Description

[0001] SURFACE-MOUNTED MAGNET FASTENER FOR LAMP [0002]

The present invention relates to a fastener for attaching or fastening an accessory provided in a luminaire, such as a fluorescent lamp, to a base plate installed on a ceiling, and more particularly, The present invention relates to a surface mount type magnet fastener which can be detached and attached without a separate joining process at the time of replacement and can be configured so that a linear accessory such as a broken wire can be bound to perform a more efficient operation.

In general, as a component of a luminaire such as a fluorescent lamp, a ballast refers to an electric circuit and a device in which a component is assembled in a case to reliably keep the discharge lamp lighting and continuing.

These stabilizers are constructed in the form of a case-type accessory assembled so as not to separate the case, and they are fixed to the base plate which is installed on the ceiling through screw connection or the like.

Accordingly, in order to replace the case-type accessory such as the ballast, the base plate must be unscrewed or the entire base plate must be separated from the ceiling, which is time consuming and difficult to work alone.

In addition, the number of linear accessories such as the wires provided in the luminaire differs according to the number of the luminaire, and the length thereof is also used by extending or cutting the length to be distributed at the time of wiring. Therefore, there is a case in which the number of the linear accessories is large or the length is long, so that a strapping operation is required. In the past, the objects must be twisted at one time and strapped or cut to an appropriate length.

However, when the linear accessories are twisted and tied, there is a problem that disconnection and short-circuiting of the linear accessories may occur, causing accidents such as discharge and electric leakage. In case of cutting the linear accessories to the proper length, There is a limit that can be required to extend the workability and further work.

As a conventional technique, Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0347286 discloses a structure in which a plurality of binding grooves are formed on the surface of a frame coupled to a ceiling, and a binding means that is engaged with both sides of a cover coupled to the frame, And a cover for accommodating a luminaire-operated component such as a ballast can be detachably coupled to the frame to form a stabilizer cover coupling structure of a ceiling mount luminaire.

However, according to the above-described prior art, there is a problem that the insertion member is damaged when the binding means is inserted into the frame. In addition, since the binding means and the cover are integrally formed, There is a limit to be replaced regardless of whether or not.

In addition, the prior art has not solved the conventional problems of linear accessories.
