Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a wood pellet grill for outdoor use, and more particularly, to a grill for cooking various foods with heat generated by burning wood pellets.
Generally, grills are used to cook meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables, on roasted brass, or on a skewer, where they can be roasted directly on fire. In the past, the grill was oiled and baked with a hot sweat, but in recent years, grills are often placed on grills of electricity and gas. Salt and pepper, butter, salad oil, vegetables or parsley or various spices are applied according to the baked ingredients.
In addition, the grill is mostly used outdoors due to the smoke and smell generated when cooking the food. Furthermore, it is easy to use as a fuel for the grill, and wood, such as firewood, charcoal or pellet, is mainly used for the directing effect.
In the conventional grill for cooking various kinds of food using firewood, charcoal or wood pellets, the grid is a lattice, a steel grill, a grill or a mesh so that the firearm is brought into contact with the food material. Further, during the cooking of the food, the oil discharged from the food material falls and comes into contact with the firearm of the fuel to generate a flame, resulting in the burning of the foodstuff and severe smoke and soot. Moreover, since fire firewood attached to firewood, charcoal or wood pellets can not be controlled, the food ingredients can not be cooked uniformly, and the food is partially or partially burnt and burned, making it difficult to cook the ingredients. In addition, even when the food is to be baked at a constant temperature for a certain period of time, it is difficult to adjust the supplied fuel, so that it is difficult to adjust the supplied food to the desired cooking level.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to prevent the oil discharged from a food material from falling down on a burned fuel while feeding a food on a grid installed inside the grill, To provide an outdoor wood pellet grill.
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a hopper assembly, comprising: a hopper assembly coupled to a hopper for receiving a predetermined amount of wood pellets at an upper portion thereof and coupled to a blowing motor for sucking outside air into a lower portion thereof; A pellet feeder installed below the hopper and supplying wood pellets from the hopper by rotation of the feeding motor; A control panel installed in the hopper assembly to control operation of the grill; A cylindrical barrel provided with a hopper assembly on one side thereof and a space for cooking therein, a sliding door having a storage hole formed on a front surface and an upper side and opening and closing a storage hole; A burning port installed at one side of the barrel for receiving a burning plate on which wood pellets fed from a pellet feeder are burnt and burned; An ignition heater that penetrates from the hopper assembly to a combustion port inside the barrel to ignite the wood pellets loaded on the combustion port; An arc-shaped broiler installed on the combustion port and having a plurality of flame holes; A plurality of grids for placing food ingredients to be cooked in a cooking space of the barrel, and a timer for setting an operation time of the pellet feeder.
Further, in the present invention, a temperature sensor installed inside the barrel to sense the temperature inside the barrel and transmit to the operation panel, and a thermometer installed on one side of the barrel for detecting and displaying the temperature of the barrel have.
Further, in the present invention, the operation panel may include a power button for turning on or off operation of the grill, a temperature display unit for visually displaying the barrel internal temperature, a pellet feed amount display unit for visually displaying the wood pellet feed amount of the pellet feeder, A temperature control button for controlling a temperature inside the barrel, a fixed amount supply button for supplying a predetermined amount of wood pellets from the pellet feeder, an ignition heater display unit for visually displaying an operating state of the ignition heater, A pellet feed display portion for visually displaying the supply state of the wood pellet from the feeder, a blowing motor display portion for visually displaying the operating state of the blowing motor, a heater check display portion for visually displaying an abnormal state of the ignition heater, A quantitative feed indication for visually indicating the quantitative feed status of the wood pellets from the pellet feeder And, it may include a display unit for visually displaying at least the flame generation of the flame over the combustion port.
Further, in the present invention, the control section of the operation panel can control so that a predetermined amount of wood pellets is supplied from the pellet feeder when the sliding door is opened in the barrel.
Further, in the present invention, a plurality of brackets protrude from the inner surface of the barrel, and a plurality of oil pan is horizontally installed as a front part corresponding to the bracket, and the grid has a V- Wherein the V-shaped bar is formed so that the right side is longer than the left side, the slope of the right side of the left side is formed gently and the left side end of the adjacent V-shaped bar is formed below the right side end And the grid may be mounted on the bracket and the oil pan.
Further, in the present invention, a plurality of brackets protrude from the inner side surface of the barrel, and a plurality of oil panes are horizontally mounted to the front portion corresponding to the brackets. The grid includes a first V- And a second V-shaped bar having a height lower than that of the first V-shaped bar is provided between the first V-shaped bars, wherein a right side of the first V-shaped bar and a left side of the second V- Respectively, and the grid may be installed on the bracket and the oil pan.
Further, in the present invention, the bracket is installed higher than the oil pan with respect to the horizontal plane, and the oil pan is inclined at an angle from the left to the right, and the grid installed on the bracket and the oil pan is inclined at an angle lowering from the rear to the rear, To the right at a lower angle.
Further, in the present invention, discharge pipes through which the oil collects at the oil pan end portions may be respectively connected.
Further, in the present invention, a plurality of legs may be provided on the bottom surface of the barrel, a rack may be coupled between the legs, and a wheel or a caster may be selectively coupled to the bottom of the leg.
According to the present invention, it is possible to minimize the generation of flames, smoke, and soot by discharging the oil discharged from the food ingredients to the oil pan without falling over the ignited fuel while baking the food ingredients on the grid having the V- The fuel can be supplied for a certain period of time, so that the temperature inside the barrel can be kept constant, so that the food can be uniformly cooked, the convenience of cooking a large amount of foodstuffs can be improved, There is an advantage that reliability according to use is improved.
