本発明は寝たきりの病人、高齢者等の介護用として、その他自動車内等において主に子供が使用するのに適した携帯型の便器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
介護用の便器としては主にしびん、又はベッドに備え付けの便器等が一般的に用いられているが、しびんは被介護人がベッドに寝ている場合には介護人がその都度、しびんを被介護人に渡し、使用後はこれを受け取らねばならないから人手を要し、また備え付け便器等はコストが高いという問題があった。
一方交通渋滞中の道路においては休憩所等へ着くのに長い時間を要することが多く、子供の場合には尿意をもよおした際に、長い時間辛抱し続けることが困難なため、道路わきに自動車を止めて道端等にて用を足す等の光景がまま見受けられる。しかしこのような行為はそれ自体、見苦しく、道徳的には勿論、また環境保護の面からみても問題がある外、夜間に車外に出て道路わきで用を足すことは交通事故等にあう危険性も大きい等の問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため従来にあっては寝たきりの病人、又は高齢者の場合には直接排尿用のチューブを尿道からぼうこうまで通して、採尿用の袋に直結させておく、採尿器が用いられているが、これらの処置には医療技術者が必要となり、自宅等における介護等に適用するのは難しい。
また一方自動車内における子供用の対策としてはしびん等の容器を車内に用意しておき、車内で用を足すことが行われているが、揺れる車内では容器の外に尿を漏らす虞れがあり、また採尿後も蓋が出来ないため自動車の振動によって容器から尿が車内にこぼれ出ることがある他、臭気も車内にこもってしまう等、衛生上の問題があった。

本発明はかかる事情に鑑みなされたものであって、その目的とするところは病人、高齢者は勿論、子供でも他人の手を借りることなく使用出来、また自動車内に置いてもコンパクトで場所をとらず、簡単で、衛生的に使用することが出来、更に使用後も車の振動等によって尿が車内にこぼれ出、また臭気が室内、車内にこもる等の不都合のない携帯型の便器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に係る発明の携帯型の便器は、一端部に採尿口を、他端部に排尿口を備えたロート状の採尿器と、貯尿用容器の開口部を着脱可能に装着する装着口を備え、前記貯尿容器をその開口部を上方にして所定の姿勢に保持する保持台と、一端部が前記採尿器の排尿口に接続され、他端部が前記保持台の装着口に接続されるホースとを備え、前記保持台は前記装着口の外囲を囲って、前記採尿器の採尿口よりも大きい開口面積を持つ筒体を備え、この筒体内に前記採尿器の採尿口を嵌脱可能に嵌挿せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする。

採尿器1は平面視で左右方向を押し狭めた状態の縦長楕円筒形のロート状をなし、上端部に採尿口11が、また下端部に排尿口12が夫々形成され、採尿口11を含む上方側の略1/3部分は楕円筒形をなし、断面積が最も大きくなっており、また下方の略2/3は楕円筒形をなしているが、下方に向かうに従って断面積が急激に縮小されており、側面視では図3に示す如く略逆三角形状をなし、更に下端部にはパイプ状の排尿口12が外方に突き出して設けられ、ここにホース3の一端が連結されるようにしてある。
