The present invention relates to an apparatus for guiding a sheet material fed on a feed roll to a calibrating machine, the apparatus comprising: a frame unit spaced apart from both sides of the feed roll; And a leading unit disposed on a rear surface of the frame unit and leading the sheet material to the calibrating unit.
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for guiding a sheet material, and more particularly, to a device for guiding a sheet material to be bent in an upward direction when the sheet material is bent upward.
In a steel manufacturing process, a slab, which is a high-temperature material produced by a casting process and passed through a heating furnace, is produced as a rear plate having a predetermined thickness through a rolling process such as rough rolling and finish rolling.
Such a plate material is subjected to an accelerating cooler, which is a cooling device, to improve the strength, and after cooling, it is passed through a calibrator to produce a final thick plate.
The plate-like material passing through the cooling process and passing through the calibrator is an undesirable phenomenon, and upward bending occurs. Such a phenomenon causes a problem of moving to a roller or the like of the calibrator in the course of entering the calibrator.

The reading unit of the sheet material guiding apparatus according to the present invention may further include a leading roller disposed on one side of the leading plate contacting the sheet material and being rolled in accordance with the contact of the sheet material .
The sheet material guiding apparatus according to the present invention may further include a guide unit disposed on the front surface of the frame unit and guiding the sheet material to the leading unit.
The guide unit of the sheet material guiding apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a guide plate having one side hinged to the front surface of the frame unit; And a guide cylinder for holding the other end of the guide plate and adjusting the angle of the guide plate according to the elongation and contraction of the length.
The sheet material guiding apparatus according to the present invention may further include a cooling unit arranged to be spaced apart from both sides of the conveying roll and spraying a cooling liquid toward the sheet material.
The cooling unit of the sheet material induction apparatus according to the present invention includes a plurality of spray nozzles facing the sheet material and spraying the cooling liquid; And a cooling water supply unit for supplying the cooling liquid to the plurality of injection nozzles.
