The present invention relates to a ceiling light which is installed on a ceiling of a building or an elevator. The ceiling light includes: a fixing profile attached to a ceiling of a building or an elevator; a main profile supported by the fixing profile and having a rim part vertically extending from a circumference thereof and an LED receiving groove formed along an inner periphery surface of the rim part; an LED light bar attached to the LED receiving groove of the rim part; and a light cover sheet having an edge fixed to a lower end of the rim part to cover an inner space on a lower portion of the main profile. Thus, the ceiling light is used as a light of an indirect lighting scheme, so the installing volume may be minimized and the installing work and maintenance thereof may be convenient.

However, in a ceiling light using a conventional indirect lighting system, a separate reflector must be installed on the ceiling, and the reflection angle must be maintained at a certain distance from the light source, resulting in a problem that the installation volume increases. Furthermore, there is a problem that installation construction is complicated and maintenance is difficult.
