Description
The present invention relates to a thin speaker capable of preventing vibration of a diaphragm from being transmitted to a frame and capable of vibrating the diaphragm with a large amplitude.
Speaker is an acoustic device that converts an electric signal into a vibration of a diaphragm to generate a compact wave in air to emit a sound wave. Today, with the thinness of electronic devices, loudspeakers are becoming thinner.
In general, the thin speaker vibrates while the vibration of the sound generating part that reproduces sound while vibrating is transmitted to the frame. Then, the vibration of the diaphragm is affected by the vibration of the product, and thus the sound quality is deteriorated.
Since the thin speaker is thin, the amplitude of the sound generating part is small. As a result, there is a problem that the output is lowered.
Prior art relating to a thin speaker is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1197917.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a thin speaker capable of solving all the problems of the prior art as described above.

The vibration of the tin-cell wire vibrating together with the diaphragm is not affected by the yoke and the frame due to the depression formed in the yoke and the first through-hole formed in the frame. Then, since the diaphragm can vibrate with a large amplitude, high output can be obtained.
Since the elastic bar of the suspension supporting the diaphragm is bent and bent, the diaphragm can vibrate with a larger amplitude. Therefore, an effect of obtaining a higher output can be obtained.
Further, since the suspensions are coupled to the frame in a state where the edges, the diaphragm, and the voice coil are coupled to the suspension, the sound generating unit can be easily assembled to the frame.
Since the edge is provided at the stepped surface formed in the suspension, the edge and the diaphragm do not protrude to the outside of the suspension. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce the thickness.
