Vegetable cutting machines are mainly used for cutting large quantities of various vegetables (radish, cucumber, onion, cabbage, etc.) in food factory, foodservice and large restaurants.
In addition, the vegetable cutter has various forms and structures. Among them, a motor is vertically installed on a table, and a rotary cutter blade is inserted into a motor shaft and a vegetable support plate is provided below the cutter blade. When vegetables are put into the vegetable input port and the motor is operated, the cutter blade of the motor shaft is rotated to cut vegetables.
In the vegetable cutter, the cutting thickness of the vegetables is set at the manufacturing stage or the height is adjusted at the axis of the vegetable support plate, so that it is difficult to control the thickness.
The motor shaft and the drive shaft are vertically and horizontally mounted on the body table. The shaft is provided with a pulley and connected in parallel by a belt. The gear of the drive shaft is connected to a gear of a shaft provided with a cutting blade, The adjusting plate is connected to the interlocking pin and operated at the same time. The adjusting plate adjusts the distance between the cutting blade and the adjusting plate by the lateral movement of the adjusting cam to adjust the cutting thickness.
