Description
The present invention relates to an oil-gel cosmetic composition for protecting ultraviolet rays, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition for ultraviolet ray shielding which is excellent in feeling and ultraviolet ray shielding effect by containing high alcohol, silicone oil, polar oil, Oil gel cosmetic composition.
The cosmetics are mainly made of an emulsion type in which an aqueous phase and an oil phase are mixed, but the emulsion time has a disadvantage that it contains a large amount of a surfactant and can irritate the skin, and the formulation is unstable according to the temperature change and the water resistance is weak . Accordingly, the development of cosmetics of the oil type is progressing actively, and most of them are being developed as the oil gel type.
Since the gel-like oil cosmetic composition gives a feeling of use that is less than elastic feeling, it has a disadvantage in that the skin is not absorbed quickly because it is composed of only the oil component, and the feeling of use is bad. Thus, as disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 2015-0065232 or Korean Patent Publication No. 2015-0014279 But it has not been developed much for ultraviolet ray shielding.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a cosmetic composition of an oil gel for ultraviolet shielding which is excellent in feeling.
Accordingly, in order to solve these problems, the present inventors have found that it is possible not only to improve the feeling of use but also to improve the ultraviolet shielding performance by appropriately adjusting the content of the higher alcohol, the silicone oil, the polar oil, the organic ultraviolet screening agent and the gelling agent Thereby completing the present invention.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an oil-gel cosmetic composition for ultraviolet shielding comprising a high-alcohol, a silicone oil, a polar oil, an organic ultraviolet screening agent and a gelling agent.
In order to attain the above object, the present invention provides a method for producing a silicone oil composition, which comprises 10 to 20 parts by weight of a higher alcohol, 5 to 30 parts by weight of a silicone oil, 5 to 20 parts by weight of a polar oil, 15 to 35 parts by weight of an organic UV- And an ultraviolet ray shielding oil gel cosmetic composition.
The higher alcohol may be selected from the group consisting of lauryl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, 2-octyldodecanol, and combinations thereof.
The silicone oil may be selected from the group consisting of dimethyl polysiloxane, methylphenyl polysiloxane, decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane, methyl trimethicone, phenyl trimethicone, cyclomethicone, dimethicone, and combinations thereof.
The polar oil may be an ester-based oil.
The organic ultraviolet screening agent may be at least one selected from the group consisting of octocrylene, eicylhexylsalicylate, ethylhexylmethoxycinnamate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyltriazine, diethylaminohydroxybenzoylhexylbenzoate, Imidazolesulfonic acid, ethylhexyl palmitate, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, and combinations thereof.
Wherein the organic UV blocking agent is selected from the group consisting of octocrylene, eicylhexylsalicylate, ethylhexylmethoxycinnamate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyltriazine and diethylaminohydroxybenzoylhexylbenzoate at a ratio of 6-12: 7: 4 to 10: 1 to 5: 1 to 5 by weight.
The gelling agent may be selected from the group consisting of dibutyl lauroyl glutamide, dibutyl hexyl hexanoyl glutamide, dextrin palmitate, and combinations thereof.
The oil-gel cosmetic composition for protecting ultraviolet rays comprising an organic sunscreen according to the present invention is excellent in freshness, unbending feeling, spreadability, skin absorbency and elasticity, is easy to use because it does not flow when it is applied to skin, The ultraviolet screening efficiency of the ultraviolet screening agent is remarkably high.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The present invention relates to an ultraviolet shielding oil gel comprising 10 to 20 parts by weight of a higher alcohol, 5 to 30 parts by weight of a silicone oil, 5 to 20 parts by weight of a polar oil, 15 to 35 parts by weight of an organic ultraviolet blocking agent and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of a gelling agent Thereby providing a cosmetic composition.
Since the cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains a higher alcohol and a silicone oil, the feeling of use is significantly improved as compared with the case where a higher alcohol or silicone oil is contained alone.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains 10 to 20 parts by weight of a higher alcohol. The higher alcohol serves to further enhance the effects of the silicone oil imparted to the cosmetic composition, such as spreadability, absorbency, and freshness, and reduces the greasy feeling of the oil. When the amount of the higher alcohol is less than 10 parts by weight, the shine becomes worse and the effect of the silicone oil is not sufficiently raised, so that spreadability, flowability, freshness, and absorbency are lowered. In addition, when the amount of the higher alcohol is more than 20 parts by weight, the viscosity and elasticity of the oil gel are affected and the spreadability, flowability and elasticity are lowered. In addition, the polarity of the substance forming the formulation of the cosmetic composition, the intimacy between the formulation-forming substance and the organic ultraviolet screening agent, and the viscosity of the cosmetic composition affect the formation of a uniform barrier film by the organic ultraviolet screening agent, The overall polarity of the substances (high alcohol, silicone oil, polar oil, gelling agent) forming the formulation of the cosmetic composition and the intimacy between the substances and the organic ultraviolet screening agent are changed, The organic UV blocking agent does not form a uniform blocking film and the ultraviolet blocking effect is remarkably deteriorated.
