Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a composite powder of titanium dioxide and mica, and a cosmetic composition for base makeup containing the same,

The present invention relates to a composite powder of titanium dioxide and a mica, and a cosmetic composition for base makeup comprising the same, more particularly, to a composite powder obtained by complexing titanium dioxide and a mica and silicone coating, To a cosmetic composition for base make-up capable of skin expression.

Cosmetics are divided into base makeup cosmetics to be applied to the entire face and point makeup cosmetics to apply only a small part of the face. Base makeup cosmetics are aimed at expressing clean skin by hiding the spots, wrinkles, and lights of face. Lipstick is more beautiful than lips, eyeshadow is more beautiful than eyes, and blusher is more shiny around the ball. It is often used to make a beautiful look.

In order to cover skin defects, skin defects such as dots, spots, and freckles are conventionally applied to formulations through titanium dioxide having a high refractive index, that is, white pigments.

In recent years, various attempts have been made to cover and gloss the skin defects. There is a cover and glaze method by applying to the formulation using very small interference pearl. However, because of the high refractive index of titanium dioxide, it is covered with skin defect, but it shows an unnatural skin expression and the smooth surface of pearl This shows the drawbacks. Also, after application, the result is easily bundled by sebum. As another method, the refractive index is slightly lower than that of titanium dioxide, but a method of applying boron nitride having a plate-like structure is the most applied. However, this also has a drawback that it tends to be easily bundled and bundled due to its weak nature and persistence of sebum.

The inventors of the present invention have studied to express a natural cover and skin gloss, and as a result, discovered that a combination of mica and titanium dioxide can simultaneously display a cover and a gloss, .

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a composite powder which gives a natural cover and a glaze, and a cosmetic composition for a base make-up containing the composite powder.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a composite powder obtained by compositing titanium dioxide in mica and coated with silicon.

Also provided is a cosmetic composition for base makeup which contains the composite powder and can provide a natural cover and luster.

In the composite powder of the present invention, by combining titanium dioxide with mica and coating it with dimethylpolysiloxane, the cosmetic composition for base makeup containing the same can naturally cover skin defects and provide skin luster.

The present invention provides a composite powder obtained by complexing titanium dioxide with mica and coating it with silicone and a cosmetic composition for base makeup containing the composite powder.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically.

The mica used in the present invention is preferably wet pulverized and has an average particle size of 10 to 30 μm and an aspect ratio of 60 to 120. When the average particle size is less than 10 탆, the whitening phenomenon appears and transparency deteriorates. When the average particle size is more than 30 탆, the particles are rough, which is not suitable for use in cosmetics. In addition, when the intestinal expense is less than 60, there is a disadvantage that the transparency is lowered, the skin adhesion property is deteriorated, and the inherent luster falls. On the other hand, when it exceeds 120, the formability is lowered, I do not.

The titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) used in the present invention preferably has an average particle size of 0.1 to 10 μm. When the average particle size is more than 10 mu m, the covering ability is lowered and the feeling of use of the powder-type cosmetic product becomes coarse. Therefore, it is not suitable for use as cosmetics. When the average particle size is less than 0.1 mu m, the scattering property of visible light is deteriorated, It will show disadvantages.

The titanium dioxide is contained in an amount of 5.0 to 10.0% by weight based on the total weight of the composite powder before coating, and the mica is 90.0 to 95.0% by weight based on the total weight of the composite powder before coating Lt; / RTI > When the content of titanium dioxide is less than 5% by weight, the coverage is decreased and the gloss is also reduced. On the other hand, if the content exceeds 10% by weight, the covering force is relatively increased, but the gloss is remarkably decreased and instead, excessive luster and unnaturalness appear.

In order to impart water resistance and oil resistance after compounding titanium dioxide and mica as described above, 2 to 5% by weight of silicon is coated on the total weight of the composite powder before coating. When it is coated at less than 2% by weight, there is a problem that the coating is nonuniformly applied to the skin and the durability is poor. When the coating is more than 5% by weight, the coating is smooth,

Silicon usable in the present invention is at least one selected from the group consisting of dimethyl polysiloxane (Dimethyl polysiloxane), dimethicone, and dimethicone.

The composite process of the above-mentioned mica and titanium dioxide and the silicon coating process will be described in more detail as follows.

(1) Step 1: Drying of mica, titanium dioxide.

The mica and titanium dioxide to be combined are dried in a 105 ° C drier for 4 hours or more.

(2) Step 2: Combination of mica and titanium dioxide.

The mica and titanium dioxide dried in the above step 1 are put into a Henschel mixer and mixed at a high speed.

(3) Step 3: Silicon coating.

The silicon component is sprayed at 2 to 3% by weight with respect to the total weight of the powder compounded in the step 2, and then mixed and dispersed for 15 to 600 seconds, more preferably 30 to 300 seconds.

(4) Step 4: Heat treatment.

The composite powder coated with silicone in the above step 3 is dried at 120 to 150 ° C. for 4 hours or more to complete the polymerization coating process.

The base makeup cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains mica and titanium dioxide composite powder prepared by the above method in an amount of 5 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. When the amount is less than 5% by weight, the covering ability is lowered. When the amount is more than 10% by weight, the stability of the formulation is deteriorated.

The base makeup composition containing the mica and titanium dioxide composite powder can cover natural defects when used in a formulation and can express natural skin glaze after application.

The composition may be formulated in the form of makeup primer, foundation, makeup base, two-way cake, fact, powder, eye shadow and the like.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples and test examples. It should be understood, however, that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.

The gloss and comparative evaluation of the cover of Formulation Example 1 and Comparative Formulation Examples 1 to 3 confirmed the reflection of light and scattering pattern through a gonial spectrophotometer. The results are shown in Figs.

As a result of the measurement, Formulation Example 1 containing the composite powder of mica and titanium dioxide of the present invention exhibited excellent covering power through light scattering in all directions, and the specular reflection was apparent compared to scattering, and it was found that the skin was shiny.

However, in the case of Comparative Formulation Example 1, it was confirmed that the specular reflection was mainly added rather than the scattering, and only the skin luster was added. In Comparative Formulation Example 2, the light scattering was larger and the gloss was very small. In Comparative Formulation Example 3, more scattering was observed than in Comparative Formulation Example 2, and the feeling of glossiness was hardly observed.

Therefore, the composite powder of mica and titanium dioxide of the present invention can provide an excellent covering ability to cover skin flaws, and at the same time provide an effect of imparting radiance to the skin.
