Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electric fan filter, and more particularly to an electric fan filter that is attached to and detached from a back surface portion of a blade guard that covers a rotating blade of an electric fan.
In recent years, by covering the back part of the blade guard that covers the rotating blades of the fan from the outside and using this fan while maintaining this state, fine dust and dust floating in the indoor air are filtered. Fan filters have been developed.
As a conventional fan filter, for example, a filter of Patent Document 1 is known.
The filter of patent document 1 has a donut shape in the unfolded state, and is a filter material capable of covering the back part of the blade guard fixed to the motor part of the electric fan, and a telescopically sewn to the outer edge part of the filter material A flat rubber string, and a planar fastener that locks both ends formed by cutting one slit from the center of curvature of the filter material toward the outside in the radial direction.
When the rotating blade is rotated by the motor unit, the indoor air is sucked into the inner space of the blade guard from the back surface portion of the blade guard and then blown out to the front of the electric fan through the front surface portion of the blade guard. At this time, fine dust and dust floating in the indoor air are filtered by the filter material.
However, the fan filter disclosed in Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
(1) The filter material had a substantially donut shape in the unfolded state. For this reason, when the back surface portion of the blade guard is covered with the filter material, it is necessary to collectively latch the filter material over the entire back surface portion. As a result, the attachment and detachment of the filter material was cumbersome and took a long time, and the attachment and detachment had to be repeated many times before getting used.
(2) Further, since the filter material is a single sheet, when a part of the filter material is damaged or soiled for some reason, it is necessary to replace the entire filter material with a new one.
(3) Furthermore, since the filter material was a single sheet having a substantially donut shape, a large filter cloth was required to cut the filter material. For this reason, the raw material cost increases and the cutting edge increases, and the yield of the filter material obtained from the filter cloth per unit area is reduced.
(4) The inner edge portion of the conventional filter material was simply cut at the time of cutting. For this reason, it is difficult to seal the connecting portion between the blade guard and the motor portion without gaps by the inner edge portion of the filter material. As a result, room air from which dust or dust has not been filtered has been sucked into the internal space of the blade guard from the gap between the inner edge of the filter material and the base of the blade guard.
Therefore, the present invention makes it easy to attach and detach the filter material, and can shorten the work time, and only a part of the filter material is removed in response to partial breakage or partial contamination of the filter material. Another object of the present invention is to provide a fan filter that can be replaced and that has a high yield when the filter material is cut.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a fan filter capable of hooking a partial frame to the back surface without any problem even if the actual size in the circumferential direction of the back surface is slightly different from the set size.
Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fan filter in which the engaged partial frames are separated from each other or dust or the like hardly enters the inner space of the blade guard from between the adjacent partial frames.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a fan filter that can enhance the sealing performance of the connecting portion between the blade guard and the motor portion by the filter material and can enhance the dust collection effect.
The invention according to claim 1 has an annular filter material capable of covering the rear part of the blade guard that guards the rotating blades of the fan from the outside, and an annular frame shape that holds the filter material in a stretched state. A filter for an electric fan comprising a frame and a locking member for locking the frame to the blade guard, wherein the filter material is divided into a plurality of partial filter materials in a circumferential direction. Is a fan filter divided into a plurality of partial frames in the circumferential direction.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the back surface portion of the fan blade guard of the electric fan is covered with the filter material, the partial filter materials are connected in series by sequentially locking the partial frames to the blade guard. The back surface portion can be covered with the filter material.
Since the filter material is divided by the plurality of partial filter materials individually expanded by the partial frames, the attachment / detachment work of the filter material is facilitated, and the work time can be shortened. In addition, the filter material can be partially replaced in response to partial breakage or partial contamination of the filter material. As a result, the replacement time of the filter material can be shortened and the replacement cost can be reduced.
Moreover, the shape of the filter material in the stretched state is not an annular shape as in the prior art, but is a fan shape obtained by dividing the filter material into a plurality of shapes or a band shape approximate to this. Therefore, the yield at the time of cutting the filter material can be increased.

