BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a supporting structure laminating system for a three-dimensional printing structure, and a three-dimensional printing method using the same.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a supporting structure laminating system for laminating a supporting structure used to prevent deflection of a three-dimensional structure during three-dimensional printing, and a three-dimensional printing method using the same.

3D printing is a kind of technology for producing three dimensional objects by stacking layers of thin films made by spraying and solidifying powder or liquid. This 3D printing technology is a technique of making actual products And it is widely used to identify the problem of the actual product by producing the same prototype.

The three-dimensional printing technology is briefly described as follows. The object to be created is stored as image data through three-dimensional scanning, and then the object drawn in three dimensions is cut as if it is differential, The process consists of stacking layers (layers) one by one and completing the objects from the bottom to the top (rapid prototyping).

As a method for preventing sagging of a three-dimensional structure in the process of laminating such a layer, a method of laminating the supporting structures for stacking the layers for the three-dimensional structure is used.

However, according to this method, there is a problem that additional material is consumed in the stacking of the supporting structure, and when the three-dimensional structure is completed, the supporting structure must be removed.

Hereinafter, a support structure laminating system for a three-dimensional printing structure and a three-dimensional printing method using the same will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 is a view illustrating a support structure laminating system of a three-dimensional printing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, the support structure stacking system of the three-dimensional printing structure includes a chamber 110, a bed plate 120, and a viscoelastic solution supply unit 130.

The chamber 110 has sidewalls forming a closed structure and provides a space in which a three-dimensional printing process is performed. That is, a laminating process for forming the three-dimensional printing structure 200 is performed in the space surrounded by the side wall of the chamber 110.

The bed plate 120 is installed at a lower portion of the chamber 110 and functions to support the three-dimensional printing structure 200. The stacking process of the three-dimensional printing structure 200 is performed on the upper surface of the bed plate 120.

A through hole 125 is formed in the bed plate 120 to inject the viscoelastic solution 300 into the chamber 110 or to discharge the viscoelastic solution 300 in the chamber 110. The through-holes 125 may be provided on the bed plate 125 in a plurality of numbers.

The viscoelastic solution supply unit 130 is connected to the through hole 125 of the bed plate 120 and functions to supply the viscoelastic solution 300 into the chamber 110 during the 3D printing process.

The viscoelastic solution 300 functions to support the laminated material when the laminated material (for example, a liquid resin) for forming the three-dimensional printing structure 200 is laminated. The viscoelastic solution 300 is a liquid having properties of a liquid and a solid at the same time. When injected into the chamber 110, the viscoelastic solution 300 has a liquid-like property and is solidified like a solid after injection, And has a strong rigidity to support it. The laminate material and the viscoelastic solution 300 should be formed of a material that does not intermix with each other.

The viscoelastic solution supply unit 130 is configured to sequentially inject the viscoelastic solutions 310 and 320 having the same height for each of the layers 210 and 220 on which the layered materials are stacked. The viscoelastic solution supply unit 130 can be configured to control the supply of the viscoelastic solution 300 by pneumatic pressure and is configured to control the supply of the viscous solution 300 to the reservoir tank 131, , A control unit, and the like.

The accommodation tank 131 is connected to the through hole 125 of the bed plate 120 and accommodates the viscoelastic solution 300 therein.

The pneumatic pressure application unit 132 is for applying pneumatic pressure to the accommodation tank 300 and includes a negative pressure application unit 132a and a static pressure application unit 132b for applying a negative pressure (negative pressure) and a positive pressure (positive pressure) . The negative pressure application part 132a and the static pressure application part 132b are selectively operated to discharge the viscoelastic solution 300 of the accommodation tank 131 or to suck the viscoelastic solution 300 into the accommodation tank 131. [

The control valve 133 is provided between the accommodation tank 131 and the air pressure applying unit 132 to intermittently control the flow of the air pressure. The control valve 133 may be connected to the storage tank 131, the negative pressure applying unit 132a, and the constant pressure applying unit 132b in the form of a three-way valve.

The control unit is configured to control the operation of the air pressure applying unit 132 and the control valve 133. The control unit controls the operation of the static pressure applying unit 132b and the control valve 133 so that the viscoelastic solution 300 is injected into the chamber 110 by a predetermined amount (amount corresponding to each layer). The negative pressure applying section 132a and the static pressure applying section 132b may be provided with an air valve 134 for controlling the inflow and outflow of air, which is operated under the control of the control section.

FIG. 2 is a view sequentially showing a three-dimensional printing method using the supporting structure laminating system of the three-dimensional printing structure shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view showing a viscoelastic solution collecting process after the formation of the three-dimensional printing structure is completed.

First, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), a layer 210 is formed by stacking a layered material to form a three-dimensional printing structure 200. The viscoelastic solution 310 is injected at the same height as the layer 210 as shown in FIG.

Next, another layer 220 is formed by laminating a layered material on the layer 210 laminated in the step (a) as shown in (c). Then, the viscoelastic solution 320 is injected at the same height as the layer 220 as shown in (d). As a result, the viscoelastic solution 310 in the chamber 110 is pushed upward.

(B) and (d) of the viscoelastic solution 300 are alternately repeated so that the three-dimensional printing structure to be produced as shown in (e) (200) can be completed.

After the formation of the three-dimensional printing structure 200 is completed as shown in FIG. 3, the viscoelastic solution supply unit 130 may be operated to recover the viscoelastic solution 300. When the control unit operates the negative pressure applying unit 132a to apply a negative pressure to the accommodation tank 131, the viscoelastic solution 300 in the chamber 110 is supplied to the accommodation tank 131 through the through hole 125 of the bed plate 120 ). ≪ / RTI > The viscoelastic solution thus recovered in the receiving tank 131 can be reused in a subsequent 3D printing process.

The support structure stacking system of the three-dimensional printing structure and the three-dimensional printing method using the three-dimensional printing structure described above are not limited to the structure and method of the embodiment described above, but various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention .
