Abstract
본 발명에 따른 플록사신 계열의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염은 근원세포의 분화를 촉진하여 근관을 형성할 수 있으므로 근육 약화를 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 효과적으로 근육 기능을 개선할 수 있다. 따라서 이를 포함하는 약학 조성물은 근육 약화 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
