Description

Tire lift {Tire lifter}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a tire lift, and more particularly, to a tire lifting device for an automobile which enables a tire to be easily lifted and lowered by a lift when a tire of an automobile is serviced.

In general, when a tire is replaced or repaired at an automobile repair shop or the like, or when it is to be serviced together with other parts, the automobile is lifted to a height at which a worker can stand and work by a lift, and then the tire is detached. The worker is holding the tires up or down.

 However, since the weight of the tire varies depending on the type of the vehicle, the worker often hurts his / her back during raising or lowering the tire by raising or lowering the tire.

Korean Patent No. 10-1226657 (Tire lift for automobile maintenance)

The present invention is intended to provide a tire lift capable of safely moving a tire up and down as well as easily moving a tire in a desired direction.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a tire lift which can be rolled without restraining the tire so as to be mounted on the upper plate so that the height with respect to the ground surface can be minimized.

According to an aspect of the present invention,

A lower plate;

An upper plate positioned above the lower plate;

A pair of scissors modules coupled to both sides of the lower plate in an X-shape to elevate or lower the upper plate from the lower plate;

A support plate coupled between the pair of scissors modules, the support plate having a top protrusion protruding downward from the one side toward the other side;

A lower stone plate coupled to the lower plate and having a curved surface extending from one side to the other side and projecting upward;

A support bar positioned between the lower projection and the upper projection;

A power module coupled to the support bar to move the support bar;

And a support module coupled to at least one of the pair of scissors modules and supporting a load of the upper plate when the scissors module raises the upper plate.

Further, according to the present invention,

The upper plate

And a side surface of the upper plate is guided, and a moving tire support is further coupled.

The present invention provides a tire lift which can safely move a tire up and down as well as easily move a tire in a desired direction.

In addition, the present invention provides a tire lift that can minimize the height of the tire from the ground when it descends so that the tire can be rolled without being lifted and can be mounted on the upper plate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. And this does not mean that the spirit and scope of the present invention are limited.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tire lift according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a tire lift mounted on a tire lift according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figs. 4 and 5 are perspective views (one side of the schematic module omitted) for explaining a tire lift according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.

In the tire lift 100 of this embodiment,

A lower plate 10;

An upper plate 20 positioned above the lower plate 10;

A pair of scissors modules 30 coupled to both sides of the lower plate 10 in an X-shaped manner to elevate or lower the upper plate 20 from the lower plate 10;

A support plate 40 coupled between the pair of scissors modules 30 and having an upper protrusion 41 protruding in a downward direction with a curved surface from one side to the other side;

A lower protrusion 50 coupled to the lower plate 10 and protruding upward from the one side toward the other side;

A support bar (60) positioned between the lower protrusion (50) and the upper protrusion (41);

A power module 70 coupled to the support bar 60 to move the support bar 60;

A support module 80 (not shown) is attached to at least one of the pair of scissors modules 30 to support the load of the upper plate 20 when the scissors module 30 raises the upper plate 20. [ ).

The lower plate 10 serves to support the structure. It is good to be made of metal.

The upper plate 20 is located on the upper portion of the lower plate 10. The side surface of the upper plate 20 is guided, and the moving tire support 90 is engaged. When the tire 200 is mounted on the tire pedestal 90, the tire 200 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the upper plate 20.

The scissors module 30 is located between the top plate 20 and the bottom plate 10. The scissors module 20 is a pair. The scissors module 20 is X-shaped. The scissors module 30 functions to lift or lower the upper plate 20 from the lower plate 10. [

A support plate (40) is coupled between the pair of scissors modules (30). In the lower direction of the support plate 40, an upper protrusion 41 protruding from one side to the other side is formed.

The lower stone plate 50 is joined to the lower plate 10. The lower stone plate 50 is curved upward from one side of the lower plate 10 to the other side, and protrudes upward. The lower stone plate 50 and the upper stone plate 41 face each other.

The support bar (60) is positioned between the lower stone press (50) and the upper stone press (41). The support bar 60 is inserted between the lower stone press 50 and the upper stone press 41 and moves to push up the upper stone press 41. As a result, the support plate 40 to which the upper projection 41 is engaged is urged upward. 4 and 5, the scissors module 20 is operated and the upper plate 20 is moved upward, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, by the force exerted on the scissors module 20 coupled with the support plate 40. [

The power module 70 includes a piston 71 coupled to the support bar 60 and a cylinder 72 for pumping the piston 71 pneumatically. When the pneumatic pressure is supplied to the power module 70, the piston 70 protrudes to the outside, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, so that the support bar 60 is moved in one direction Push it out. As a result, the support bar 60 pushes up the scissors module 20, and the upper plate 20 moves upward.

The power module 70 may be a combination of a motor and a gear.

On the other hand, the pneumatically operated power module 70 easily pushes between the lower stone projection 50 and the upper stone projection 41, which are initially curved, by the principle of the straddle band. However, as the upper plate 20 is moved upward, in order to push up the scissors module 20 by the support bar 60, a strong force is required in principle. If the power module 70 can not support the weight of the upper plate 20, the tire lift 100 may not operate smoothly. To overcome this problem, a support module 80 may be coupled to the scissors module 30.

The support module 80 may be coupled to at least one of the pair of scissors modules 30. [ The support module 80 may be a pneumatic spring operating with pneumatic pressure. As shown in FIG. 5, when the scissors module 30 is unfolded upward, the support module 80 can support the scissors module 30 well. That is, the support module 80 can prevent the scissors module 30 from sinking due to the weight of the tire 200 and the upper plate 20. [ That is, the support module 80 disperses the load applied to the power module 70 in the state of FIG.

When the power module 70 operates with hydraulic pressure, it exerts a strong force. However, complicated construction is required to generate the hydraulic pressure, which raises the price of the entire tire lift. The present invention operates the power module 70 with air pressure. Pneumatic devices are inexpensive, but they are difficult to exert great power. Therefore, in the tire lift 100 of the present embodiment, in order to utilize the insufficient force of the air pressure, the support bar 60 is inserted between the lower stone projection 50 and the upper stone projection 41, And pushes up the upper stone plate (41) even with a small force. Thereafter, the support module 80 is used to supplement the scissors module 30 with respect to the increasing load.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a tire lift according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which a wheel is attached to a lower portion to facilitate the movement.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. Modifications and additions by those skilled in the art to an equivalent range based on the embodiments will also fall within the scope of the present invention.