The higher alcohol may be any higher alcohol available in the art, including, but not limited to, alcohols, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, , Preferably 2-octyldodecanol, and the like.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains 5 to 30 parts by weight, or 10 to 30 parts by weight of silicone oil. The silicone oil improves the spreadability, flowability, freshness, absorbency and the like of the cosmetic composition, and the above effects can be further improved by interacting with the higher alcohol. When the content of the silicone oil is less than 5 parts by weight, the effect of improving the feeling of use due to the silicone oil is not sufficient. When the content of the silicone oil exceeds 30 parts by weight, the degree of preference for flowability is very low and the elasticity is also lowered. In addition, when the silicone oil deviates from the above weight, the overall polarity of the substances forming the cosmetic composition and the intimacy between the substances and the organic ultraviolet screening agent are changed and the viscosity of the cosmetic composition is changed. The ultraviolet blocking effect is lowered.
The silicone oil may be any silicone oil used in the art including, but not limited to, dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, methyltrimethicone, phenyltrimethicone, cyclomethicone, dimethicone, And a combination thereof. In addition, the silicone oil may be a volatile silicone oil, and the volatile silicone oil may be selected from the group consisting of dimethicone, cyclomethicone, and combinations thereof.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention comprises 5 to 20 parts by weight or 5 to 15 parts by weight of an oil. If the amount of the oil is less than 5 parts by weight, the other components may not be sufficiently dissolved and the stability of the formulation may deteriorate. If the amount of the oil is more than 20 parts by weight, the content of other components may be lowered.
The oil may be any oil used in the art, and is not limited thereto, but may preferably be an ester-based oil.
The ester-based oil may be any ester-based oil used in the art, including but not limited to caprylic / capric triglyceride, dicaprylyl carbonate, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, 2-octyldodecyl myristate , Isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isocetyl ethyl hexanoate, pentaerythritol tetraethyl hexanoate, butylene glycol dicaprylate / caprate, hexyl laurate, diisostearyl maleate, cetyl Ethylhexanoate, glyceryl triethylhexanoate, and combinations thereof, and is preferably selected from the group consisting of caprylic / capric triglyceride, dicaprylyl carbonate, and combinations thereof And most preferably caprylic / capric triglyceride and dicaprylyl carbone May be mixed in a weight ratio of 9: 5 to 15.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention comprises 15 to 35 parts by weight of an organic ultraviolet screening agent. If the amount of the organic UV blocking agent is less than 15 parts by weight, the ultraviolet blocking effect is not sufficient. If the organic UV blocking agent is more than 35 parts by weight, the feeling of use may be deteriorated.
The organic ultraviolet screening agent may be any organic ultraviolet screening agent used in the art, including, but not limited to, octocrylene, eicheylsalicylate, ethylhexylmethoxycinnamate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl May be selected from the group consisting of triazines, diethylamino benzoylhexyl benzoates, homosalates, phenyl benzimidazolesulfonic acid, ethylhexyl palmitate, butyl methoxydibenzoyl methane, and combinations thereof, and preferably Ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyltriazine and diethylaminohydroxybenzoylhexylbenzoate are preferably used in an amount of from 6 to 12: 2 to 7: 4 to 4: May be mixed in a weight ratio of 10: 1 to 5: 1 to 5.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains 0.1 to 2 parts by weight, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight or 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of the gelling agent. When the amount of the gelling agent is less than 0.1 part by weight, the viscosity is too low to form a gel, and the spreadability, flowability, elasticity and the like are greatly reduced, and the ultraviolet shielding effect is significantly lowered. On the other hand, when the amount is more than 2 parts by weight, the gelation becomes too much, and thus spreadability, water absorbability and elasticity are deteriorated and the feeling of use is deteriorated.
