Description

Clamp {clamp}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a clamp, and more particularly, to a clamp for connecting two pipe members and including a function of preventing the loosening of a nut as a simple structure.

Generally, in various industrial fields, a clamp is used to connect or fix two pipes. These clamps shall not cause loosening to prevent safety accidents.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1200719 discloses a method for manufacturing an elastic member which is located inside a slot of a first rotating member and which is rotatably fixed to a fixing member installed vertically from an upper surface of the first rotating member to an elongated hole, A locking protrusion is formed on a front surface thereof and a locking protrusion is formed on a rear surface of the locking protrusion so that the locking protrusion is selectively engaged with the locking preventing groove of the nut inserted into the fitting groove, A rotary knob is provided at both ends of a connecting portion passing through the elongated hole of the first rotating member and an actuating member having a cam portion for operating the protruding portion of the movable member on one of the outer circumferences of the connecting portion " Lt; / RTI >

However, such a conventional structure requires a separate rotary knob and a movable member operated by the rotary knob to prevent loosening, which complicates the structure and requires a large manufacturing cost. In particular, since the nut has a fine clearance in engagement between the engaging groove and the engaging protrusion, rotation of the nut can not be completely prevented, and the clamping force may be loosened.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1398314 discloses a clamp for exclusive use of piping for connecting a left body and a right body of a clamp by rivets and facilitating fastening of a pipe flange by one-touch operation by tension of a leaf spring, And the projection formed in the form of a cogwheel in the centering of the inner circumference of the clamp is configured to firmly fasten and fix the pipe flange, and can be used as a handle A clamp for clamping a pipe for clamping a pipe, characterized in that it is constituted by a rectangular recessed groove of the outer circumferential edge of the clamp which can reduce the design and improve industrial competitiveness.

However, such a conventional structure also constitutes a ball plunger and a lock lever made of a ball for locking the spring and the nut, so that the whole structure is complicated and the number of parts is increased, and thus a manufacturing cost is increased. In particular, since the needle plunger must be rotated while the plunger is being pressed, the workability is deteriorated.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1200719 (Registered on November 05, 2012) Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1398314 (registered on May 15, 2014)

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a clamp that can effectively restrict rotation of a nut with a simple structure.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a clamp capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure, and particularly improving the workability by making it easy to operate.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a semicircular first body having a fixed end and a free end, a semicircular second body having one end rotatably coupled to the first end and fixed on the opposite end, A fixing bolt rotatably coupled to the free end of the first body and having a first clutch formed at the opposite end thereof and a first female screw threadably engaged with the fixing bolt at one end thereof and a second female screw threadably engaged with the fixing bolt, A stop member having a fixing nut formed at one end thereof with a male screw threadedly engaged with the second female screw of the fixing nut and having a coupling groove formed at the opposite side thereof and a through hole at the center thereof, And one end of the second clutch is engaged with the first clutch and the other end of the second clutch is engaged with the first clutch, An operating lever formed with a moving shaft formed with a female screw threadably engaged with the male thread of the moving shaft and formed with engaging projections engaging with the engaging grooves; And a spring which is elastically supported in an engaging direction.

The first clutch and the second clutch are configured as square teeth.

It is also possible that the first clutch and the second clutch have a trapezoidal tooth shape. In the case of the Sidryk-tooth type, it is possible to join even if the mutual coupling positions do not coincide somewhat.

The spring is constituted by a compression coil spring having a stepped portion at one side of the moving shaft to form a stopping jaw and disposed between the stopping jaw and the stopping member.

Since the rotation of the nut is restricted by the engagement type clutch, the present invention simplifies the structure and reliably restricts the release of the clamp.

In addition, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by simplifying the structure, and particularly, the operation can be easily performed by the forward and backward movement and the rotation operation of the operation lever, and the workability is greatly improved.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a locked state of a clamp according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a clamped state of the clamp according to the present invention. And FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the essential part of the clamp according to the present invention.

According to the present invention, the present invention includes a first body 100 and a second body 200 formed in a semicircular shape.

The first body 100 has a free end opposite to the fixed end where the hinge 110 is provided.

One end of the second body 200 is coupled to the first body 100 by a hinge 110 so as to be rotatable with respect to the fixed end and the other end of the second body 200 is coupled to a free end of the first body 100, (Not shown).

A fixing bolt 300 is rotatably coupled to a hinge 120 at the free end of the first body 100. The fixing bolt 300 is configured to rotate from the first body 100 toward the engaging jaw 210 with respect to the hinge 120 and the first clutch 320 is formed at the opposite end.

The present invention includes a fixing nut (400) screwed to the fixing bolt (300). The fixing nut 400 is hollow and has a first female thread 410 screwed to the fixing bolt 300 and a second female thread 420 on the opposite side.

There is also provided a stop member 500 having a male thread 510 threadably engaged with the second female screw 420 of the fixing nut 400. The stop member 500 is formed with a through hole at a central portion thereof, and a coupling groove 520 is formed at an opposite side of the stopper member 500 on which the male screw 510 is formed.

The present invention includes a moving shaft (600) disposed axially movably and rotatably across the through hole of the stop member. One end of the moving shaft 600 is disposed inside the fixing nut 400 to form a second clutch 610 that meshes with the first clutch 320 and the other end of the moving shaft 600 is exposed to the outside, Respectively.

The first clutch 320 and the second clutch 610 have a square tooth shape.

And an operating lever formed with a female screw threadably engaged with the male thread of the moving shaft and having a coupling protrusion coupled to the coupling groove.

A spring is provided on the moving shaft 600 such that the moving shaft 600 elastically supports the first clutch 320 and the second clutch 610 in a direction in which the first clutch 320 and the second clutch 610 are engaged with each other. The spring 800 is a compression coil spring having a step on one side of the moving shaft 600 to form a latching jaw 630 and disposed between the latching jaw 630 and the stopping member 500.

The operation of the clamp according to the present invention having such a configuration will now be described. Figs. 4 and 5 show the locked state, and Figs. 6 and 7 show the unlocked state.

4 and 5, in the locked state, the engaging protrusion 710 of the operating lever 700 is inserted into the engaging groove 520 of the stopping member 500 and at the same time the first clutch 320 and the second clutch 610 are engaged, As shown in FIG. These states are maintained by the force that the spring 800 presses and supports the moving shaft 600 by the elastic force. In this state, since the rotation of the fixing nut 400 is completely restricted, there is no fear of loosening the clamp.

6, when the operating lever 700 is pulled backward, the spring 800 is compressed and the moving shaft 600 is retracted, so that the engaging protrusion 710 The first clutch 320 and the second clutch 610 are separated from each other at the same time as the engaging groove 520 is disengaged. When the operating lever 700 is turned, the engaging protrusions 710 move out of the same axial position of the engaging groove 520 and move to the end face of the stopping member 500. The rotation angle of the operating lever 700 is about 90 degrees. In this state, when the operating lever 700 is released, the spring 800 is restored. As the moving shaft 600 advances, the operating lever 700 advances. At this time, the operation lever 700 is no longer allowed to enter at the time when the engaging projection 710 is caught by the end face of the stopping member 500. Therefore, the first clutch 320 and the second clutch 610 are kept separated from each other. When the fixing nut 400 is rotated in this state, the stopper 500, the operation lever 700 and the moving shaft 600 are rotated together with the rotation of the fixing nut 400 so that they are released from the fixing bolt 300, The pressing state of the jaw 210 is released, so that the clamp can be released as shown in Fig.
