Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a non-heating type shampoo manufacturing method and a shampoo thereof.
In general, shampoo is added to the purified water in turn, and the mixture is heated to 75 to 80 ° C to agitate the thickener to uniformly mix the purified water (water layer), cool to 47 to 53 ° C, add fragrance, stir at room temperature Followed by filtration.
Here, the reason why the raw material mixed in the purified water is heated is to uniformly mix the increasing agent in the mixed raw material with the purified water and to improve the accumulating power. That is, when the mixed raw material is not heated, the viscosity of the final manufactured shampoo is very low, which is inconvenient in use.
(A) a cationic surfactant, (B) an oil component not containing a silicon atom, (C) an amphoteric surfactant, (B ') / [(A) + (B')]] (mass ratio of the surfactant to the total amount of the surfactant, the surfactant, the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant, ) Wherein the amount of the amphoteric surfactant and the amount of the anionic surfactant is in the range of from 2 to 2, and (B ') is 0.35 to 0.90 in the component (B) , Wherein the anionic surfactant is less than 5% by mass, and the liquid crystal structure formed of the component (A) and the component (B) is dispersed in the composition.
Such prior art has the effect of improving the feeling of firmness of the hair which occurs when the shampoo is rinsed, the foam generation is excellent, and the dispersion stability at the lapse of time is excellent. On the other hand, in order to improve the accumulative power of the shampoo, There was a problem in the process.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a non-heating type shampoo which can increase the viscosity of a shampoo without heating after mixing the raw materials, and a shampoo thereof.
The object of the present invention is achieved by a method for preparing a shampoo comprising: (1) mixing 5.2 parts by weight of glycerin, 0.5-2.6 parts by weight of polyquaternium and 0.5-2.6 parts by weight of sodium alginate per 100 parts by weight of purified water; (2) stirring the mixed raw material at least once; (3) and then filtering.
Preferably, the polyquaternium of step (1) of the present invention is at least one of polyquaternium-4, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-11, The agitation is carried out for 4 to 5 hours, the first agitation is carried out at 30 to 50 rpm for 5 to 10 minutes, the second agitation is carried out at 100 to 120 rpm for 5 to 10 minutes, the third agitation is carried out at 70 to 90 rpm, To 10 minutes, and then the fourth stirring is performed at 30 to 50 rpm for 50 to 60 minutes.
Preferably, the fragrance of the present invention is mixed together during the mixing of the raw materials for the emulsification of the step (1), or after the completion of the step (2), the fragrance is mixed again.
Preferably, the temperature of step (1) and step (2) of the present invention is in the range of 15 to 30 ° C.
Further, another object of the present invention can be attained by a shampoo produced by the above-mentioned manufacturing method.
The present invention as described above does not require a heat agitation tank for heating the raw material, thereby reducing the manufacturing time and the manufacturing cost, as well as being capable of using raw materials of natural ingredients which are vulnerable to heat.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
1. Non-heat shampoo manufacturing
5.2 parts by weight of glycerin, 0.5 to 2.6 parts by weight of polyquaternium and 0.5 to 2.6 parts by weight of sodium alginate are mixed with 100 parts by weight of purified water.
Here, the glycerin added for the increase of the shampoo produced by this example was used as a moisturizer, polyquaternium as an increasing agent, and sodium alginate as an increasing agent for stable growth without separating the water layer.
The polyquaternium may be a mixture of any one or more of polyquaternium-4, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-11.
Then, the mixed raw materials are stirred.
Here, the mixed raw materials are subjected to stirring in the fourth order.
The first agitation is carried out at 30 to 50 rpm for 5 to 10 minutes.
The second stirring is performed at 100 to 120 rpm for 5 to 10 minutes.
The third stirring is carried out at 70 to 90 rpm for 5 to 10 minutes.
The fourth stirring is carried out at 30 to 50 rpm for 50 to 60 minutes.
In this embodiment, the post-manufacturing shampoo is preferably blended with no shampooing raw material of the shampoo containing glycerin, polyquaternium and sodium alginate by a stirring process.
The temperature for mixing and stirring the raw materials is 15 to 30 ° C.
Subsequently, fragrance is added and then stirred.
Finally, the shampoo is prepared after filtration.
Here, since the present embodiment is a non-heating type, the perfume can be mixed with the shampoo raw material including glycerin, polyquaternium and sodium alginate and stirred.
2. Progressive test of non-heated shampoo
Table 1 below shows the results of viscosities of the non-heat-sensitive examples and the separation of the water-repellent layer, with glycerin as a moisturizing agent and polyquaternium as parts by weight with respect to purified water of 100 parts by weight. (Viscosity ratio) of the product 'Shining Moisture Shampoo' which is commercially available from Daicel Chemical Industries, Ltd., and which is commercially available, has a relative viscosity ratio.
Referring to Table 1, it was confirmed that Example 3 had almost the same viscosity as a conventional shampoo, and that the aqueous phase layer was not separated even after one month.
In addition, Examples 2 and 4 have viscosity ratios of about 70 and 85, as compared to conventional shampoos, and it has been confirmed that the aqueous layer is not separated even after one month.
On the other hand, Example 1 has a very low viscosity ratio of 30 and has a problem of separating the water layer after one month. In Example 5, the viscosity ratio is excellent as 80, and the water layer is not separated even after one month, The inconvenience of using was disadvantageous in that there was little bubbles.
While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments.
