자동차 여행이나 캠핑할 때 화장실이 없는 곳에서 사용하는 휴대용 소변기(A)에 있어서,
상기 휴대용 소변기(A)는 용변자의 소변을 담아 저장하며, 소변이 누설되거나 냄새가 새지 않게 방수처리되고, 보관과 휴대가 용이하도록 접을 수 있는 소변용기(1)와;
상기 소변용기(1)에 결합되어 보관되고, 여성이 용변 시 하체를 가리기 위해 사용하는 소변치마(2)와;
접혀진 상기 소변용기(1)와 소변치마(2)를 넣어 보관하는 수납케이스(3)로 구성되며,
상기 소변용기(1)는 소변이 누설되지 않고 세척이 용이하도록 비닐 또는 방수천 재질로 제작되며, 하부를 이루는 원형바닥부(11)와;
상기 원형바닥부(11)와 결합되며 일정 높이를 가지고, 접어 부피를 줄일 수 있는 원통부(12)와;
상기 원통부(12)의 상부에 형성되어 용변 시 열 수 있는 상부뚜껑부(13)와;
상기 원통부(12)의 하부와 원형바닥부(11)의 가장자리에 같이 결합되어 상기 원통부(12)의 하부와 원형바닥부(11)를 원의 형태로 만드는 하부프레임(14)과;
상기 원통부(12)의 상부에 형성되어 상기 원통부(12)가 원통기둥의 형태로 만드는 상부프레임(15)과;
보관 시에는 수평 상태로 되고 사용 시에는 수직 상태로 되며, 접철된 상기 원통부(12)를 사용 시 펴서 세워주는 내부프레임(16)으로 구성되고,
상기 하부프레임(14)과 상부프레임(15)은 원형이며 노출되지 않게 상기 원통부(12)의 하부와 상부에 감싸여지고,
상기 내부프레임(16)은 상기 원형바닥부(11)와 원통부(12)에 접할 시 상기 원형바닥부(11)와 원통부(12)가 찢어지거나 손상되는 것을 방지하기 위해 모서리에 일정 곡률반경의 곡선부(161)를 가진 4각 형상이고, 2~4개로 구성되어 내부에 노출되며,
상기 원통부(12)의 내부 상단에는 상기 내부프레임(16)의 상단이 끼워져 수평이나 수직을 이룰 수 있게 상기 내부프레임(16)이 움직일 수 있게 하는 2~4개의 내부프레임 결합구(122)가 형성되고,
상기 소변치마(2)에는 허리둘레와 관계없이 사용할 수 있도록 프리사이즈를 위해 상부에 고무밴드(21)와 지퍼(22)가 형성되며,
상기 소변용기(1)에는 상기 소변치마(2)의 분실을 방지하기 위하여 상기 소변치마(2)와 결합을 위해 일정 부분에 파일(Pile)모양의 보풀이 있는 일정 크기의 파일벨크로(Pile Velcro)(133)가 형성되며,
상기 소변치마(2)에는 상기 소변용기(1)와 결합을 위해 고리 모양의 보풀이 있는 일정 크기의 고리벨크로(Hook Velcro)(23)가 형성되고,
상기 상부뚜껑부(13)는 상기 원통부(12) 전체가 열리며, 여성이 용변 시 사용하고, 열기 쉽도록 2개의 슬라이더(13111)가 있는 지퍼(1311)가 형성되어 열고 닫을 수 있는 메인뚜껑(131)과;
상기 메인뚜껑(131)의 중앙 상부에 형성되며, 상기 메인뚜껑(131)보다 직경이 작으며, 남성이 용변 시 사용하고, 지퍼(1321)가 형성되어 열고 닫을 수 있는 보조뚜껑(132)으로 구성되며,
상기 지퍼(1311, 1321)는 냄새와 소변이 새는 것을 방지하기 위하여 방수가 되는 방수지퍼 타입이고,
상기 하부프레임(14)과 상부프레임(15) 및 내부프레임(16)은 금속 재질로 녹슬지 않게 용융아연도금을 한 직경 2~4mm의 강재 와이어이거나, 직경 2~4mm의 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강재 와이어이고,
상기 내부프레임(16)에는 상기 내부프레임 결합구(122)에 끼울 수 있게 절개부(162)를 가지며,
상기 원통부(12)는 접히기 쉽게 다수 개의 주름부(121)를 가지고,
상기 수납케이스(3)는 원통 형상이며,
상기 수납케이스(3)에는 상기 소변용기(1)와 소변치마(2)를 보관 또는 사용 시 출입이 가능하도록 지퍼(311)가 있는 뚜껑부(31)와, 이동 시 손으로 잡을 수 있는 이동손잡이(32)가 형성되고,
