BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a clamp, and more particularly, to a clamp for connecting two pipe members and including a function of preventing the loosening of a nut as a simple structure.
Generally, in various industrial fields, a clamp is used to connect or fix two pipes. These clamps shall not cause loosening to prevent safety accidents.
Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1200719 discloses a method for manufacturing an elastic member which is located inside a slot of a first rotating member and which is rotatably fixed to a fixing member installed vertically from an upper surface of the first rotating member to an elongated hole, A locking protrusion is formed on a front surface thereof and a locking protrusion is formed on a rear surface of the locking protrusion so that the locking protrusion is selectively engaged with the locking preventing groove of the nut inserted into the fitting groove, A rotary knob is provided at both ends of a connecting portion passing through the elongated hole of the first rotating member and an actuating member having a cam portion for operating the protruding portion of the movable member on one of the outer circumferences of the connecting portion " Lt; / RTI >
However, such a conventional structure requires a separate rotary knob and a movable member operated by the rotary knob to prevent loosening, which complicates the structure and requires a large manufacturing cost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a clamp that can effectively restrict rotation of a nut with a simple structure.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a clamp capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure, and particularly improving the workability by making it easy to operate.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a semicircular first body having a fixed end and a free end, a semicircular second body having one end rotatably coupled to the first end and fixed on the opposite end, A fixing bolt rotatably coupled to the free end of the first body and having a first clutch formed at the opposite end thereof and a first female screw threadably engaged with the fixing bolt at one end thereof and a second female screw threadably engaged with the fixing bolt, A stop member having a fixing nut formed at one end thereof with a male screw threadedly engaged with the second female screw of the fixing nut and having a coupling groove formed at the opposite side thereof and a through hole at the center thereof, And one end of the second clutch is engaged with the first clutch and the other end of the second clutch is engaged with the first clutch, An operating lever formed with a moving shaft formed with a female screw threadably engaged with the male thread of the moving shaft and formed with engaging projections engaging with the engaging grooves; And a spring which is elastically supported in an engaging direction.
The first clutch and the second clutch are configured as square teeth.

The spring is constituted by a compression coil spring having a stepped portion at one side of the moving shaft to form a stopping jaw and disposed between the stopping jaw and the stopping member.
Since the rotation of the nut is restricted by the engagement type clutch, the present invention simplifies the structure and reliably restricts the release of the clamp.
In addition, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by simplifying the structure, and particularly, the operation can be easily performed by the forward and backward movement and the rotation operation of the operation lever, and the workability is greatly improved.
