Abstract

A thin-type speaker is disclosed. According to the present invention, the thin-type speaker has a suspension of a sound generating unit having elasticity installed in a frame, and a diaphragm coupled to the suspension by the medium of an edge. The vibration of the diaphragm is attenuated in the suspension not to be transmitted to the frame, and thus a product installed in the frame is not vibrated. So, a vibration generated by the sound generating unit is not influenced by other parts and the product, thus improving sound quality. The vibration of a tinsel wire vibrated with the diaphragm is not influenced by a yoke and the frame due to a recessed portion formed in the yoke and a first through hole formed in the frame. Therefore, the diaphragm can be vibrated at a great amplitude, thus obtaining high output. An elastic bar of the suspension supporting the diaphragm is formed to be bent, so that the diaphragm can be vibrated at a greater amplitude, thus obtaining a higher output.

Description

Thin Speaker {THIN TYPE SPEAKER}

The present invention relates to a thin speaker capable of preventing vibration of a diaphragm from being transmitted to a frame and capable of vibrating the diaphragm with a large amplitude.

Speaker is an acoustic device that converts an electric signal into a vibration of a diaphragm to generate a compact wave in air to emit a sound wave. Today, with the thinness of electronic devices, loudspeakers are becoming thinner.

In general, the thin speaker vibrates while the vibration of the sound generating part that reproduces sound while vibrating is transmitted to the frame. Then, the vibration of the diaphragm is affected by the vibration of the product, and thus the sound quality is deteriorated.

Since the thin speaker is thin, the amplitude of the sound generating part is small. As a result, there is a problem that the output is lowered.

Prior art relating to a thin speaker is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1197917.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a thin speaker capable of solving all the problems of the prior art as described above.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a thin speaker capable of preventing the vibration of the sound generator from being transmitted to the frame and capable of improving the sound quality and achieving high output, It may be to provide.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a thin speaker comprising: a frame; An acoustic generator installed in the frame and having a diaphragm that reproduces sound while vibrating perpendicularly to the frame; And a magnetic circuit part installed in the frame and acting with the sound generating part to vibrate the sound generating part, wherein the sound generating part is installed in the frame and is made of synthetic resin having elasticity for preventing vibration of the vibration plate from being transmitted to the frame May further include a suspension of the ash.

In the thin speaker according to the present invention, the suspension of the sound generating portion having elasticity is installed in the frame, and the diaphragm is coupled to the suspension via the edge. Then, since the vibration of the diaphragm is canceled by the suspension and is not transmitted to the frame, the product on which the frame is mounted does not vibrate. Then, since the vibration of the sound generating unit is not affected by other parts and products around, the sound quality may be improved.

The vibration of the tin-cell wire vibrating together with the diaphragm is not affected by the yoke and the frame due to the depression formed in the yoke and the first through-hole formed in the frame. Then, since the diaphragm can vibrate with a large amplitude, high output can be obtained.

Since the elastic bar of the suspension supporting the diaphragm is bent and bent, the diaphragm can vibrate with a larger amplitude. Therefore, an effect of obtaining a higher output can be obtained.

Further, since the suspensions are coupled to the frame in a state where the edges, the diaphragm, and the voice coil are coupled to the suspension, the sound generating unit can be easily assembled to the frame.

Since the edge is provided at the stepped surface formed in the suspension, the edge and the diaphragm do not protrude to the outside of the suspension. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce the thickness.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a thin speaker according to an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a bottom perspective view of Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 is a schematic cross- .

As shown, the thin speaker according to the present embodiment may include a frame 110, an acoustic generating unit 130, and a magnetic circuit unit 150.

The frame 110 may be installed in a product such as an electronic device or the like, and may be formed into a rectangular shape with one side opened and the other side closed.

Hereinafter, referring to the direction and the face of the other components including the frame 110, the direction and the face of the frame 110 facing the open side of the frame 110 are referred to as "upper side and upper side" , And the direction and the face of the frame 110 facing the other side of the closed side are referred to as "lower side and lower side ".

The sound generating part 130 may be supported on the opened top surface of the frame 110 and a support hole 111 may be formed on the closed bottom center side to support the yoke 151 of the magnetic circuit part 150 have. A plurality of first through holes 113 may be formed on the lower surface of the frame 110 outside the support hole 111 and a plurality of second through holes 115 may be formed on the lower edge of the frame 110 have.

The first through hole 113 is formed to face the tin-cell wire 141 to be described later to prevent the tin-cell wire 141 vibrating together with the sound generating unit 130 from being interfered by the lower surface of the frame 110 At the same time, heat generated from the voice coil 137 of the sound generating unit 130 can be discharged to the outside. The second through hole 115 allows the air generated during the vibration of the sound generator 130 to enter and exit, thereby improving the sound quality in the low frequency range, and the heat generated from the voice coil 137 is transmitted to the outside Can be released.

