Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a ventilation sheet cushion cover provided at the lower end of a cushion portion of a ventilation sheet of a vehicle to form a flow path of air.
Generally, a separate cover is provided on the lower end of the cushion portion of the ventilation sheet so as to allow air to flow through the ventilation sheet but not to be washed out.
In the prior art, a ventilation system was constructed using a rigid plastic cover. However, when a rigid cover made of a plastic material is used, there is a problem that a feeling of foreign body can be felt when the passenger seated on the seat, resulting in a decrease in the seating feeling. In addition, the plastic cover increases the manufacturing cost due to the injection mold cost invested for manufacturing the cover, and consequently leads to an increase in the unit price of the product, which causes a problem of lowering the cost competitiveness of the entire sheet product.
In addition, due to the difference in deformation amount due to different material properties from the seat pads, the cover is detached from the cushion portion at the time of seating, and the sealing performance is lost.
It should be understood that the foregoing description of the background art is merely for the purpose of promoting an understanding of the background of the present invention and is not to be construed as an admission that the prior art is known to those skilled in the art.
An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion cover for a ventilation sheet which is combined with a cushion portion of a seat to provide airtightness and improve a seating feeling of a passenger.
In order to achieve the above object, a ventilation sheet cushion cover according to the present invention is in the shape of a plate formed of a nonwoven fabric material and has an upper surface coupled to a lower surface of a ventilated seat cushion portion, A first nonwoven fabric layer; A second nonwoven fabric layer having an upper surface bonded to a lower surface of the first nonwoven fabric layer; A first nonwoven fabric layer and a second nonwoven fabric layer interposed between the lower surface of the first nonwoven fabric layer and the upper surface of the second nonwoven fabric layer to bond the first nonwoven fabric layer and the second nonwoven fabric layer to each other, And a blocking member.
And a fixing member for coupling the upper surface of the first nonwoven fabric layer and the lower surface of the cushion part.
The fixing member may be an adhesive.
The ventilation member may be a non-breathable adhesive.
The non-breathable adhesive is a fluid having a fluidity and can penetrate the surface of the first non-woven layer and the upper surface of the second non-woven layer to bond the first non-woven layer and the second non-woven layer.
The non-breathable adhesive may be formed to have a certain thickness at a central portion that does not penetrate to the lower surface of the first non-woven layer and the upper surface of the second non-woven layer, thereby forming a non-breathable layer.
The non-breathable adhesive may be Acrylic PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) or Rubber PSA or Hot Melt PSA.
The ventilation member is a non-breathable film, and the non-breathable film and the lower face of the first non-woven layer and the upper face of the second non-woven layer can be bonded to each other through an adhesive.
The non-breathable film may be an olefin resin material.
The first nonwoven fabric layer is formed with a plurality of adhesive holes passing through the first nonwoven fabric layer. The ventilation member exposed above the first nonwoven fabric layer through the adhesive hole is engaged with the lower surface of the cushion portion, , The first nonwoven fabric layer and the second nonwoven fabric layer may be bonded together.
The first nonwoven fabric layer is in contact with the rim portion of the air flow path groove in the lower surface of the cushion portion and the adhesive hole may be formed in a portion of the first nonwoven fabric layer that is in contact with the lower surface of the cushion portion.
According to the cushion cover for a ventilating seat of the present invention as described above, there is no foreign object feeling at the time of seating, and the manufacturing cost can be lowered while maintaining airtightness.

The cushion cover 100 for a ventilation sheet of the present invention is excellent in flexibility and has a shielding performance by using a ventilation member to improve the shielding performance. Through this, the height, thickness, and strength of the plastic cover that can affect passengers during seating were removed, and the plate-shaped cover was applied to minimize the impact on the passenger's seated feeling.
In addition, by forming the cushion cover from a nonwoven fabric having flexibility, even if the lower end of the

The influence of the type of vehicle on which the seat is mounted must also be considered. For example, in the case of an RV / SUV vehicle, which has a high probability of rough road and off-road driving compared to a vehicle driving on a general road such as a sedan, the coupling force is more strongly required.
