Abstract
A jointed floating dock and an extended floating dock are disclosed. The joint type floating dock according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a deck on which a drying operation of an offshore facility or a ship is performed, a fixed partition installed on one side of the deck, A hull portion including a mobile bulkhead possibly installed; And a joining portion provided on a side of the hull portion opposite the installation position of the fixed partition wall.
Description
The present invention relates to a jointed floating dock and an extended floating dock.
When a ship or a large structure is to be built in a shipyard, large blocks are mounted on a large platform called a dock for finishing work.
In general, for efficient operation, the floating dock in the sea, rather than the land dock, may be combined with drying and decimating. The floating dock has a ballast tank therein. When water is injected into the ballast tank, the floating dock sinks, and when the water is discharged from the ballast tank, the floating dock floats to the sea.
A typical floating dock has a rectangular shape that is long in one direction, and a square ship or an offshore installation is being dried on land or in a separate offshore floating dock.
Korean Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 10-2011-0030754 (Extended floating dock) discloses an expandable floating dock capable of accommodating a hull block by mounting extension portions on both sides thereof. However, even in the case of the expandable floating dock of the preceding document, only the parts and various mechanical devices can be accommodated in the expansion portion, and there is a limit in that it can not be utilized for drying a ship larger than the size of the floating dock.
The above-described background technology is technical information that the inventor holds for the derivation of the present invention or acquired in the process of deriving the present invention, and can not necessarily be a known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present invention.
The present invention is intended to provide a jointed floating dock that can be used for drying rectangular vessels or offshore installations as well as square vessels or offshore installations.
The present invention is to provide a jointed floating dock that is coupled to each other through a simple coupling structure to enable the drying of a large and square ocean structure / ship.
Other objects of the present invention will become readily apparent from the following description.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a deck comprising a deck on which a drying operation of an offshore facility or a ship is performed, a fixed bulkhead provided on one side of the deck, A hull portion including a bulkhead; And a joining portion provided on a side of the hull portion opposite the installation position of the fixed partition wall.
The movable partition wall is fixed to the other side of the deck at the time of a single operation and the movable partition wall can be moved toward the fixed partition wall when the movable partition wall is joined to the other joint type floating dock.
A wheel is mounted on a lower portion of the movable partition wall, and a rail on which the wheel can run can be installed on an upper surface of the deck.
Fixing means for restraining movement of the wheel may be detachably installed on the other side of the deck or the front portion of the fixed partition.
Alternatively, the wheel may be provided with a braking means for restricting rotation of the wheel.
The joining portion may have a plurality of joining bars extending in the vertical direction and arranged in a horizontal direction, and the joining bar may have a columnar shape whose cross section is a trapezoid or a triangle.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a watercraft comprising a first deck, a first fixed partition installed on one side of the first deck, a first fixed partition mounted on the other side of the first deck and the first fixed partition, A first joint type floating dock including a first hull portion including a mobile bulkhead and a first joint portion provided on a side of the first hull portion opposite to an installation position of the first fixed partition; And a second movable partition wall movably installed between the other side of the second deck and the second fixed partition, the second fixed partition being provided on one side of the second deck, And a second joint type floating dock including a second joint portion provided on a side of the second hull portion opposite to an installation position of the second fixed partition, wherein the first joint portion and the second joint portion are engaged with each other Wherein the first movable partition and the second movable partition are joined to each other so that the first movable partition and the second movable partition are respectively moved to the first fixed partition and the second fixed partition, An extension floating dock is provided which forms an extended deck by connecting the deck to the second deck.
Wherein the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove are formed on the first deck and the second deck, respectively, and fixing means having fixed lengths and protruding fixing protrusions at both ends thereof, So that the first jointing type floating dock and the second joint type floating dock can be prevented from being separated from each other by being fitted into the second fixing groove.
Other aspects, features, and advantages will become apparent from the following drawings, claims, and detailed description of the invention.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, there is an effect that can be applied not only to a rectangular ship or an oceanic facility but also to a square ship or an oceanic facility.
In addition, there is an effect of enabling large-sized and square-shaped offshore structures / ships to be combined with each other through a simple coupling structure.
