More particularly, the present invention relates to a closed conveyor apparatus, more particularly, a chain, a belt, and a throttle which are integrally assembled and installed in a manner of passing through an inside of a closed box, so that dust or transported materials are not exposed to the outside And a skirt and a side guide are provided on both sides of the conveyor to facilitate the progress of the chain, and a guide rail is provided at the lower part to protect the conveyor due to an impact when the product is put on the conveyor.
Generally, a conveyor is a mechanism that automatically transports material or cargo between consecutive distances. It is used to transport parts in a factory, move semi-finished goods (semi-finished goods), transport coal, ore and cargo in mines or harbors , And it is widely used for transportation of soil and sand at a construction site.
In addition, the conveyor is used not only as a simple conveying device but also as a moving work in combination with an operator, thus forming the basis of mass production in the factory.
Some complicated things on these conveyors are transfer machines, which are combined with processing machines to allow semi-finished products to be mounted on conveyors with special equipment. There are special conveyors, such as sorting parts or modifying directions during transportation.
Such a conveyor is difficult to classify uniformly because of various kinds and uses. Hereinafter, the main ones of the conveyor will be described as an example.
1. 벨트컨베이어; 1. belt conveyor;
It is a device that circulates belt made of rubber, fabric, wire net, steel plate, and puts the object on it and carries it continuously. Rubber belts are the most used. The belt is made endless, it is hooked on the belt wheel, and the belt wheel is driven by rotating the motor. The length of one belt can be up to about 2,000m in case of horizontal. It is supported by an idler to prevent it from stretching on the way. The shape of the idler differs depending on the kind of the article, but a flat idler is used for a box or the like, and a groove-formed idler is used for a coal or grain.
2. 나사 컨베이어; 2. Screw conveyor;
It is also called a screw conveyer by putting a screw into a cylindrical or a bucket-shaped outer half with a lower half of the cross section and rotating the screw to move the object along the screw wings. It is used to transport powdered materials such as grain, sugar, and cement, and can also be used to transport semi-fluid materials such as coal tar and asphalt. Screw conveyors have different types of screw wings depending on the type of powder.
3. 버킷 컨베이어; 3. Bucket conveyor;
It is used to carry coal, sand, gravel, and grains from low to high, containing material in buckets by rotating several turns of buckets on a chain or belt.
4. 공기 컨베이어; 4. Air conveyor;
It refers to transporting air through an enclosed pipe to the highway and flooding it with it. It is used for the transportation of finely pulverized coal (powder coal) and cement. Connect one end of the tube to the vacuum pump and the other end into the powder to be transported. The powder is sucked into the tube from the inlet and moved. There is a somewhat wide area in the middle of the tube, where the flow of air is weakened and the powder falls down.
5. 체인 컨베이어; 5. Chain conveyor;
It is a device that carries using a chain. The object is placed directly on a chain, or carried in a container suspended in a chain.
6. 롤러 컨베이어; 6. Roller conveyor;
It is a device that rolls the object up and rolls it up. Push it by hand or tilt it to the weight of the item itself.
7. 트롤리 컨베이어; 7. Trolley conveyor;
It hangs on a trolley moving on a rail installed on a ceiling in the factory. It is widely used in the transportation of parts in the case of mass production.
8. 유체 컨베이어; 8. Fluid conveyor;
It is a device that transports relatively coarse solids such as gravel, coal, ore using water flow. It is used for landfill construction, dredging construction, coal transfer from coal mine. The transferred material is injected into the groove, the water flowing in the pipe, and is carried along with the water. It is easy to repair and has a feature that it can be easily transferred to a distant place. There is a disadvantage in that the use area is limited and the water is drained after the transfer.
9. 기타; 9. Others;
There is a thing to put something on a trough or plate, shake it, move the object little by little, and move it forward. This is called a vibrating conveyor. It is used for conveying and sorting of coal in a pit.
Among various kinds of conveyors, in particular, a chain conveyor drives a sprocket, and a sprocket is driven by a chain chain. The chain can be directly carried on a chain, but a belt plate or the like is usually installed between the chains Most of them are transported.
Such a chain conveyor has a structure in which chains extend continuously to a chain pin and are provided with chains in the same manner at positions where they are opposed to each other, in which a belt is provided in a hinge type on a pin between the chains. Therefore, the product (conveyed matter) has a structure that it is separated from the upper part of the belt and then conveyed together with the movement of the belt. Particularly, in the chain conveyor, chains are inserted into the sprocket, and the sprocket is driven by the drive motor to move continuously.
However, all the conveyors including the conventional chain conveyor have a disadvantage that the dust or the conveyed materials are exposed to the outside when the product is conveyed, and when the conveyance of the conveyed material is dropped, the conveyor threatens the safety of the operator There is a problem that it becomes a factor of failure.

Prior to describing the present invention, the belt in the accompanying drawings is shown hatched (hatched) for better presentation.
As shown in these figures, the closed chain conveyor apparatus according to the present invention can be configured to include a
The
It is preferable that the
At this time, the
The
The reinforcing
In order to fix the
The fixing holes h formed in the
The side guides 162 protrude upward from the
For this, a
The
For example, when the conveyed material conveyed by the conveyor is a building waste or the like and is relatively small in volume, such as aggregate, gravel, wood, vinyl, or the like, The
The
The
The
In addition, the
The
The both
At this time, the
It is preferable that a conveyor is provided at the upper portion of the
On both sides of the upper portion of the
In the meantime, when the
Such an
The
The
The
Due to the installation of the
As described above, according to the present invention, a conveyor having a box structure has a structure in which a
Particularly, in the present invention, the
On the other hand, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the product from flowing down when the conveyor is installed on the inclined side due to the attachment of the
