision device installed in the frame and facing the wall.
The wall washer of the present invention further includes a plurality of roller wheels installed at the bottom of the frame.
In the wall washer of the present invention, the fourth suction portion of the water suction device is connected to the drain of the water collecting device.
As a result of the above description, the wall washing machine of the present invention can safely and automatically perform the wall washing when the wall is cleaned through the installation, thereby reducing the occurrence of incidents, and the liquid for wall washing flows down the ground along the wall It can be seen that it is possible to reduce the risk of falling or going straight to the ground, and monitoring the cleaning status of the wall washer with a wall cleaning surveillance camera.