The sound generator 130 is installed on the open upper surface of the frame 110 and can reproduce sound while vibrating perpendicularly to the frame 110. The sound generator 130 includes the suspension 131, the edge 133, the diaphragm 135, And a voice coil 137.

The suspension 131 may be formed in a rectangular shape corresponding to the outer shape of the frame 110 and may be coupled to the open top end face of the frame 110 at the bottom edge portion side. The suspension 131 is made of a synthetic resin material having elasticity and can prevent the vibration generated when the vibration plate 135 and the voice coil 137 are vibrated from being transmitted to the frame 110. This will be described later.

The suspension 131 may include an outer frame 131a, an elastic bar 131b, a coupling piece 131c, and a reinforcing bar 131d.

The outer frame 131a may be formed in a rectangular ring shape corresponding to the outer shape of the frame 110 and the lower face may be coupled to the open top end face of the frame 110. [ Since the outer frame 131a is formed in a rectangular shape, it has a pair of mutually opposed short sides and a pair of mutually opposed long sides.

The elastic bar 131b may be formed so as to support one side on the left side short side and the right side short side opposite to each other of the outer frame 131a. That is, the elastic bar 131b may be formed in a cantilever shape, and a plurality of elastic bars 131b may be formed on the left and right short sides of the outer frame 131a. At this time, the elastic bar 131b may be bent and bent.

The engaging pieces 131c may be integrally formed at the other end of the elastic bar 131b which is the free end side. More specifically, the engaging piece 131c can be integrally formed at the other end of the elastic bar 131b formed at the left short side of the outer frame 131a, and the elastic bar 131b formed at the right short side of the outer frame 131a And the engaging piece 131c may be integrally formed at the other end of the engaging portion 131b. The engaging piece 131c can be engaged with the lower surface of the diaphragm 135 facing the closed bottom surface of the frame 110. [ At this time, the engaging piece 131c may be formed in a substantially arc-like shape.

The reinforcing bar 131d is integrally formed with one end of the engaging piece 131c located on the left short side of the outer frame 131a and one end of the engaging piece 131c located on the right side of the outer frame 131a And is integrally formed at the other end of the engaging piece 131c located on the left side of the left side of the outer frame 131a and the other end of the engaging piece 131c located on the right side of the outer frame 131a, The rigidity of the piece 131c can be reinforced.

The edge 133 may be formed in a rectangular ring shape and the outer peripheral surface side may be coupled to the inner peripheral surface of the suspension 131. The diaphragm 135 may be formed in a rectangular shape and the outer peripheral surface side may be coupled to the inner peripheral surface side of the edge 133 have. As described above, the coupling piece 131c can be coupled to the lower surface of the diaphragm 135.

The voice coil 137 may include a cylindrical bobbin 137a having an open top and bottom and a coil 137b wound on the outer circumferential surface of the lower portion of the bobbin 137a. The upper end surface of the bobbin 137a may be coupled to the lower surface of the diaphragm 135 and the lower portion of the bobbin 137a to which the coil 137b is wound may be connected to a gap G (See FIG. 4).

When the voice coil 137 vibrates up and down by the action of the magnetic circuit part 150, the diaphragm 135 also vibrates up and down. The diaphragm 135 is supported by the elastic bar 131b via the engagement piece 131c, and the elastic bar 131b is formed in a curved outwardly curved shape. That is, the diaphragm 135 can be vibrated with a large amplitude up and down by the curved elastic bar 131b supporting the diaphragm 135, so that a high output sound can be reproduced.

The thin speaker according to the present embodiment can prevent the vibration of the diaphragm 135 from being transmitted to the frame 110 by the suspension even if the diaphragm 135 vibrates with a large amplitude. Because of this, a product such as an electronic device in which the frame 110 is installed does not vibrate due to the vibration of the diaphragm 135, so that the vibration of the diaphragm 135 is not affected by other components. Therefore, the sound quality can be improved.

It is preferable that the portions supporting the diaphragm 135 are symmetrical with respect to the center of the diaphragm 135 in order for the diaphragm 135 to vibrate vertically and accurately without twisting.

The elastic bar 131b formed on the left short side of the outer frame 131a and the elastic bar 131b formed on the right short side are symmetrical with respect to the center of the diaphragm 135 and the left short side of the outer frame 131a The pair of coupling bars 131c and 131c positioned symmetrically with respect to the center of the diaphragm 135 and the pair of reinforcing bars 131d are located at the center of the diaphragm 135 It is preferable to make symmetry with respect to the reference. At this time, it is natural that the outer frame 131a and the diaphragm 135 should be concentrically arranged.

