A plurality of pressing convex portions coupled to an upper surface of the ferromagnetic member and projecting upward,
The lower part of the base member is made of a suction half,
And a plurality of pressing convex portions coupled to a lower surface of the coupling reinforcing member and projecting downward,
The magnet member is in the form of a ring,
An LED or the like installed in the inner space of the magnet member,
An electrode rod coupled to a lower portion of the LED or the like and protruding downward through the coupling reinforcing member,
A power supply section provided on a base member on the lower side of the ferromagnetic body member,
An electrode plate provided on the ferromagnetic body and connected to the power supply unit,
