Description
The present invention relates to a device for attaching and detaching a ballast for a lighting fixture, and more particularly, having a ballast mounting case open to the outside of a main body of a lighting fixture, and opening the side cover directly into the case by opening a side cover. The present invention relates to a ballast desorption apparatus for a luminaire that can significantly improve ballast assemblage by attaching and detaching.
In general, fluorescent light fixtures, which are lighting fixtures attached to the ceiling, usually have a built-in magnetic ballast, which is a choke coil wound around an iron core, connected to a fluorescent lamp in series to prevent an increase in current, thereby providing stable illumination of the lamp. Will be maintained.
Existing ballasts are often provided on the rear side of the lamp reflector installed in the lamp body.
If there is a problem with the ballast in the existing luminaire, and you want to replace it, you have to remove the luminaire cap, remove the light reflector, disconnect the ballast power supply and the lamp line, replace the ballast and reassemble in reverse order. Therefore, there was a problem that the detachable workability is significantly reduced.
In the case of the conventional waterproof lamps, the removal of the cap for the small lighting luminaires significantly reduces the waterproofing effect of the lamps themselves, and the removal of the sealed light reflector plate increases the possibility of electric leakage of the wires due to water inflow, thereby increasing the failure significantly.
In the case of lighting fixtures installed on existing structures, there is a problem that the risk of safety accidents increases due to difficulty of ladder work and fear of heights when the lighting fixture ballast replacement time increases.
Background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-0429103 (the name of the design: a fluorescent lamp having a ballast on its side).
Therefore, there is a need to improve this. The present invention has been created by the necessity as described above, having a ballast mounting case that is open to the outside on the side of the main body of the lighting fixture, open the ballast side and then detachable and attached to the case directly in the case by the slot method It is an object of the present invention to provide a ballast detachable device for lighting fixtures that can significantly improve the performance of the lamp.
An object of the present invention is to provide a ballast detachable device for lighting fixtures provided with a sealing member on the side cover to prevent leakage.
An object of the present invention is to provide a ballast detachable device for a lighting fixture that can be easily detachable ballast using a detachable member provided in the case.
An object of the present invention is to provide a ballast desorption apparatus for a lighting fixture that is provided with an elastic member on the inner surface of the case so that when entering the ballast smoothly and stably.
An object of the present invention is to provide a ballast detachable device for a lighting fixture that is provided with a plurality of connection terminals on the side of the ballast to make it easy to connect the power supply to the safety device by contacting the receiving terminal provided inside the case.
In order to achieve the above object, a ballast for attaching and detaching a lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the lighting fixture body is formed with an opening on the side; A housing installed at a side of the main body of the lighting fixture, having an insertion groove formed at a side thereof, and having a plurality of receiving terminals; A ballast detachably attached to the insertion groove and provided with a plurality of connection terminals in contact with the receiving terminal; A detachable member provided in the enclosure and the stabilizer and fixing or separating the stabilizer inserted into the enclosure; A cover covering the ballast mounted to the enclosure; And a sealing member provided at an inner edge of the cover to perform airtightness.
In addition, the receiving terminals are arranged in a row to have a set interval on the bottom of the housing, the contact terminals in contact with the receiving terminal is characterized in that arranged in a row to have a set interval on the side of the ballast.
In addition, the detachable member, a pair of engaging jaw correspondingly formed to face both sides of the housing; And a locking groove formed at both corners of the ballast so as to be caught by the locking jaw.
In addition, the upper end portion of the locking jaw portion is characterized in that the push-down portion is formed to be able to fold in the lateral direction to release the locking jaw portion.
In addition, the bottom of the housing is characterized in that the spring is provided to discharge the ballast by the elastic force.
In addition, the spring is a coil spring made by winding the elastic wire, characterized in that the bottom surface of the housing is formed with a plurality of fixing slots for inserting the lower end of the spring to fix the spring.
In addition, the fixing slot portion is formed a plurality, characterized in that the lower end of the spring is formed so as to have a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction on the bottom surface of the housing to be inserted in the circumferential direction.
In addition, an insertion groove is formed on an edge circumferential surface of the cover, and the indentation protrusion provided on the ring ring member is inserted into the insertion groove of the cover, and the ring ring member is mounted on the cover.
As described above, the ballast attachment and detachment device for a lighting fixture according to the present invention includes a ballast mounting case open to the outside of the main body of the lighting fixture, and opens the ballast directly into the case by opening the side cover. By attaching and detaching, stabilizer assembly property can be improved remarkably.
The present invention can be provided with a sealing member on the side cover to prevent leakage.
The present invention can be easily attached and detached to the ballast using a detachable member provided in the case.
The present invention is provided with an elastic member on the inner surface of the case can be made smoothly and stably when entering and separating the ballast.
The present invention may be provided with a plurality of connection terminals on the side of the ballast to make contact with the receiving terminal provided inside the case to facilitate the power connection to the safety device.
