Claims (11)
- 배터리 셀을 충전함과 아울러 완충된 배터리 정보를 생성하는 충전부;
상기 배터리 셀에 기 저장된 시리얼 넘버 및 배터리 생산정보를 근거로, 확인 메시지를 생성하고, 상기 충전부로부터 전송받은 완충된 배터리 정보를 저장하는 중앙서버;
상기 배터리 셀을 장착함과 아울러 상기 배터리 셀로부터 완충된 배터리 정보 및 상기 시리얼 넘버를 전송받아 저장하는 전기자동차;를 포함하고,
상기 중앙서버와 충전부는 전력선을 이용한 전력선 통신을 통해 상기 시리얼 넘버와 배터리 생산정보, 완충된 배터리 정보 및 확인 메시지를 송수신하고,
상기 중앙서버는 상기 전기자동차로부터 상기 배터리 셀의 시리얼 넘버를 전송받은 상기 시리얼 넘버를 토대로 기 저장된 다수의 완충된 배터리 정보 중 해당 배터리 정보를 추출하여 상기 전기자동차로 전송하고,
상기 전기자동차는 상기 중앙서버로부터 추출한 배터리 정보를 전송받아 상기 배터리 셀의 완충된 배터리 정보와 비교하여 일치여부를 출력하며,
상기 중앙서버는
상기 충전부로부터 전송받은 시리얼 넘버 및 배터리 생산정보를 토대로 확인 메시지를 생성하는 메시지 생성부;
상기 충전부로부터 전송받은 완충된 배터리 정보를 데이터베이스화하여 저장하는 중앙서버 관리부;
상기 전기자동차로부터 전송받은 시리얼 넘버를 토대로 상기 중앙서버 관리부에 저장된 완충된 배터리 정보 중 해당 배터리 정보를 추출하는 추출부;
상기 추출부에서 추출한 해당 배터리 정보와 상기 완충된 배터리 정보의 일치여부를 판단하는 중앙서버 판단부;를 포함하는 배터리 관리 시스템.

상기 전기자동차는
복수개의 배터리 셀이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템.

상기 배터리 셀은
상기 시리얼 넘버 및 배터리 생산정보가 저장되는 생산 정보 저장부;
충전용량, 충전횟수, 충전장소, 충전시간, 잔여수명 중 하나 이상의 완충된 배터리 정보가 저장되는 배터리 정보 저장부;를 포함하는 배터리 관리 시스템.

상기 전기자동차는
상기 배터리 셀로부터 시리얼 넘버 및 완충된 배터리 정보를 판독하고 저장하는 리더기부;
상기 중앙서버에서 추출한 배터리 정보와 상기 완충된 배터리 정보를 비교하여 일치여부를 판단하는 전기자동차 판단부;
상기 전기자동차 판단부에서 판단한 일치여부 결과를 출력하는 표시부;를 포함하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전기자동차와 상기 배터리 셀은 RFID, 바코드, 근거리 적외선 통신장치, 블루투스, 근거리 무선통신(NFC), 전력선통신 중 어느 하나를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 충전부를 통해, 배터리 셀을 충전함과 아울러 상기 배터리 셀의 시리얼 넘버 및 배터리 생산정보를 전력선 통신을 통해 중앙서버로 전송하는 단계;
상기 충전부로부터 전송받은 시리얼 넘버 및 배터리 생산정보를 토대로 상기 중앙서버에서 상기 배터리 셀의 충전대상 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 충전대상 여부를 판단하는 단계에서 판단한 결과를 근거로 상기 중앙서버가 확인 메시지를 생성하여 상기 충전부로 전송하는 단계;
상기 중앙서버로부터 전송받은 확인 메시지에 근거하여, 상기 충전부에서 충전을 활성화시킴과 아울러 완충된 배터리 정보를 상기 전력선 통신을 통해 상기 중앙서버로 전송하는 단계;
상기 충전부로부터 전송받은 완충된 배터리 정보를 저장하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 배터리 셀을 전기자동차에 장착함과 아울러 상기 배터리 셀로부터 시리얼 넘버 및 완충된 배터리 정보를 전송받아 판독하는 단계;
상기 전기자동차를 통해 상기 시리얼 넘버를 상기 중앙서버로 전송하는 단계;
상기 전기자동차로부터 전송받은 시리얼 넘버를 토대로 상기 중앙서버에 저장된 완충된 배터리 정보 중 해당 배터리 정보를 추출하는 단계;
상기 중앙서버로부터 추출한 배터리 정보를 상기 전기자동차로 전송하는 단계;
상기 중앙서버로부터 추출한 배터리 정보를 전송받아 상기 전기자동차에서 판독한 완충된 배터리 정보와 비교하여 일치여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 판단한 일치여부 결과를 상기 전기자동차의 표시부로 출력하는 단계;를 포함하는 배터리 관리 방법.

상기 완충된 배터리 정보는
충전용량, 충전횟수, 충전장소, 충전시간, 잔여수명 중 하나 이상의 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 방법.
