Claims (5)

이륜차에 장착되도록 일측에 결합부가 마련된 연결부재와;
상기 연결부재의 상방에 이격상태로 대향되게 배치되며, 상부에는 휴대기기를 안착거치되게 하는 안착부가 마련된 판 형상의 거치부재; 및,
상기 연결부재의 상방에 배치된 상기 거치부재를 탄성 지지하도록 상기 연결부재 선단과 상기 거치부재 선단 사이 및, 상기 연결부재 후단과 상기 거치부재 후단 사이에 각각 복수개가 연결 설치되어, 상기 이륜차의 주행시 발생된 충격력을 감쇠시킨 상태로 상기 거치부재로 전달시키는 탄성부재를 포함하고,
상기 거치부재의 선단 및 후단에는 각각 회전 가능하게 봉 형상의 연결지지대가 결합 구비되며, 상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 일단은 상기 연결지지대에 연결 결합되며, 상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 타단은 상기 연결부재에 연결 결합되어,
상기 연결부재로부터 전달되는 충격력을 상기 탄성부재를 통해 상기 거치부재로 전달시 상기 거치부재를 중심으로 상기 연결지지대가 자체적으로 축회전하면서 충격력을 일부 흡수하면서 전달력이 감쇠되게 하는 이륜차용 휴대폰 거치대.