A step 131aa may be formed on the inner circumferential surface of the upper surface 131a of the suspension 131 and an outer circumferential surface of the edge 133 may be provided on the end surface 131aa. The edge 133 and the diaphragm 135 are less projected outside the upper surface of the suspension 131 due to the end surface 131aa so that the thin speaker according to the present embodiment can be further thinned.

The magnetic circuit unit 150 may be mounted on the support hole 111 of the frame 110 to act on the sound generating unit 130 to vibrate the sound generating unit 130. The magnetic circuit unit 150 may include a yoke 151, And a plate 155.

The yoke 151 may be formed into a cylindrical shape having an open upper surface and inserted into the support hole 111 of the frame 110. The magnet 153 is formed in the shape of a disk and is provided on the lower surface of the yoke 151. The plate 155 is formed in a disk shape and can be installed on the upper surface of the magnet 153. [ A gap G is formed between the inner circumferential surface of the yoke 151 and the outer circumferential surface of the magnet 153 and between the inner circumferential surface of the yoke 151 and the outer circumferential surface of the plate 155. In the cap G, 137 are positioned.

When the external power is applied to the voice coil 137, the voice coil 137 and the magnetic circuit 150 act to vibrate the diaphragm 135 while vibrating the voice coil 137 up and down, The sound is reproduced.

The coil 137b of the voice coil 137 can be supplied with external power via the tin-cell wire 141. [ At this time, the coupling piece 131c may be formed with a support 131e to which one end of the tin-cell wire 141 is inserted and supported. At one end of the tin-cell wire 141 supported by the support 131e, 137b may be connected. It is a matter of course that the supporting portion 131e is formed on the engaging piece 131c located on the left side of the outer side frame 131a and the engaging piece 131c located on the side of the right side of the outer frame 131a. The other end of the tin cell wire 141 may be connected to a terminal plate 143 provided on the lower surface of the frame 110 where the first through hole 113 is formed.

The tin-cell wire 141 is supported on the support 131e at one end thereof, so that the tin-cell wire 141 can vibrate at the time of vibration of the sound- Then, a portion between one end of the tin-cell wire 141 and the other end of the tin-cell wire 141 may hit the lower surface of the frame 110 to be interfered with. In order to prevent this, it is preferable that a portion between one end and the other end of the tin-cell wire 141 is disposed at a portion where the first through hole 113 is formed.

A portion of the tin-cell wire 141 supported by the support 131e can be coupled to the diaphragm 135. [ Then, when the diaphragm 135 vibrates, the portion of the tin-cell wire 141 coupled to the diaphragm 135 may strike the upper end surface of the yoke 151 to be interfered with. The upper surface of the yoke 151 may be formed with a depressed portion 151a which is recessed toward the lower surface side to prevent the tin cell wire 141 from colliding with the vibrating plate 135 when the diaphragm 135 vibrates.

The support portion 131e formed on the engagement piece 131c located on the left side of the outer side of the outer frame 131a and the support portion 131e formed on the engagement piece 131c located on the right side of the outer side frame 131a are also located at the center of the vibration plate 135 The tin-cell wire 141 located on the left-hand side of the outer frame 131 and the tin-cell wire 141 located on the right-hand side of the outer frame 131 are also symmetrical with respect to the center of the diaphragm 135, .

The suspension 131 of the sound generating unit 130 is installed in the frame 110 and the diaphragm 135 is coupled to the suspension 131 via the edge 133. [ Since the vibration of the diaphragm 135 is canceled by the suspension 131 and is not transmitted to the frame 110, the product on which the frame 110 is installed does not vibrate. Then, since the vibration of the sound generator 130 is not influenced by other components, sound quality is improved.

In the thin speaker according to the present embodiment, vibrations of the tin-cell wire 141 vibrating together with the diaphragm 135 are transmitted through the depression 151a formed in the yoke 151 and the first through hole 113 formed in the frame 110 The yoke 151 and the frame 110 do not interfere with each other. Therefore, the diaphragm 135 can vibrate with a large amplitude, and high output can be obtained.

In the thin speaker according to the present embodiment, since the elastic bar 131b of the suspension 131 supporting the diaphragm 135 is bent and bent, the diaphragm 135 can vibrate at a larger amplitude. Therefore, a higher output can be obtained.

When the suspension 131 is coupled to the frame 110 in a state where the edge 133, the vibration plate 135 and the voice coil 137 are coupled to the suspension 131, So that the sound generator 130 can be easily assembled to the frame 110.

The edge 133 and the diaphragm 135 do not protrude outward from the suspension 131 because the edge 133 is provided on the end face 131aa formed on the suspension 131 in the thin speaker according to the present embodiment. Therefore, further thinning is possible.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Will be clear to those who have knowledge of. Therefore, the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims, and all changes or modifications derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and their equivalents should be interpreted as being included in the scope of the present invention.
