Description

A film that is inserted and adhered to glass by advertising material.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a film that is detachably attached to a window, a door, or the like, and is inserted into an insertion space, and the adhesive is not washed away in water, And the film is detached and attached to the glass.

The present invention relates to a film adhered to a glass.

In general, a picture frame is an article that has a display effect by hanging on a wall by decorating a picture or a picture.

In addition, whiteboards or chalkboards are articles that want to convey a variety of information to others with a pen or chalk.

However, there is a problem in that a frame or a board or the like must be provided on the wall with a separate fixing means such as a nail in order to hang it on the wall.

Therefore, when the frame or the board is removed, the fixing means is removed together, thereby damaging the wall by the fixing means.

Accordingly, there is a problem that the use of a frame or a board is limited.

In addition, the photo album is designed to house photographs and display them so that they can be hanged or mounted on the wall.

However, the above-mentioned problem occurs when hanging on a wall, and there is a problem that when a user hides it, the space in which other articles can not be displayed or stowed is restricted as much as the space to be stowed.

In order to solve the above problems, a small billboard including a magnet component on the back surface thereof has been provided.

However, the small-sized billboard having the above-described magnet performance has a problem in that it is limited in its use because it adheres only to the metal panel.

On the other hand, in recent years, due to the development of the adhesive technology, an adhesive capable of maintaining the adhesive strength even in repeated use such as post-itch is applied on the back surface of a frame, a board or a small billboard.

However, the conventional adhesive has a safety problem in that when the article is peeled off from a fixture such as a wall after the sticking, the adhesive remains on the fixture, and thus the adhesive component is sucked into the elderly who have low resistance.

In addition, there is a problem that other foreign matter such as dust is easily adhered by the adhesive remaining on the fixture, thereby damaging the fixture.

Further, the adhesive agent has a problem in that it is limited in repeated use because a certain amount of adhesive agent is dropped from the article by repeated use.

Further, since the adhesive is made of a chemical component, there is a problem that the article to be applied has a limitation in use, which is limited to an article having chemical resistance.

Further, in order to allow the film to be detached and attached at any time, the film adhesive should exhibit a weak peel strength and strong holding power, and it is difficult to form bubbles when attached through smooth detachment to the adhesive surface. However, There is a problem that the holding force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is lowered if the adhesive surface is washed with water to remove dust as well.

1. Effect of MMA content on adhesive properties

As a result of investigating the effect of MMA content on adhesive properties, holding power increased and peel strength decreased with increasing MMA content.

In case of the film, the required peel strength is 20 g / 25 mm or less. Therefore, when this value is taken, the holding force is about 40 min at the MMA content of 8 wt%, and the holding force at the MMA content of 12 wt% is about 95 min when the peeling strength is 13 g / Could know.

2. Effect of TMPTA content on adhesive properties

At TMPTA content of more than 7.5 wt%, the retentive force was more than 120h and the peel strength value was close to zero at more than 2 wt%.

3. Effect of oligomer content on adhesive properties

When the oligomer content was more than 40%, the peel strength was close to zero and the soft desorption was possible. When the oligomer content was more than 50%, the peel strength was still close to zero and the holding power was measured to be 120 hours or more.

4. Effect of addition amount of hydrophobic silica beads on adhesion

When the amount of the hydrophobic silica beads to be added is increased, the tackiness is lowered, but the tack strength is not particularly influenced by the holding force and sufficient peeling strength can be obtained.

In addition, as the addition of the hydrophobic silica beads was decreased, the tackiness increased and the peel strength value was increased, and the adhesive 200 remained on the glass or the like upon peeling.

5. Influence of ultraviolet light intensity on adhesion

When the ultraviolet illuminance was 1103 mJ / cm2 or less, the peel strength was about 10 g / 25 mm, but the peel strength was close to zero at higher illuminance values.

Retention force increased with increasing ultraviolet light intensity and retention was above 150h at 1800 mJ / cm2 or more.

When the adhesive 200 is washed with water, only the dust is removed, but the adhesive strength is not lowered.

Therefore, it is possible to detachably attach to a door or a window provided outside the room, and to use it semi-permanently because the adhesive 200 is not washed off by water.
