Description

Floor Panel for Reducing Impact Sound}Background Art [0002] Floor panels for Reducing Impact Sound [0003]

The present invention relates to a floor panel that absorbs and reduces impact noise generated between layers of a multi-layer building.

In apartment houses, residential complexes, and multi - family houses, various accidents are caused by floor - to - ceiling noise between upper and lower floors, that is, between the floor of the upper floor and the ceiling of the lower floor. In the worst case, a struggle between the upstairs and the downstairs residents is spreading as an accident involving murder, etc., and is seriously concerned with the way to suppress interlayer noise as well as local governments. Furthermore, as a solution to this problem of interlayer noise, the measures for solving the dispute between the houses are proposed and strengthened.

The proportion of apartment units is about 40% in Japan, and about 3% in the United States, compared to 65% in Korea. It is known that the noise caused by children is more severe in winter. The main reason for the inter-floor noise of the apartment house is that the apartment area, residential apartment complex or multi-family housing is more popular than the single house because of the narrower land area compared to the population. have. Furthermore, it is expected that the interstory noise dispute will continue without solving structural problems such as housing site, reinforced concrete, and concrete for building of apartment house.

As a prior art for solving such a conventional problem, Patent Document 1 discloses a plate-shaped core in which a plurality of band-shaped plates are formed parallel or intersecting to form a space surrounded by a band-shaped plate; An upper buffer layer disposed on both upper and lower sides of the core and having an open cell structure and having sound absorption performance; And a support plate provided on the upper buffer layer, wherein the plate-like core is made of a vibration-proof rubber, or the vibration-proof layer made of a vibration-proof rubber is placed between a core and a laminate structure composed of a lower buffer layer A floor panel for reducing noise in the floor and a floor structure using the floor panel are disclosed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a floor panel for reducing interlayer noise according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2, the floor panel 1 is divided into a surface member 10, an intermediate member 12 and a floor member 13, and the floor panel 1 is integrally joined to the bottom surface Rearward, leftward and rightward.

The surface member 10 is made of a laminate material having a thickness of about 0.5 to 1.5 mm. As the surface material 10, the laminate has strong wear resistance, durability and stain resistance. Depending on the quality of the laminate, AC1 ~ 5 grades can be classified into domestic and business grade and applicable grades can be applied.

The intermediate material 12 is impregnated with a melamine resin on a paper squeezed on one side by super-strength, and dried. Then, the intermediate material 12 is adhered to the bottom surface of the surface material 10 by applying heat and pressure for a predetermined period of time. The intermediate member 12 is applied with a low pressure melamine having a thickness of about 0.5 to 1.5 mm.

Further, before the intermediate member 12 is bonded to the surface member 10, a pattern film 11 having various patterns such as a wood pattern or a leaf pattern is adhered to the bottom surface of the surface member 10. Therefore, it is preferable that the surface material 10 is transparent or translucent so that the pattern of the pattern film 11 is exposed through the surface material 10.

The bottom material 13 is compression-molded using a mold, and then bonded to the bottom surface of the intermediate material 12 with an adhesive. The bottom material 13 is made of polybutylene having a thickness of about 7 to 9 mm. As the bottom material 13, polybutylene is resistant to high temperature and low temperature, maintains a constant strength, is hygienic, and has a small number of frictional resistance coefficients.

The sound-absorbing tube 17 is inserted through the through hole 14 formed at a distance of approximately 10 mm to the floor material 13 with a diameter of approximately 4 to 6 mm. The sound absorbing tube 17 may be made of the same polybutylene material as the floor material 13. The sound-absorbing tube 17 absorbs the shock noise transmitted from the upper end, the lower end or the side of the floor panel 1 and serves as a receptacle.

The concave portion (16) and the convex portion (15) are formed on the front surface and the side surface of the bottom material (13), respectively. The concave portion 16 and the convex portion 15 are for repeatedly connecting and connecting the floor panel 1 to the floor surface to be installed continuously. In addition, when the floor panel 1 is assembled, the floor panel 1 can be lifted up on the floor surface and the deformation due to moisture can be minimized by assembling the concave portion 16 and the convex portion 15.

In addition, concave and convex portions 18 are formed on the bottom surface of the bottom material 13. [ The irregularities 18 are used to increase the contact area with the floor surface to be applied. The contact area between the irregularities 18 on the bottom surface of the bottom material 13 and the bottom surface is large, have.

4 and 5, the wall surface finishing material 2 is also applied to a wall body which is in contact with the floor surface at which the floor panel 1 is installed at right angles.

The wall surface finishing material 2 has substantially the same structure and structure as the floor panel 1. That is, the wall surface finishing material 2 comprises a surface material 10 made of a laminate having a thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm, a low-pressure melamine film having a thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm and bonded to the bottom surface of the surface material 10 after impregnated with melamine resin, And a bottom material 13 made of polybutylene having a thickness of 7 to 9 mm and joined to the bottom surface of the intermediate member 12 after the compression molding using the mold are integrally formed. Further, a sound absorbing tube 17 having a diameter of 4 to 6 mm is inserted into the bottom member 13 at intervals of 10 mm. In addition, the wall surface finishing material 2 is installed at right angles to the floor panel 1, and a groove 19 is formed on the side surface of the wall surface finishing material 2. In the groove 19, the side surface of the floor panel 1 is inserted and joined, or the protruded portion of the floor panel 1 is assembled and assembled.

The concave portion 16 and the convex portion 15 are correspondingly formed for continuous repetitive connection to the side surface 13 of the wall surface finishing material 2. In the same manner as in the case of the floor panel 1, a patterned film 11 of wood pattern or hilly pattern is bonded between the surface material 10 and the intermediate material 12 and concaves and convexes 18 are formed on the bottom surface of the floor material 13, It is possible to improve the adhesive strength when the adhesive is adhered to the adhesive layer.

6, the sound-absorbing tube 17 can be penetrated through the through-holes 14, which are formed in a staggered manner, on the floor panel 1 and the floor material 13 of the wall surface finishing material 2. Thus, the sound-absorbing tube 17, which is zigzagly coupled to the inside of the bottom member 13, absorbs impact noise and blocks noise transmission.

In addition, when the floor panel 1 is completed on the bottom surface to be constructed, the wall surface finishing material 2 is applied. The wall surface finishing material 2 is adhered to the wall surface with an adhesive or the like. The concave portion 16 of the other wall surface finishing material 2 is engaged with the convex portion 15 formed on the side surface of the wall surface finishing material 2 and adhered in the left and right direction to be integrated.

Furthermore, it is preferable to construct the floor panel 1 after the wall surface finishing material 2 is first applied to the wall surface at the time of construction of the floor panel 1. It is convenient to insert the convex portion 15 of the floor panel 1 into the groove 19 formed in the front surface of the wall surface finishing material 2 for convenience of construction.
