강판 상하면을 압연롤러(10)로 맞물어서 당겨 언코일러에 권취된 강판을 언코일하는 언코일과정;
언코일되는 강판의 상하면에 모터에 의해 회전되는 와이어브러쉬(20)를 접촉시켜 그 강판의 표면에 존재하는 이물질을 제거하는 이물질제거과정;
이물질제거과정을 거친 강판을 압연기의 압연롤러(10) 사이로 통과시켜 슬라이딩레일 두께로 압연하는 압연과정;
압연과정을 거친 강판을 롤포밍기로 인입시켜 롤포밍기를 통과시키면서 강판의 측면을 절곡하여 레일로 성형하는 롤포밍과정;
롤포밍과정을 거친 후 사전에 설정된 레일 길이로 절단하는 절단과정;
절단된 레일 상에 구멍을 천공하는 구멍천공과정;
상기 구멍천공과정을 거친 후 레일의 절곡각도 보정을 위해, 외측면형상이 레일의 절곡형상과 동일하게 형성된 한 쌍의 안내롤러(30) 사이로 인입시켜 그 안내롤러(30)를 통과시키키도록 하여 롤포밍과정을 거친 레일과 동일한 절곡각도로 절곡되게 복원시키는 절곡보정과정;
을 순차적으로 거쳐 일련의 공정으로 슬라이드레일을 제조하고,
상기 압연과정에서는 후단으로 갈수록 사이 간격이 작아지도록 배열된 2개 이상의 압연롤러(10)를 순차적으로 거치면서 강판의 압연이 이루어지며,
상기 절단과정과 구멍천공과정은 1회의 프레스공정을 통해 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드레일 제조방법.
