Abstract
The present invention relates to a fastener for attaching or fastening an accessory provided in a luminaire such as a fluorescent lamp to a base plate installed on a ceiling. So that the work process can be simplified, and the case-type accessories can be easily attached to the base plate by magnetic coupling so that the time can be saved by simple detachment of the base plate and the replacement work can be easily performed alone. There is provided a surface mount type magnet fastener capable of optimizing the arrangement without tangling irrespective of the position, length and thickness of the linear accessory during the strapping operation of the linear accessories.
Description
The present invention relates to a fastener for attaching or fastening an accessory provided in a luminaire, such as a fluorescent lamp, to a base plate installed on a ceiling, and more particularly, The present invention relates to a surface mount type magnet fastener which can be detached and attached without a separate joining process at the time of replacement and can be configured so that a linear accessory such as a broken wire can be bound to perform a more efficient operation.
In general, as a component of a luminaire such as a fluorescent lamp, a ballast refers to an electric circuit and a device in which a component is assembled in a case to reliably keep the discharge lamp lighting and continuing.
These stabilizers are constructed in the form of a case-type accessory assembled so as not to separate the case, and they are fixed to the base plate which is installed on the ceiling through screw connection or the like.
Accordingly, in order to replace the case-type accessory such as the ballast, the base plate must be unscrewed or the entire base plate must be separated from the ceiling, which is time consuming and difficult to work alone.
In addition, the number of linear accessories such as the wires provided in the luminaire differs according to the number of the luminaire, and the length thereof is also used by extending or cutting the length to be distributed at the time of wiring. Therefore, there is a case in which the number of the linear accessories is large or the length is long, so that a strapping operation is required. In the past, the objects must be twisted at one time and strapped or cut to an appropriate length.
However, when the linear accessories are twisted and tied, there is a problem that disconnection and short-circuiting of the linear accessories may occur, causing accidents such as discharge and electric leakage. In case of cutting the linear accessories to the proper length, There is a limit that can be required to extend the workability and further work.
As a conventional technique, Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0347286 discloses a structure in which a plurality of binding grooves are formed on the surface of a frame coupled to a ceiling, and a binding means that is engaged with both sides of a cover coupled to the frame, And a cover for accommodating a luminaire-operated component such as a ballast can be detachably coupled to the frame to form a stabilizer cover coupling structure of a ceiling mount luminaire.
However, according to the above-described prior art, there is a problem that the insertion member is damaged when the binding means is inserted into the frame. In addition, since the binding means and the cover are integrally formed, There is a limit to be replaced regardless of whether or not.
In addition, the prior art has not solved the conventional problems of linear accessories.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a fixture for a luminaire capable of easily separating only a luminaire accessory by removing a case type accessory provided in a luminaire, The purpose is to provide.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a fastener for a luminaire in which linear accessories disposed inside the luminaire can be easily arranged without tangling.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus and method for controlling the same.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fastener for fixing an accessory inside a luminaire, the fastener being connected to a case-type accessory inside the luminaire, There is provided a surface-mounted magnet fastener including a head member that fixes a case-like accessory inside the lamp, and a coupling member extending from the head member and to which a linear fitting within the lamp is fixed.
In the present invention, the head member may include a head body having a magnetic body accommodating portion in which the magnetic body is accommodated, a coupling body formed on at least one surface of the head body, .
In the present invention, it is preferable that the magnetic substance accommodating portion is formed so that the magnetic body is communicated from the upper surface to the lower surface of the head body to be received in the head body, and the magnetic body is not separated from any one of the openings of the head body desirable.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the engaging means is formed in a protruding shape protruding from one surface of the head body, and is formed to be inserted into the engaging groove of the corresponding engaging means of the case-like accessory.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the engaging means is formed so as to have a wider width in the projecting direction.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the engaging means includes an escape prevention end which is configured so that the engaging means is not engaged with the corresponding engaging means and is released in one direction.
In the present invention, the binding member includes a binding plate extending from one end of the head member, and a plurality of partition walls formed on one side of the binding plate, wherein the linear fitting is sandwiched and fixed between the partition walls .
In the present invention, it is preferable that the case-type accessory of the luminaire is provided with at least one corresponding coupling means to which coupling means provided in the surface-mounted type magnet coupling means are coupled.
The surface mount type magnet fastener according to the present invention provides the following effects.
First, when the case type accessory is required to be replaced, the base plate can be detached from the ceiling without being separated from the ceiling, thereby simplifying the work process.
Second, the case-type accessory is attached to the base plate by magnetic coupling so that the time is saved by simply removing the base plate, and the replacement operation can be performed easily by itself, thereby improving the work efficiency.
Third, it is possible to optimize the alignment without any tangling, irrespective of the position, length, and thickness of the linear accessory during the strapping operation of the broken linear accessories.
The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other solutions not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
