Abstract
본 발명은 축사 깔개 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 커피 찌꺼기의 수분 함량을 10% 이내로 건조하는 제1단계; 상기 커피 찌꺼기에 결합재를 첨가하여 커피 찌꺼기를 구형 입자로 가공하는 제2단계; 상기 구형 입자로 가공된 커피 찌꺼기에 이산화규소(SiO2)를 첨가하여 혼합하는 제3단계; 상기 이산화규소 혼합 과정에서 자광석 분말과 에틸 셀룰로오스(Ethyl cellulose)을 첨가하는 제4단계; 및 상기 제4단계에서 가공된 커피 찌꺼기와 톱밥을 1 : 0.3~0.8 중량비로 혼합하는 제5단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