The gellant may be selected from the group consisting of dibutyl lauroylglutamide, dibutyl hexanoyl glutamide, dextrin palmitate, and combinations thereof, all of which are capable of being used in the art. , And preferably may be dibutyl lauroylglutamide.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples. It is to be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited by these examples in accordance with the gist of the present invention, and it is to be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited thereto It will be obvious.
≪ Preparation of Examples and Comparative Examples >
Examples and comparative examples of oil gel formulations were prepared according to the structures shown in Tables 1 and 2 below. Each component was warmed to 80 DEG C, and the mixture was evenly mixed with a mixer, followed by cooling and defoaming to complete the production.
* Silicone oil - dimethicone
* Polar oil caprylic / capric triglyceride, dicaprylyl carbonate
(Weight ratio 9: 11)
Organic UV-blockers - Octocrylene, Echylhexylsalicylate, Echylhexylmethoxycinnamate, Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyltriazine, Diethylaminohydroxybenzoylhexylbenzoate (weight ratio 9: 4.5: 7 : 3: 3)
* Gelling agent - Dibutyl lauroylglutamide
<Experimental Example>
Experimental Example 1. Evaluation of Preference for Feeling
After providing all of the above Examples and Comparative Examples to 30 female panelists aged 25 to 35 years, evaluation was made on feelings such as freshness, shine, spreadability, flowability, absorbency and elasticity for each product. The results are summarized in Table 3 below. Table 3 shows the results of rounding off the second decimal place by taking the mean of the evaluated scores. The 'flowability' evaluation is a preference evaluation for the property of flowing on the face, and the 'absorbency' evaluation is an evaluation of the quick absorption of the skin, and the 'elastic feeling' It is an evaluation of feeling.
In Examples 1 to 3, scores of 4.0 or more were obtained for all feeling items, while those of Comparative Examples 1 to 8 were not. In comparison between Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, it can be seen that feeling of use of the oil gel is significantly improved when a mixture of high alcohol and silicone oil is used alone than when used alone.
In Comparative Example 3, evaluation of shine, spreadability, and absorbency was significantly worse than Example 2, and the freshness and the flowability were also deteriorated. In Comparative Example 4, spreadability, flowability, and elasticity were significantly worse than in Example 2. From the results of Comparative Examples 3 and 4, it can be seen that the content of the higher alcohol is preferably 10 to 20% by weight.
In addition, the evaluation of freshness, spreadability and absorbency of Comparative Example 5 was significantly lower than that of Example 1, and the evaluation of the flowability and elasticity was also remarkably low. The evaluation of the flowability and the elasticity of Comparative Example 6 was significantly lower than that of Example 3. Accordingly, it is understood that the content of the silicone oil is preferably 5 to 30% by weight.
On the other hand, in Table 3, it can be seen that the content of the gelling agent is 0.1 to 2% by weight based on the results of Example 2 and Comparative Examples 7 and 8.
Experimental Example 2. Evaluation of ultraviolet blocking performance
The ultraviolet blocking effect of the above Examples and Comparative Examples was measured. The above measurement was carried out by referring to the test method described in Notification No. 2013-190 of the KFDA. However, items not specified in the notification were carried out in a scientific and rational manner.
In order to measure the ultraviolet B blocking effect, 15 healthy subjects aged 25 to 35 were uniformly applied to the test specimens on the backs of the test subjects at 2 mg / cm < 2 > After 16-24 hours of irradiation with ultraviolet light, the two experts showed the minimum erythema (MED) using a multi-port solar simulator 601-300W equipped with a xenon lamp (Solar Light, USA) as a light source. And the ultraviolet barrier index was calculated by the following equation (1) using the determination value, and the average value thereof is shown in Table 4 below.
In Equation (1), MED (Minimal Erythm dose) means the minimum time required to cause erythema.
The ultraviolet A blocking effect was also measured under the same conditions as the SPF measurement experiment. The irradiated light source was ultraviolet A, and after 3 hours of irradiation, one expert determined MPPD (Minimal persistent pigment darkening dose) and calculated the ultraviolet A blocking index according to the following equation (2) The average values are shown in Table 4 below. The PA grade was expressed as +++ for 8 points or more, ++ for less than 4 points to 8 points, and + for less than 4 points.
In Table 4, it can be confirmed that Examples 1 to 3 have a significantly superior ultraviolet shielding effect than Comparative Examples 1 to 7. Comparative Example 8 exhibited an ultraviolet shielding effect superior to that of the Example, but as shown in Experimental Example 1, it is unsuitable for commercialization because of a poor feeling due to a strong viscosity.
