Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a protective helmet, and more particularly, to a protective helmet having an air mesh fabric provided on a head net and a cushion pad to be in direct contact with a wearer, thereby providing excellent dryness and cushioning power,
Generally, a protective helmet is used for safety in firefighting and construction sites. There are various kinds of dangerous structures scattered in firefighting sites and construction sites, and there is always a risk of safety accidents caused by the falling of structures during work. Therefore, in order to protect workers' Helmets have been inevitably worn.
The protective helmet is fabricated to have a relatively light weight in order to prevent inconvenience to the wearer while wearing the protective helmet. Also, the helmet is manufactured with excellent strength to protect the wearer's head from external impacts.
Such a conventional protective helmet is composed of a hemispherical shell for protecting the head, a liner provided on the inner side of the shell for absorbing impact and worn on the head of the wearer, and a fixing strap for fixing the shell to the wearer's head. Further, in recent years, a separate lens is installed to protect the wearer's face. Such a lens is a transparent plate made of high strength such as polycarbonate, and is used to close the wearer's face during operation to protect it from foreign substances or heat and to open it normally.
Meanwhile, in the conventional protective helmet, a head net is provided on the upper part of the liner and is seated on the head of the wearer. Such a hair net is formed of a fabric and is in direct contact with the wearer's head, thus being easily exposed to contamination. In particular, due to high temperatures such as the summertime, heat in the fire scene, and the like, a large amount of sweat, sebum, and the like are generated on the wearer's scalp and the hair net is contaminated.
As described above, when the head net is contaminated, the head net is separated from the helmet and washed. However, the conventional protective helmet has a problem that the head net is fixed so that the head net is not separated, making it difficult to wash the head net.
In addition, the fixing straps for fixing the protective helmet to the wearer's head are formed in a straight line to form a pair. Such a pair of fixing straps is fixed to both sides of the inside of the shell by a fixing member and has an arm buckle and a male buckle at both ends of the fixing strap so as to have a hook type coupling structure in which the female buckle and the male buckle face each other . Further, the fixing strap is provided with a cushion pad of a fibrous material to provide a cushion on the inside of the fixing strap to improve the feeling of fit.
Such a cushion pad is brought into close contact with the skin reaching the wearer's ear and the ball when the buckle of the fixing strap and the buckle of the buckle are tied together. However, when the cushion pad is in close contact with the wearer's skin for a long time, the cushion pad is contaminated by sweat, sebum,
In addition, in the conventional protective helmet, a wearer attaches an arm buckle and a male buckle, which are provided on a fixing strap, respectively, in order to wear the helmet after fixing the helmet on the head. At this time, There is a disadvantage that the wearer's face skin is caught between the female buckle and the male buckle when they are bound together.
In addition, even if the female buckle and the male buckle are fastened to each other and the helmet is fixed to the wearer's head by the fastening strap, the cushion pad to be positioned between the fastening strap and the wearer's face skin is folded without being in contact with the wearer's face skin, There is a problem in that a part of the fixing straps is in direct contact with the face skin of the wearer, and the wearing feeling is deteriorated.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a helmet for protecting a head and a cushion pad which are in direct contact with the wearer's head or skin, have.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a protective helmet capable of protecting the wearer's skin from being caught when the male buckle and the male buckle provided on the fixing strap are fixed to the head of the wearer.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide a protective helmet which is capable of facilitating the connection of the female buckle and the male buckle while preventing the female buckle from flowing flexibly from the cushion pad.

Particularly, as described above, the
In addition, the
The fabric having the heat resistance and the flame retardancy may be provided on one side of the
The
In addition, the
In addition, when the three-dimensional air mesh fabric is provided on the
The
The inside of the
3 and 4, the
When the
That is, the
When the fixing
