박스 형태로서 내부에 공간이 형성된 제1 스탠드(10)와;
상기 제1 스탠드(10)와 이격된 거리에 배치되는 제2 스탠드(20)를 포함하되,
상기 제1 스탠드(10)는,
상기 제2 스탠드(20) 방향으로 위치하며, 높이 방향으로 길게 형성된 제1 스탠드 슬릿(11)과;
상기 제1 스탠드(10)의 내부에 위치하며, 상기 제1 스탠드(10)의 내벽에 가이드 되어 상기 제2 스탠드(20) 방향으로 이동할 수 있으며, 현수막의 말단에 결합된 각목이 삽입될 수 있는 각목함(12)과;
상기 제1 스탠드(10)의 내부의 중심부에 높이 방향으로 결합되며, 내부에 나사산이 형성된 가이드 홀(131)이 형성된 가이드판(13)과;
상기 가이드 홀(131)을 관통하며, 일단이 상기 각목함(12)의 벽면을 관통하여 회전 가능하도록 결합된 로드 모듈(14)을 포함하되,

상기 로드 모듈(14)은,
상기 각목함(12)의 벽면을 관통하여 회전하는 로드(141)와;
상기 각목함(12)의 내측에 위치하며, 상기 로드(141)의 일단에 결합된 고정부재(142)와;
상기 로드(141)의 타단에 결합된 헤드(143)를 포함하고,
상기 각목함(12)은 장방향의 일측이 개방된 개방부(121)가 형성된 기둥의 형태이며,
상기 개방부(121)의 상부에는 상기 개방부(121)의 일부를 덮는 제1 커버부재(122)가 결합되며,
상기 개방부(121)의 하부에는 상기 개방부(121)의 일부를 덮는 제2커버부재(123)가 결합되며,
상기 제1 커버부재(122)와 상기 제2 커버부재(123)에는 상기 각목함(12)의 길이방향으로 형성되어, 상기 현수막의 가장자리가 통과할 수 있는 슬릿(124, 125)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 제1 커버부재(122)는 길이방향의 상기 개방부(121)를 기준으로 상기 제2 커버부재(123)보다 더 길게 상기 개방부(121)를 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 제1 스탠드(10)의 바닥면과 상부면 중 적어도 어느 하나에는 관통홀(15)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하며,
