Abstract
The present invention relates to a cutter for cutting a round bar having improved efficiency and economical efficiency of cutting, comprising a holder coupled to a lower end of a presser, a blade coupled to the holder, and a fixing member for coupling the holder and the blade .
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cutting tool for cutting a round bar, and more particularly, to a round bar cutting tool having improved cutting efficiency and economy.
Generally, a cutting tool for cutting a round bar is provided at a lower end of a presser such as a press which operates up and down, and is used for cutting a round bar into a certain length. The structure is formed by an integral cutter, And a blade for cutting the round bar is formed at the bottom.
The above-mentioned conventional cutting tool for cutting a round bar has a problem in that when the knife is dull during the cutting operation, the whole cutting tool is exchanged. However, since several pieces of the cutting tool need to be exchanged every day, work efficiency is lowered, have.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to improve the efficiency of a cutting operation by using a cutting tool for cutting a round bar so that the blade can be quickly replaced when the blade is worn.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce the cost of using the cutting tool for round bar cutting, thereby improving the economical efficiency.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned problems. It is to be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in many other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof.
The present invention is characterized by comprising a holder coupled to a lower end of a pressurizing member, a blade coupled to the holder, and a fixing member for coupling the holder and the blade.
The present invention is capable of rapidly changing the blades when the blade is worn out during use of the round bar cutting cutter, thereby reducing the time for replacing the blade and thus improving the efficiency of the round bar cutting operation.
Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to replace only the blade, not the whole cutter hole, when the blade is worn out while using the cutter for cutting the round bar, thereby reducing the use cost of the cutter for cutting the round bar.
