Abstract
상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 범퍼빔은 충격완충성능이 우수한 GMT재질로 재조되되 강화부가 일체로 돌출형성되도록 구성되어 단차 발생을 억제할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 그리고, 보강리브가 형성된 보강재가 결합됨에 따라 상기 강화부를 지지하며 범퍼빔의 측방향 밀림을 방지하고, 크러시박스의 비정상적인 변형을 방지할 수 있다.

도 1b 는 도 1a 에 도시된 범퍼빔에서 보강재와 크러시박스가 장착된 부분의 단면모습을 도시한 도면,
도 1c 는 범퍼빔에 측방향 하중이 작용하여 크러시박스가 파단된 모습과 내부침입이 발생한 모습을 도시한 도면,
도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 범퍼빔의 모습과 단면모습을 도시한 도면,
도 3 은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 범퍼빔이 크러시박스에 결합된 모습을 도시한 도면,
도 4 는 도 3 에서 범퍼빔이 탈거된 모습을 도시한 도면,
도 5 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 보강재의 모습 및 부분확대된 모습들을 도시한 도면,

Claims (6)
- 호형의 모양을 갖고 양단에서 후방으로 크러시박스가 결합되는 범퍼빔의 구조에 있어서,
상기 크러시박스가 결합되는 위치에서 전방으로 컵모양의 강화부가 돌출되며 플라스틱재로 제조된 범퍼빔;과
범퍼빔 내부에 장착되는 보강재 및 상기 범퍼빔과 결합되는 크러시박스;를 포함하며,
상기 보강재는 스틸재로 제조되되 강화부가 마주하는 지점에서 홀이 타공되고, 상기 홀의 테두리에는 전방을 향하여 보강리브가 돌출되며, 상기 보강리브의 끝단은 홀의 중심을 향하여 절곡된 모양으로 굽힘부가 형성되고,
상기 보강리브는 둘레를 따라 요철(凹凸)이 형성된 모양으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼빔의 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 범퍼빔은 GMT 재질로 제조되고, 보강재는 금속재로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼빔의 구조.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 범퍼빔과 보강재 및 크러시박스는 볼트가 관통하여 체결이 이뤄지되, 상기 보강재에 타공되어 볼트가 삽입되는 볼트홀의 가장자리에는 둘레를 따라 보강플랜지가 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼빔의 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 크러시박스의 전방측 끝단 일측에는 후방으로 절곡된 꺽임부가 형성되고, 범퍼빔의 끝단에는 꺽임부에 밀착되도록 볼팅체결부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼빔의 구조