However, as for the size of a general household electric fan, the average diameter of the blade guard is about 40 cm, and the average diameter of the motor unit is about 12 cm. In that case, the dimension of the preferable width | variety (short side) of a filter material and a partial filter material is 20-24 cm. Incidentally, the diameter of a large rotating blade for home use is 35 cm, and the diameter of a small rotating blade for home use is 30 cm.
In the invention according to claim 2, the back surface portion has a large number of wires covering the rotating blades from the outside, and an annular outer peripheral wire in which tips of each wire are connected at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The locking member is provided on the outer peripheral frame of each partial frame, and has a plurality of hooking claws that are hooked to the outer peripheral wire from the outer peripheral direction of the blade guard, 2. Each of the outer peripheral frames of the corresponding partial frame, which is longer than the diameter of the outer peripheral wire, and is provided at a position that can be hooked to the outer peripheral wire of the back portion having the outer diameter of the maximum dimensional tolerance. There is a filter for electric fans.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the partial filter material is attached to the back surface portion of the blade guard, the latching claws of the partial filter material are respectively hooked on the outer peripheral wire from the outer circumferential direction of the blade guard. Each latching claw is longer than the diameter of the outer peripheral wire, and protrudes from the outer peripheral frame portion of the partial frame at a position where it can be hooked to the outer peripheral wire on the back surface having the outer diameter of the maximum dimensional tolerance. . Therefore, even if the actual circumferential dimension of the back surface is slightly different from the set dimension, each latching claw is in the length direction in the latched state on the outer peripheral wire as long as the error is within the allowable dimensional tolerance range. By moving appropriately, it is possible to cover a part of the back portion without any trouble by the partial frame.
The material of each partial frame is not limited. For example, synthetic resin and metal. Each partial frame may be a rigid body or an elastic body. However, an elastic body is preferable.
The material, shape, size, and number of the hooking claws are not limited as long as they can be hooked on the outer peripheral wire from the outer peripheral direction of the blade guard.
In the invention according to claim 3, between the side portions of the adjacent partial frames, a side locking structure that locks the adjacent partial frames and the movement of the partial frames in the frame circumferential direction can be allowed. It is a filter for electric fans of Claim 1 or Claim 2 with which the various overlap part was each provided.
According to invention of Claim 3, between the side parts of an adjacent partial frame is latched by the side part latching structure in the state which overlapped the overlap part. As a result, even if an external force acts on the adjacent partial frames in a direction away from each other, the engaged partial frames are separated from each other due to the locking force by the side locking structure and the overlap by the overlap portion. Or gaps between adjacent partial frames are difficult to open. As a result, dust and the like can be prevented from entering the inner space of the blade guard from this gap.
The components of the side locking structure are not limited. For example, a male side latching part and a female side latching part which can be latched on this can be adopted. In addition, a clip, a hook, a hook, a string, a surface fastener, an adhesive tape, a magnet, or the like may be used. The material, shape, size, and the like of the side locking structure are not limited. The side locking structure may or may not allow movement of the partial frames in the locked state in the frame circumferential direction.
The length of the overlap portion in the frame circumferential direction is not limited.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the inner peripheral portion of each partial filter material is provided with a skirt portion that covers the gap between the inner peripheral frame of each partial frame and the motor portion of the electric fan from the outside. It is a filter for electric fans given in any 1 paragraph among Claims 1-3.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the skirt portion that covers the gap between the inner peripheral frame of each partial frame and the motor portion from the outside is provided on the inner peripheral portion of each partial filter material. The airtightness of the connecting portion between the blade guard and the motor portion is enhanced, and the dust collection effect can be enhanced.
The material, shape, and size of the skirt are not limited. The skirt portion may be formed integrally with the partial filter material or may be formed separately.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the filter material is divided into a plurality of partial filter materials individually stretched by each partial frame, the filter material can be easily attached and detached, and the work time can be shortened. Can do. Moreover, when the filter material is partially damaged or soiled, only the defective partial filter material needs to be replaced together with the corresponding partial frame. Thereby, the replacement time of the filter material can be shortened, and the replacement cost can be reduced. Further, since the filter material in the stretched state has a fan shape or a band shape similar to the fan shape, the yield at the time of cutting the filter material can be increased.
In particular, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the latching pawls of the respective partial frames are longer than the diameter of the outer peripheral wire, and the rear portion having the outer diameter of the maximum dimensional tolerance among the outer peripheral frame portions of the partial frames. Since the actual circumferential dimension of the back surface part is slightly different from the set dimension, the error is within the allowable dimensional tolerance range. A partial frame can cover a part of the back surface without hindrance.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the side portions of the adjacent partial frames are locked by the side portion locking structure with the overlapping portions being overlapped, so that the engaged partial frames It is possible to prevent dust from entering the internal space of the vane guard from the gaps generated between the partial frames.
Furthermore, according to the invention described in claim 4, since the skirt portion that covers the gap between the inner peripheral frame of each partial frame and the motor portion from the outside is provided on the inner peripheral portion of each partial filter material, the filter The sealing performance of the connecting portion between the blade guard and the motor portion is increased, and the dust collection effect can be enhanced.

The two

In the lower

Next, a method for using the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, when the
Each latching
At this time, the side frames 17d of the adjacent

As described above, the
Moreover, the shape of the
