Claims (8)
- 액체화물을 운반하는 선박의 재액화 시스템에 있어서,
상기 액체화물이 저장된 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스(Boil-Off Gas)를 압축하여 냉각하고 재액화하여 상기 저장탱크에 저장하는 재액화부;
압축된 상기 증발가스를 냉각하도록 상기 재액화부와 열교환되는 냉매가 순환하는 냉매순환부; 및
상기 냉매순환부의 상류에 마련되어 압축된 상기 증발가스를 냉각하는 이코노마이저를 포함하고,
상기 재액화부는,
상기 저장탱크에서 발생하는 상기 증발가스를 압축하는 컴프레서; 및
상기 컴프레서에서 압축된 상기 증발가스가 상기 냉매순환부를 순환하는 냉매와 열교환으로 냉각되어 응축되는 컨덴서;를 포함하고,
상기 냉매순환부는,
상기 컨덴서에서 열교환된 상기 냉매가 압축되는 냉매압축기;
상기 냉매압축기에서 압축된 냉매를 냉각하여 응축시키는 냉매응축기;
상기 냉매응축기에서 응축된 상기 냉매를 냉각하여 상기 컨덴서로 순환시키는 냉매냉각기; 및
상기 냉매응축기와 냉매냉각기 사이에 마련되어 상기 냉매응축기에서 응축된 상기 냉매 중 일부를 공급받아 감압하여 냉각하는 감압밸브;를 포함하고,
상기 이코노마이저는, 상기 컴프레서와 상기 컨덴서의 사이에 설치되고,
상기 이코노마이저에서는 상기 선박의 엔진으로 공급될 연료(fuel)로서 상기 저장탱크에 저장된 액체화물이 상기 증발가스와 열교환되며,
상기 감압밸브에서 감압으로 냉각된 상기 냉매는 상기 냉매냉각기로 도입되어, 상기 감압밸브를 거치지 않고 상기 냉매응축기로부터 상기 냉매냉각기로 도입된 상기 냉매를 열교환으로 냉각하는, 액체화물 운반선의 재액화 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이코노마이저의 상류에 마련되어 상기 이코노마이저로 공급될 연료를 압축하는 펌프를 더 포함하고,
상기 펌프에서 압축된 연료는 상기 이코노마이저에서 상기 증발가스와 열교환으로 가열되어 상기 엔진으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체화물 운반선의 재액화 시스템. - 삭제

상기 컴프레서와 상기 이코노마이저의 사이에 마련되어 상기 컴프레서에서 압축된 상기 증발가스를 냉각하는 전냉각기를 더 포함하는 액체화물 운반선의 재액화 시스템. - 삭제
