접촉각이 클수록 소수성, 즉, 방수성이 크다는 것을 의미하는데, 본 발명에 의한 박스는 표 1을 통해 확인할 수 있는 바와 같이, 평균 접촉각이 113˚로 우수한 방수성을 가짐을 알 수 있다. 또한 제조된 박스를 물에 침지시킨 결과, 박스가 물에 손상되지 않았으며, 이를 통해서도 본 발명에 의한 박스가 방수성이 우수함을 알 수 있다.

테스트 결과 방수코팅층이 전혀 박리되지 않았다. 이를 통해 본 발명에 의한 방수코팅층의 점착성이 우수하며, 아울러 방수코팅층을 형성하는 방수조성물의 침투성이 좋아서 골판지의 표면지, 이면지 및 심지 내부로 효과적으로 스며든 것임을 알 수 있다.

Claims (4)

표면지(10)와 이면지(20) 사이에 파형의 심지(30)가 부착된 골판지로 제조되는 박스에 있어서,
상기 골판지에는 방수조성물이 함침되어 상기 표면지(10), 이면지(20) 및 심지(30)의 표면에 방수코팅층(40)이 형성되고, 상기 골판지 내부의 표면지(10)와 이면지(20) 및 심지(30) 사이에 형성되는 내부공간(45)에 방수조성물이 충진되되,
상기 방수조성물은 아크릴로 니트릴과 아크릴산 알킬에스테르를 공중합하여 제조된 제1수지, 아크릴레이트 말단의 폴리올과 이소시아네이트를 반응하여 제조된 제2수지, 왁스에멀젼 및 벤조페논을 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 제1수지는 아크릴로 니트릴과 아크릴산 알킬에스테르가 각각 1:4의 중량비로 공중합되며,
상기 제1수지 100중량부에 대해 제2수지 15~30중량부, 왁스에멀젼 25~100중량부가 포함되며, 상기 제2수지 100중량부에 대해 벤조페논 0.1~10중량부가 포함되고,
상기 방수조성물은 트리페닐 포스페이트, 수산화마그네슘 및 수산화알루미늄을 더 포함하되,
상기 제1수지 100중량부에 대해 상기 트리페닐 포스페이트는 3~5중량부, 상기 수산화마그네슘은 2~3중량부, 상기 수산화알루미늄은 2~3중량부가 포함되며,
상기 이면지(20)에는 방수조성물을 상기 내부공간(45)으로 유입시키기 위한 유입공(22)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 골판지박스.
