나사(S) 머리부분을 도색하기 위해 나사(S)를 직립시켜 나사(S) 머리가 상방으로 위치하도록 정렬하는 나사공급부(2)와,
상기 나사공급부(2)를 통해 정렬된 나사(S)를 차례대로 공급되도록 정리하는 나사이송부(4)와,
상기 나사이송부(4)를 통해 차례대로 이송되는 나사(S)의 몸체부분을 톱니형상으로 이루어진 요홈(8)에 끼워 이송하는 회전판(6)를 구비하되,
상기 회전판(6)의 테두리인 요홈(8)의 외측에는 회전판(6)의 테두리를 따라 요홈(8)에 끼워진 나사(S)의 걸림을 안내하는 가이드판(10)을 설치하며,
상기 회전판(6)과 단차를 두고 하부에 위치하여 이송되는 나사(S)의 몸체 하부를 양단에서 밀착되게 지지하여 이송하는 한쌍의 이송벨트(12)를 구비하되,
상기 이송벨트(12)의 후방에는 이송벨트(12) 사이에 끼워진 나사(S)가 빠지는 것을 방지하기 위해 이송벨트(12)가 접촉하여 회전할 수 있게 설치되어 이송벨트(12) 사이의 간격이 나사(S)의 몸체 직경보다 더 벌어지지 않도록 하는 이송벨트 지지부(14)를 설치하며,
상기 이송벨트(12)에 이송되는 나사(S) 머리의 상부에 위치하여 나사(S) 머리를 도색하는 페인트분사장치(16)와,
상기 페인트분사장치(16)에 의해 나사(S) 머리에 분사된 페인트를 건조시키기 위한 건조부(20)와,
머리가 도색되어 건조된 나사(S)를 배출하는 배출부(24)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 나사 머리 자동 도색장치.
