Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a refrigerator inspection apparatus, and more particularly, to a refrigerator inspection apparatus capable of detecting a current supplied to a refrigerator to be inspected and determining performance thereof.
The refrigerator is equipped with a temperature controller such as a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube, and an evaporator capable of performing a refrigeration cycle so that the internal space can be maintained at a predetermined temperature.
When the refrigerator is assembled in the manufacturing process, the refrigerator is inspected to determine whether the refrigerator is operating normally and whether the performance of the refrigerator is within the specified range.
Korean Patent Publication No. 1999-0032449 discloses a process inspection apparatus for a refrigerator in which an inspector performs a process inspection while operating an inspection switch.
However, the process inspection apparatus is inconvenient for the inspector to perform the process of operating the inspection switch. Further, there is a disadvantage in that only the operation control of the refrigerator is operated using the inspection switch, and the operation state of the refrigerator corresponding to the control result is determined while the inspector directly confirms it.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a refrigerator which can perform a performance check of a refrigerator through a communication interface, And an object of the present invention is to provide an inspection apparatus.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a refrigerator inspecting apparatus for inspecting a freezer of a refrigerator to be inspected. The refrigerator inspecting apparatus includes a power supply unit for supplying power to the refrigerator to be inspected, A current detecting unit for detecting a current to be supplied to the battery; A relay terminal that is connected to the refrigerator control unit mounted on the refrigerator to be inspected and controls the refrigerator to be inspected through a communication interface, collects signals detected by the current detection unit at a predetermined cycle, and transmits the collected signals through the relay wireless communication unit; The control unit performs wireless communication with the relay terminal and proceeds to the inspection target refrigerator through the relay terminal in accordance with the performance inspection item progress process set in the refrigerator control unit, And an inspection terminal for judging whether or not the inspection subject refrigerator is to be inspected.
And a reader for reading the model name information recorded in the refrigerator to be inspected and providing the reading information to the transit terminal or the inspection terminal, wherein the inspection terminal is provided with a performance inspection item progress process corresponding to the model name read by the reader, It is preferable that a database in which the supply current range value is recorded is recorded and the information of the database is compared with the information received from the relay terminal so as to judge whether or not to be charged.
The checking terminal transmits inspection end information to the relay terminal when the inspection of the refrigerator to be inspected is completed. When the inspection end signal is received, the relay terminal detects the current or power It is preferable to be constructed so as to erase the measurement data.
The current detector may be a non-contact current sensor, and the test terminal may be a smart phone.
The refrigerator inspection apparatus according to the present invention can determine the performance of the refrigerator to be inspected through the communication interface while checking the current supplied to the refrigerator, thereby improving the inspection accuracy and improving the inspection convenience.
