The dust collector is provided with a filter bag for filtering the dust that is sucked into the interior, such as a vacuum cleaner.
Industrial dust collectors are classified as process and environment, and the dust that enters them is filtered from the filter bag to be discharged to the next process or atmosphere.
The filter bag assembly mounted on the dust collector includes an upper cap and a lower cap which are respectively coupled to upper and lower portions of the filter bag. The dust filter cartridge is assembled into a perforated plate hole formed in the dust collector of the workplace.
The filter bag assembly is assembled by inserting a seal material, which is a circular bag nonwoven fabric, into a pier plate hole formed in a dust collector of a workplace, and then inserting a filter bag in which an upper cap and a lower cap are integrally combined.
The sealing material used for attaching the filter bag closely adheres the perforated plate and the filter bag so that the dust is filtered through the filter bag.
If the sealing material does not completely adhere to the perforated plate and the filter bag, dust may leak into the gap regardless of how good the filter is used.
In the conventional filter bag assembly, when the filter is mounted perpendicularly to the perforated plate after the sealant is installed on the perforated plate, the sealant is pushed to one side or the filter is removed from the perforated plate, There are many cases.
However, the sealing material used in the conventional filter bag assembly may not be attached to the filter, or dust may leak, even if the diameter of the upper surface of the filter is different by 1 mm.
In fact, in many dust collectors, dust leaks through the gap of the sealant finely.
Industrial dust collectors need to replace filter bags and sealing materials from several tens of times to many hundreds of times until their lifespan is exhausted. Since the filter bag and sealing material sticks to the filter bag and the filter can not be attached or detached, the efficiency of the operation is decreased and the adhesion between the filter bag and the sealing material is decreased.
